23. Sieges

The morning sun began to peek behind the hills, faintly reaching into the stuffy room in the armory.

Two weakly rolled human bodies lie on their sides with their hands still tied. For almost two days they occupied the prison room while being fed and drunk.

Even so, even with a weak body and a tremendous thirst accompanied by a blind hunger, their spirit of life was never quenched. Their spirit is still struggling, they never feel trepidation even though they know this morning is the last seconds they will die on the gallows.

Their hope is only two, if allowed god to stay alive then they will still fight to free their homeland from the clutches of the invaders. But if they are destined to die at the gallows, they hope that other young women will continue their struggle..

Suto malin and Kancun looked at each other, they both threw smiles.The help for them finally came as well..

The soldiers scattered to find where the arrow came from, but no one saw it in detail. The arrow was like an invisible shadow, a blink of an eye shot and ate its victim.
