Who is Queen's Enemy?

After what happened that night. The three of them, along with Arthur, go to Regan's house to discuss all the issues related to these cases. Especially they focus on their names on the next list of victims.

"Revenge." said Zerga with a serious gaze staring towards the list of names that Aiden had obtained earlier.
