The Devil Charming's
The Part 46

The smooth movement of the fingers that hold in Edward's hand managed to make the man breathe a sigh of relief. Her gaze was unmoved from the beautiful face of Lizbeth who slowly opened her eyelids, lizbeth's consciousness was greeted with a smile and a soft kiss on her forehead by Edward who was reluctant to move from the first moment Lizbeth was transferred to the treatment room.

For a moment there was no sound trying to break the silence. The two of them were silent in a look of happiness. Lizbeth showed off his best smile as well as Edward who immediately moved to hug his wife.

“Thank you,” Edward made Lizbeth frown because the man's voice was not as usual.

“You're crying?”

“No,” replied Edward still hiding his face in the niche of his wife's neck “I'm just happy.”

The answer caused a slight ruckus to come out of Lizbeth's mouth, her hands gently stroking her husband's back which she knew was crying. Although she had a difficult time during childbirth to make her bleed heavily, now she feels better even better considering that Edward was next to her holding her, there was also a baby boy among them.

“You've seen our son?”

Edward let go of his embrace and gently rubbed Lizbeth's cheek. “Already.”

“Did he look like you? I haven't even seen it clearly yet.”

“Yes, his eyes are similar to mine. Thank you for fighting so hard to give birth to our child.” Edward kissed the back of Lizbeth's hand repeatedly. “Don't scare me like that anymore.”

Edward closed his eyes as Lizbeth stroked his soft jaw. “I just found out if it turns out this great mafia boss is afraid of losing me.”

Instantly Edward opened his eyes to look at his wife who even made Lizbeth smile amusedly. Although Edward is still Edward, he will not be able to turn romantic like a fairy tale prince. But Lizbeth knows how much Edward loves her, the charming demon who always makes dangerous things look beautiful in Lizbeth's eyes.

“I love you, daddy.”

Edward just smiled obliquely without wanting to answer the expression of love from his wife, the man just grabbed Lizbeth's lips, pulverizing slowly full of feelings until a knock on the door stopped his activities. With a sharp look that he aimed at someone who had just entered, Edward did not have the slightest intention of staying away from his place.

“Can you see the situation and conditions when you want to enter?” Dmitry put his shoulders together no matter what, he approached.

Lizbeth Dan was about to kiss his sister's forehead but stopped when a firm hand held her back. Who else if not Edward.

“What will you do?”

“What else? I just want to give a kiss dear to my own sister, is that wrong?” Upset Dmitry threw off Edward's cheque and immediately kissed Lizbeth's forehead without fearing the man who was his sister-in-law would pull the trigger.

“Yes, much better than before. But I have trouble moving because I still feel pain in certain parts.”

“What's wrong, it's a natural thing.” Dmitry's gentle elusan gave it to his sister's head. “In the meantime the doctor will come to check on you. Actually I immediately called the doctor when I saw you realize because I believe your husband is too cool to let go of longing to forget what the first thing to do when you realize.”

“You better go to the airport soon, I don't feel good if I have to know my mother-in-law is waiting for her son too long there,” Edward said.

“Alright, I'll go.” Dmitry sighed to see the behavior of Edward who never tried to keep the feelings of others while talking.

“What will he come here?” Lizbeth looked at Edward and Dmitry alternately.

“That is how, your husband who contacted him on the grounds of not wanting to be called an ungodly child if not informed about the birth of the first grandchild,” replied Dmitry casually .

Although there was no longer a bad relationship between the two children and the mother, still Lizbeth and Dmitry still felt a little awkward to meet Liana, even they did not know what to discuss when they met. Actually this is just a matter of habituation, they are not used to interacting with each other considering the events decades ago that cause long misunderstandings do not rule out the possibility of causing foreign feelings that must slowly start to get used to. The anger, resentment and disappointment that was once ingrained in the hearts of Dmitry and Lizbeth before knowing the truth of their problems now demands to be replaced with love like a family.

After saying goodbye to Lizbeth but not to Edward, Dmitry breezed away from the room. Soon a doctor who is believed to be treating Lizbeth comes along with the arrival of Alexa, Louis, Alena and Xander. “Rafael and Ellena go home first because the crying twins want to meet their mother. He does not say goodbye to you because he does not want to disturb you who are accompanying Lizbeth,”, Xander told Edward to convey Rafael's message.

“Yes, dad. No problem, don't daddy and mommy want to go home first to rest? I can take care of Lizbeth myself here.”

Xander smiled and shook his head. “Mommy you are too happy here because of the arrival of the first grandchild, I can't bear to ruin her happiness by taking her home. Anyway I think the one who needs a break here is Daddy's son.” Xander stared at Edward's look from top to bottom. “You look messy, son. Clean yourself up for a second. We will keep Lizbeth.”

Edward nodded, he realized that he now looked very shabby and messy. The man approached Lizbeth who was talking to Alena and Alexa because the doctor had come out a while ago while Louis who was sitting on the sofa looked busy with a laptop on his lap.

“I went for a while to clean myself up,” said Edward kissing Lizbeth's forehead for a moment in reply to a nod and a gentle smile from his wife before leaving.

“Excuse.” A nurse with a baby in her carrier came in and approached Lisbeth.

“Time for you to breastfeed,Mrs.”

“Wah, he's so handsome! Holy hooch! her eyes are exactly the same as Edward's,” Alena said observing her first grandchild full of happiness. Especially when he saw Lizbeth who began to learn to breastfeed. “Do you guys already give him a name?” Alexa's question reminds Lizbeth that Edward hasn't told their son's name yet. “Oh Lord! don't tell me Edward hasn't given him a name,” grumbled Alena.

“She hasn't told me, mom,” replied Lizbeth ended a amused smile seeing Alena who kept grumbling cursing at Edward's attitude which always looked relaxed even since Lizbeth's pregnancy. Alena suspects Edward hasn't even thought of a name for her son.
