Ferza and his friends sit on the sofa in Fiona's room, the four of them having a conversation and are curious about what really happened with Ferza.
"How did you get out of Fantasy Dream World ?" Defen was very curious about the storyline that happened to Ferza.
"Yes, I also want to know !!!" Fiona.
Ferza looked at his friends with a smile still on his face. Despite looking pale, Ferza still smiled.
"I managed to defeat the highest King in Fantasy Dream World."
Their mouths were wide open when they heard Ferza's statement, they were in complete disbelief at what Ferza had just talked about.
"Who is the tallest King in Fantasy Dream World ?" Fiona was curious about the King who meant uh Ferza. Prior to this, Fiona had been a Princess in the Fantasy Dream World Kingdom and had a government section to organize the Fantasy World. But, he had never seen a King in such a fantasy World.
"He's the one who got us into Fantasy Dream World."
"How does he get us into Fantasy Dream World ?" Tanya Defen was curious.
"Actually the hospital where we are all cared for is the portal to Fantasy Drem World. For the chosen people who are in critical condition and Koma will be taken to Fantasy Dream World."
For the second time they were surprised by what Ferza had just said. Although it seems like nonsense to Ghani, but Fiona and Defen know that it is real and they have experienced it. One by one the puzzles that had been silencing in their heads were both solved.
"Fantasy Dream World what the hell is it ?" Ask Ghani who does not know the direction of Ferza's conversation earlier.
"You won't understand Ghan, because it's our secret." Defen didn't want to talk about the ins and outs of Fantasy Dream World.
"Ih, Wicked ! You three conceal something big from me !" Now Ghani is upset by what Defen said. He felt that he was no friend to the three of them.
Ferza who noticed that, began to speak up and tell Fantasy Dream World succinctly.
"Fantasy Dream World is where the imagination of people who are in a coma in my hospital was treated yesterday. It may not be understandable but because I'm stuck in that Fantasy world I can't get up from Koma."
Ghani nodded his head, not too sure of everything Ferza was talking about. But he believed that his best friend would not lie to him.

Daisy goes with Mia and Jhony to Fiona's office. He and his friends want to give a gift because today is actually Fiona's birthday.
Just a moment ago at the restaurant, they had prepared a surprise cake for Fiona. But, suddenly there is a phone call that requires Fiona to leave her friends to return to the office.
With Defen's permission, Daisy and her friends decide to take the cake to Fiona's office to celebrate Fiona's 24th birthday.
Secretly Daisy who brought the cake entered the room and was followed by Mia and also Jhony in the back.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU !" Shouts Daisy, Jhony and Mia.
Fiona with her shocked face immediately turned to look at Daisy who was carrying a cake and a number 24 Candle on it that had lit a fire.
"BLOW THE CANDLE, sister Fiona !" The happy Mia shouted at Fiona.
He also waved his hand to sign. The man went to Fiona quickly and stood right next to Fiona. Followed by shock and fear from Daisy, Mia and Jhony. Even the cake that Daisy was holding almost fell due to the imbalance of her body in surprise.
"Sister Ferza ?" Daisy asks if the person in front of her is the person she has met before in the subconscious.
Ferza just smiled in response to the greeting from Daisy. He did not understand what to answer to the 23-year-old girl in front of him.
"Heh, Cepet blow out the candles !!!!!" Shouted Defen in response to a candle that began to melt, because everyone was surprised by Ferza in front of them.
Finally they realized and continued the simple event. Fiona and Ferza together blew the candle with a happy feeling enveloping the hearts of both.
"Today is the Most Special Birthday because the biggest gift is you !" Fiona is very happy because the Twins who are not identical with her are back in this World.
"I'm happy too because, my gift is also accepted now. It's been about 5 years I've always seen your birthday from behind. I can't believe I'm finally blowing out the candles with you." Unknowingly Ferza took out a clear liquid from his eyes.
During this time, every birthday he would be wandering around looking for Fiona to see her birthday. Although not seen on the show, Ferza always smiled at Fiona as he did earlier.
Seeing her twin sister crying, Fiona hugged her with Erat and calmed Ferza's heart.
"You're strong, you're great Ferza !" Fiona's whisper to Ferza's ear.
Ferza still couldn't believe what had just happened. He still feels that he is dreaming.
After that, they all ate a birthday cake and continued talking. The topic of their conversation right now was Fantasy Dream World which they wanted to forget so much before and this made Ghani even more confused and trying to listen to him alone.
"You know, the King will grant 3 of our wishes if he manages to answer 1 question from him." Obviously Ferza.
"You made it ?" Ask Daisy.
"Yes." Yeah." Ferza is proud.
"He asked what ?" Tanya Defen was curious.
"He asks Which is More Important Ego Or Brain ? then I answer the Brain because if only using the Ego the possibility of the world can be destroyed because of his ego that does not want to obey the rules or the good that will be left someday."
Defen was amazed by his friend's answer and remembered the words that Ferza was given 3 Wishes.
"So, you said there are 3 wishes you ask for what ?"
"First request out of Fantasy Dream world and cease his position as King.
Second, good martial skills in order to protect my friends and family. Then the third...." Ferza hesitates to say the third wish and makes the others more curious and wait for answers from Ferza.
"Removing the bad memories that made me suffer."
They were all satisfied to hear the answer from Ferza and were happy for Ferza's return.
