The doctor came out of the ER room and everyone immediately walked up to him especially Edward.

"How's Alana doing, Doctor and what's going on?" edward asked in an impatient manner.

"Miss Alana took a memory-busting drug and it looks like it was put into a drink or food" the doctor said

Everyone was shocked to hear the doctor's explanation.While the Doctor continued to stare at those who were shocked yet he stared at everything with a faint smile.

"But fortunately we can still prevent the drug from working if it doesn't work and hits the brain, Miss Alana's memory will be erased as a result of the drug and Miss Alana will likely experience amnesia, " said the doctor.

"We're moving Miss Alana to the intensive room now" said the doctor

The doctor left them. While everyone was relieved to hear Alana's good condition was fine. Nathan walked over to Edward and patted his shoulder gently.

"Sorry Nathan, I failed to take care of Alana again" Edward said.

"We should see Alana's condition now, "Nathan said wisely.

Edward and the others went straight to Alana's ward.Mereks all entered in turn and now it's Edward's turn.She went into the nursery of her lover then she walked over to Alana who was conscious.

Then Edward immediately sat next to her with his hands intertwined with each other.He looked at the pale face of the beloved girl with his pushy gaze.

"Honey, I'm sorry I failed to protect you, "sorry Edward softly.

"Sst it's a pity you don't feel guilty anyways I'm fine, "persuade Alana with a thin smile.

Edward stood up then he hugged Alana from the side then he pulled out his phone after which he sent a message to his man.After Edward finished putting his phone back in his pocket.She repeatedly kissed Alana gently on the forehead once in a while saying sorry to her lover after that distanced her face.

"How does Lisa know we're having a baberque party, honey?" ask Alana curiously.

"It looks like he's paying people to watch over me baby, "guess Edward.

"The crazy woman still wants you to honey and seems to be trying to get me out of your life, Edward, " said Alana, sighing softly.

Edward sat down next to Alana again and he clasped the hand of the lover.She stared intensely at Alana with a serious look.

"I've had a few people drag Lisa to the police station immediately" Edward said.

"Yes honey I agree and now can you get me some water, "Alana's pinta

"Look, I'll get it, " replied Edward with a faint smile.

Edward stood up again and walked to the table beside the patient's bed and immediately took a glass of water and gave it to the lover.Alana received it and she immediately sipped the water until the glass was empty after which Edward grabbed it and put it on the table.Then Edward glanced at his watch shows the number 18.00 afternoon after that he looked back at Alana.

"Lay down and rest baby if you feel sore, "said Edward softly.

Edward decided to come out of Alana's ward, watching everyone with a faint smile.

"Everyone go home let Alana, I take care of her, " said Edward.

"Okay, kid, we're going home and tomorrow we'll be here again" said Mommy Keyla

"Yes your aunt all hearts yes, " said Edward.

Alana's parents nodded and they all left Alana's room and now there was only Edward and Nathan left. Edward turned his head and scrunched his forehead to look at Nathan who was still sitting casually.

"Aren't you going home, Nathan? " ask Edward curiously.

"No, I also want to take care of Alana and I'm afraid that Lisa will harm her again" Nathan said firmly.

"As for you and you should order food for both of us and also change clothes for us, " said Edward in a flat tone.

Nathan grins at Edward's words and he immediately pulls out his cell phone and then contacts his men to buy food and clothing.

Drt. drt suddenly the sound of the phone rang, Edward immediately took his phone and he immediately raised it without thinking long.

"How did you guys get Lisa? " ask Edward without saying anything.

"Sorry boss, it looks like the girl named Lisa escaped the boss because we have come to her house but there is nothing" Roy said in a nervous tone.

"Damn it, Roy you find out and investigate the damned girl until you meet, "Edward said with emotion.

"Yes Boss, "Roy answered briefly.

Tut Edward ended his conversation with his men after he put his phone back in his pants pocket.He rubbed his face rough and clenched both hands. Nathan who saw Edward's reaction could only let out a long sigh.

"I'm gonna help you find Lisa and I'm doing this for Alana's sake, "give Nathan.

Edward turned his head and glanced sharply at Nathan but Nathan ignored Edward's gaze on him.A few minutes later Nathan's men came to him and immediately put down food and also a paperbag containing clothes after he left.

"Here's your clothes change there, "Nathan said as he gave a paperbag.

"Hm, " muttered Edward briefly while receiving his paperbag.

Edward stood up and entered Alana's room and rushed to the bathroom. While outside the room, Nathan is thinking of a way to catch Lisa as soon as possible.
