The Destiny of Love Aleesha

The Destiny of Love Aleesha
Chapters. 03. The Promise Almost Forgotten

It was almost evening, when Aleesha had finished her task.

'Three o'clock past forty-five minutes.' He muttered as he glanced at the watch adorning his left wrist.

"We went straight home ?" Widya asked to make sure.

"Yes, my body feels sore Wid. There are still a few hours to get home. I'm gonna go to bed for a second." Aleesha replied that many days had passed, she traveled out of town for various meetings.

Widya nodded, in fact there were many messages and calls that she had not delivered, but was afraid that it would disturb her leader's rest.

"Why Ma'am, so nervous." Tanya Ridwan, the freelance driver she used to book when traveling out of town.

"Gakpapa Mas, this is a lot of messages and calls that I have not had time to convey to Ms. Aleesha." The answer.

"Something important, don't you ?"

"Don't know, I don't dare to open it."

"Yes, wait for Aleesha to wake up. Looks like he's tired, he's sleeping really good." Said Ridwan who had glanced through the rearview mirror above the dashboard of his car.

Slowly but surely, Widya also closed her eyes. The atmosphere was momentarily quiet. Only the classical music chants and roars of the various types of vehicle engines out there are heard.

"Where have you been ?" Ask Aleesha who woke up.

"Oh, I'll be there soon."

"Hhhhmm."

Widya is still asleep. Back he put his back on the backrest of his car seat.

"Later, put me down at home. Car you just bring it." Her request.

"Ready Ma'am."

"Oh, Sister Aleesha is awake ?" Widya asked who woke up, when she realized there was chatter around her.

"My phone where is Wid ?"

Because of his busy schedule, he forgot to open his phone.

"This is Ma'am, there are messages and some calls from Mommy who has not answered." He said while giving the phone belonging to his boss.

"Oh, yes. Thanks."

Aleesha read one by one the incoming messages. It's been almost a week, Father and Mother are in this town. But he has not been able to accompany the goods just a day to let go of longing.

"Widya, do I have an event tomorrow ?"

"Eemmm, tomorrow, just a minute, ma'am."

He reopen the schedule that has been neatly arranged in the memory book that he carries everywhere.

"For tomorrow, we're free. But the day after, Ms. Aleesha had a meeting with the Startivi Managing Director, to discuss the contract." Further.

'Startivi's Chief Director, isn't that the Full Asbram. After all this time, being able to meet and meet face to face, this is what I was waiting for. But ... ' Aleesha murmured in her heart.

"What, can't be delayed ?"

"Can't Ma'am, we adjust the schedule from the Startivi side. Because the CEO of Startivi wants to meet us in person." Widya replied that had painstakingly summarized her schedule.

"Hhhhmm."

No more comments came out of his lips.

"What's Miss Aleesha, is there another show ?"

"No, but, I'd like to take a few days off at home with Dad and Mommy. I thought, one day, it wasn't enough to make up for my longing for them." Sluggishly.

"Do I need to ask again to assistant Mr. Asbram for re-schedule. But, his fear would reduce their trust." Widya said doubtfully.

"No need, we just follow their schedule."

***

Arriving at home.

"We go home first huh Ma'am ?" After taking Aleesha down at her house.

"Be careful on the road, Wid. Mas Ridwan tipped Widya, for tomorrow I call if I need anything."

"Ready Ma'am."

Too late for dinner together at home. That was why Aleesha felt guilty. As long as Father and Mother visit her apartment, not once can she enjoy dinner together.

The door to Mother's room was closed tightly, as Aleesha passed her towards the kitchen.

"Just come home Nduk ?" Sapa Mommy, may wake up when you hear the sound of spoons and glasses that are clashing. In his hand was a cup of hot tea, hoping to warm his stomach.

"Mother hasn't slept ?"

Glancing at the wall clock, time shows twenty-three o'clock passing.

"Mother hasn't been home long." Mother said while putting her ass on the sofa.

"Where's Bun ?"

"We were invited to dinner at the house of one of our old friends."

The drowsiness that had been struggling, changed with curiosity in the heart. Aleesha sat down near Mother, leaning back wanting to be spoiled.

"Oh yes, Icha should have delivered Father and Mother earlier." Sad talk.

"If only you could come along, but.it's okay, son, what matters is that everything goes smoothly."

"Let him rest first Bun, tomorrow there's still plenty of time to talk." Said Dad interrupting.

"What's Mother ?" Implied a certain intent in the sentence that father conveyed. Aleesha's curiosity was getting bigger. He looked at Mother's face full of question marks.

Mother smiled meaningfully, her soft hands were unceasingly stroking strands after strands of Aleesha's hair that was still wet.

"Don't flirt at night, it's not good for health." His Advice.

"Fresh Mother." Sluggishly.

"Have you eaten ?"

"Had Bun. What's up, Mother ?" He repeated the unanswered question.

"Heiisstt.have, already, tomorrow again chat." Prevent Dad again.

"Father Father, Icha is not sleepy." Answer lies.

Dad joined between the two of them.

"There's something I'm going to tell you, son." Mother Said.

Aleesha sat back down properly, waking up from the comfort of leaning back.

"Icha, I'm confused about where to start talking." He said he started the conversation.

"But this is a message we must convey." Continue Him.

Aleesha was still speechless, respect made her patiently wait, what advice would Dad say.

"Icha , the arrival of Father and Mother to this city and attended the grand reunion of the 70s, found many things in the past that we never knew."

Mother was just silently glued to look at Aleesha's beautiful face.

"Frankly, I hesitate to convey this to you. But, you should know and how it will turn out, you yourself have the right to decide."

The words that Dad said seemed to be in Aleesha's heart. In essence, there must be a decision that they expect.

'Either why, up here, I still can't guess, where my father's talk is going.' Aleesha's heart said.

"Son, long before you were born, your father and real mother were also us, making a friendship with someone named Hendra and Rosmalina." Said Dad started telling stories.

"However, we were separated by distance and had lost contact, as their business began to expand and progress to other cities." His story again.

"Until the end, a friend brought us back together and joined the WhatsApp group. That's when we started greeting each other until the summit tonight."

It is still unclear what the point of the conversation will be.

"Son, what I was talking about after dinner last night, is an answer to the trust your mother once said."

*Flashback On

Oeekk...

The sound of crying babies sounded heart-wrenching in the midst of the torrent of rain.

"Linda, you have to be strong Lin, hold on for your son Linda." The sobs of Mother Aida are unstoppable.

Lying in front of her, a mother struggling through critical times as a result of an accident that befell her and her husband. Deni, Aleesha's father died while being rushed to the hospital. While Linda, Aleesha's mother still had time to be treated after several days of unconsciousness.

Only little Aleesha survived the fatal crash. Her tiny body was protected from the terrible thump in the mother's arms.

"Mas Deni's..." The moaning was almost inaudible.

"Doctor, doctor, patient's already conscious Doc." Dad cried when he saw Linda's mother move her finger and open her mouth, calling her husband's name.

"Mom and Dad, please come out for a while, let us do some checking."

Mom and Dad followed what the doctor suggested.

On his lap was a little Aleesha who kept crying. Either the pain of the wound he felt or the fear of loss he cried.

"Mr, Mother, please come in. The patient wants to talk to you." The doctor said a moment after checking on Linda's mother's condition.

"Lin, Linda." Mommy blames.

"Aida, please take care of Aleesha for me." Said begin.

Mother held tightly to Mother Linda's hand, her lips weakly unable to speak. Only tears represented her ability to answer Linda's mother's request.

"Maybe, God will soon reunite me with Mas Deni." Nggelantur.

"Don't talk recklessly, pray for your husband to be happy in nature. You must be strong, we will raise Aleesha together." Pinta Mother.

"Now Aleesha, think of him as your own son. Later, if he's an adult, meet him with Rose and Hendra."

Ever since Linda's last words, that's when she breathed her last breath. It is not clear what his last request means.

*Flashback Off

"Because of our busyness, so we forgot the message of Almarhumah. And only tonight do we know that, uh, there's a promise that both your parents made to Rose and Hendra in her lifetime."

Dad's story's starting to stop.

"What promise are you ?" Try to push.

In silence I thought, 'Should this happen ? Is this fair to Aleesha ?'
