Arya and Afika are currently in front of Afika's mother's room in the care..fear haunts Afika's mind and suddenly her stomach twists and clear water comes out of her bottom.

Arya saw Afika in pain.she supported the body of the afiak and looked down.how surprised Arya saw the waters of Afika amniotic fluid has been flowing profusely .
