The Doctor's
episode 7 is about Abisha
The sound of siren ambulance in tandem broke the silence of the highway which was quite quiet. The ambulance came at the main door of the Haesung hospital emergency unit. At ten o'clock tonight there's been a series of accidents.
The shadow of a woman ran in a low-light corridor. The shadow is seen opening one of the lockers containing several white coats that fold neatly. He was in a hurry to wear his doctor's suit and then replace the high heels he wore with rubber sandals. My head tilted to the right, holding a select square object that was none other than a cell phone.
"Yes I'm already here. Get everything ready immediately." The doctor's orders were on someone across the street. Finished with his affairs he immediately ran away from where he had stood before.
The doctor was none other than Rainia. He's not on duty tonight. But the state of the ER that many patients make the hospital inevitably contact Rainia asking for his help.
Some patients are pushed into the ER. The sound of a groaning sound holding back pain was heard filling the ER room which was increasingly adding to the frenzy in it. Young doctors are busy helping senior doctors and nurses deal with patients who have just arrived. Most of the patients who came suffered quite serious injuries. A number of nurses seemed to run around carrying medical devices. While some other nurses help ambulance officers drop patients and then push the patient's cage into the ER room.
Dr. Rainia came to help the nurse. His attenuation caught so many patients covered in blood. All the doctors who look busy, junior doctors who help the nurses are no less troublesome.
"Huffin.." Rainia sighed and shook her head, trying to shake off her drowsiness and fatigue. Then he observed one by one patients who must be rescued first, or patients who have a high level of anxiety. It seems like tonight was a long and exhausting night.
His attenuation captured the figure of the patient who had just come out of the ambulance with a red bracelet on his arm. Rainia immediately approached the patient and helped two nurses push the patient into the ER room.
"Why were all the patients rushed to this hospital.?" Rainia asked as she continued to push the cage.
"There were consecutive accidents involving three charter buses and four minibuses. Forty patients were rushed to our hospital and the rest to Jenhwan and Hangguk hospitals" replied one of the nurses named Yoori.
"Doctor, it looks like there's been severe bleeding in the patient's skull." Nurse Hana said.
"Cranial fracture.?" Guess doctor Rainia. "Come ppali ppali..!" rainia shouted to the four female nurses to immediately bring the patient into the first priority room to be treated immediately. Upon arrival in the first priority room Rainia immediately put on her gloves and mask.
"Vital sign"
"Blood pressure 80/50, pulse 120, body temperature 38.7°, respiratory rate 20." nurse Yoori mentioned quickly.
"Doctor Hoo, quickly help me.!" Rainia's screams echoed.
Doctor Hoo came and rushed to help Rainia. On arrival he immediately headed towards the head of the injured patient. Doctor Hoo opened the bandage while Rainia explained the situation.
""Patients have intracranial bleeding due to cranial fractures. I'll treat..." Not finished doctor Rainia spoke, suddenly blood spurted from behind the bandage that he just opened up to hit the face of doctor Hoo.
"Doctor.!" Exclaim doctor Hoo. Dr. Rainia turned her head and found doctor Hi who was filled with blood.
"Change positions, quick.!" tell Rainia half-calling.
Sruutt.. Blood again spurted about the doctor's coat and mask.
"Kelly's." Rainia requests a medical kit that Hana quickly gives her.
"Salli." Doctor Hoo gave Rainia the salline solution she asked for. Dr. Rainia, who was assisted by Dr. Hoo, struggled with injuries to the patient's head.
"Call the neurosurgeon right now.!!" Shouted Rainia who was responded with lightning speed by nurse Yoori.
Dr. Rainia removed her mask as soon as she exited the first priority room, after she had finished treating the injured head patient. The plan was to see the next patient but his cell phone rang, stopping his footsteps when he was about to pick up a phone call interrupting him.
"Doctor. Doctor Rain is here.!!" One of the female nurses screamed in panic to find her patient spewing a lot of blood from her mouth. Rainia who did not hear the call picked up the phone from Baekhyun.
"Doctor immediately to dorm. Chanyeol fainted." Baekhyun panicked when the phone was connected.
"What.?!" rainia asked half-callingly.
"Doctor Rain..!!" The nurse shouted in panic. Conscious of someone calling her Rainia turned to the source of the voice. Patients with blood filled almost the entire lower face.
"Arghhhhh.." Rainia groaned in frustration. "Try to contact your doctor or another Baekhyun-ssi hospital. Haesung Hospital is currently treating forty emergency patients. Everyone is very busy." Rainia tried to explain to the caller.
"You're in charge as the doctor of SM Entertainment's agency. So you're the one who's got to handle it." there's a voice snapping from Exo's manager who seems to be taking over the phone.
"I knew. But please understand our current situation."
While nurse Eun Soo who did not get a response from Rainia without thinking long he immediately pulled the hand of doctor Rainia to immediately handle the patient. Rainia follows the fast pace of nurse Eun Soo. They both walked half-run. Rainia took the stetoschop out of her doctor's suit pocket, then disconnected the phone just like that.
Arriving next to the patient, a male nurse seemed to try to resuscitate the patient. Dr. Rainia came and immediately checked the heart rate of the patient with his stetoschop. He still feels the signs of life in the patient.
"I'm worried if the patient has a concussion" nurse Eun Soo said.
"Did his blood also come out of his nose.?" rainia asked as she examined the patient.
"No doctor. It's just that the patient complained of pain in the head and stomach before unconsciousness." It's obviously nurse Eun Soo.
"Maybe the patient has a hard impact. This is obviously a brain-scratch." Rainia examined the pupil of the patient's eye with penlight.
"Do a CT-Scan, and move him to the first priority room right now. Don't forget to check the blood, I'll be right after."
Nurse Eun Soo nodded in understanding. He coded the male nurse surnamed Wang in front of him to immediately move the first priority room patient to be treated immediately.
While the patient was taken to the first priority room, Rainia's doctor ran to her room to call Exo's manager back. Briefly explain the situation in the hospital. But the manager insisted that Rainia's doctor handle Chanyeol. Rainia was getting frustrated. Rainia thought for a moment, to hell with Chanyeol. The hospital needs him now. Chanyeol might just be exhausted he thought.
Rainia left her phone in her room then ran back towards the first priority room.
Arriving there it turns out there is already a senior Minho doctor as well as the deputy head of the ER installation that has finished treating the patient. Rainia only resigned when Doctor Minho glared at her sharply.
"Where are you, huh.? The patient almost died." Snapped doctor Minho who is famous fierce.
"I'm sorry I had a little business before." Said Rainia. He knows his mistake. Turns out like this it feels angry by the boss.? Usually he is the one who often scolds his subordinates.
"Your apology will be useless when the patient dies.! Do the operation, I'll leave it to you." His orders were taken by Rainia.
"How's the condition.?" rainia asked after Minho's departure.
"Patient has bleeding in the stomach, doctor. This is the CT scan. The operating room is being set up." Nurse Eun Soo submits the results of a CT scan patient who was welcomed by Rainia.
"His blood test.?" the male nurse next to him handed over the patient's blood test results.
"What about the endoscopy.?"
"Doctor Minho hasn't done it yet doc." nurse Wang replied a little hesitantly.
"Then let's do it."
Rainia approached the patient for a further examination. While nurse Wang and nurse Eun Soo prepare the tools.
