Chapter 239 S2 (Where Are You?)

Ivan was not excited as he walked towards his room upstairs. Only at his mother's house could he go now. He has no place to return to. His paradise with the angel who provided the calm and comfort had gone from him disappeared without news.

He called back Hari. He can't go too long alone without knowing where Khaira is now.

“Hallo boss, can I help you?” hari quickly welcomed Ivan's call.

“Tell Yoga to find Rara's whereabouts. I want to quickly get information where he lives now” orders Ivan while looking at the distance from his room rooftop.

“Good boss,” Days said quickly.

Ivan immediately threw his body in the bed. His eyes looked at the ceiling. It felt like just yesterday he left home, but once he came back everything had changed.

The smile that he hoped to throw everything in his heart, as well as a warm embrace that raised every problem he faced was now no longer met. Ivan was stunned to remember every second of togetherness that for 9 months had disappeared from his life. How he had so easily left Khaira was only due to misunderstanding and incitement from a person who meant nothing to him.

“Sayang ... where are you currently? Come back, I miss you so much,” Ivan monologues in his heart while imagining the face of the wife so close to his mind.

Due to tired heart and body make Ivan can not resist drowsiness. During the trip from Germany to arrive in Jakarta he did not close the eyes of the goods for a second. His desire to be reunited with Khaira made him resist the urge to sleep during the trip.

His mind was filled with all the plans he would make when he returned together with Khaira. He will pay for all the wrongs for 9 months away from the woman he loved so much. Ivan finally fell into a deep sleep after his mind wandered around trying to find other alternatives to search for Khaira's whereabouts.

At eight o'clock in the night Ivan awoke from his deep sleep. After cleaning himself up and changing into his home clothes he immediately went downstairs. The hunger he could not avoid. On the way, he did not enjoy the food. No hunger attacked him.

Laras is preparing Ivan's favorite dinner. Sweet sour squid, fried shrimp flour with smoked kale is Ivan's favorite menu that always provided Laras at the dining table.

Ivan took very few meals and enjoyed the dishes that were available without passion.  It was hard for him to swallow the rice until it passed through his throat. He could not remove the shadow of Khaira's face.

After Ivan had finished eating and drinking the water that Laras had provided, he was about to go back to his room to contact Hari to ask where Yoga was looking for Khaira.

“Van .... “ Laras called him and held him to talk about the problem of the house that Khaira had handed back to Ivan through her, “There is something you want to tell me about Rara.”

Ivan quickly looked at his mother. Anything related to Khaira makes her ears immediately stand up because of her brain response is very fast if you hear the name of the woman who has been residing in her heart and because of the error makes her take it off.

Before telling the story Laras took a deep breath. A shadowy shadow that was trailing her daughter-in-law's face during their last conversation.

“Do you know where Rara is now?” Ivan immediately guessed and hoped his mother could provide information about the residence of Khaira.

Barrel shook his head slowly. He could see the look of disappointment clearly on Ivan's face.

“On the third day of your departure Rara came to visit mom .... “ Laras said softly while sighing slowly.

Ivan sharpened his hearing to hear Laras' speech. He was silent without comment, hoping for good news from his mother's words.

“Rara returned the house key,” Laras said softly, “He seemed desperate and grieving for not being able to maintain your marriage..”.

“I haven't taken care of our divorce proceedings.” Ivan instantly cut off his mother's words, “And I will never divorce her.”

“How about Claudia? Did he accept all your decisions?” Laras tried to remember what he said to Khaira, “Mama had said that you will soon marry Claudia and give the family intact to Bryan.”

“Lawyer Edward will help me settle the affair between me and Claudia. He will not dare to disturb our lives anymore.” Ivan said with certainty.

“This is your house key,” Laras put it on the dining table.

Ivan was glued to see the key to the house that he had handed over to Khaira yesterday, because he had not had time to finish their business.

“What Rara says where he will stay?” ivan Nanar's gaze looked at his mother's face.

Barrel shook his head quickly. Since Ivan's departure, he has never met Khaira again.

“A week ago mom fulfilled an Invitation Beautiful for Irene's seven-monthly salvation. Mama had met Sasha and her husband and Azkia and Fatih.”

“Did mom talk to them?” Ivan chased after his mother impatiently hoping for good news.

“They just came for a while. Mama sure, they try to avoid when mama invites them to talk.”

Ivan was stunned to hear his mother's answer. He could not expect anyone to search for Khaira's whereabouts. He must find out for himself, and rely on all his abilities and relationships to find out where to live and who Rara is with today.

Ivan returned to the room uninspired. He fiddles with his cell phone trying to find it through Khaira's whereabouts. But what he was looking for he could not find. Just remembered, that Rara is not a woman who likes to play medsos. What else to spread and spread the charm in the virtual world that is not his world.

“How about Yoga work? Is there a meeting point?” ivan's voice immediately dominated when Hari picked up the phone as soon as Ivan contacted her.

“No boss yet. Data security of the company and the family of the lord Ariq is very neat and layered so it is not easy to hack,” replied Quick day.

“Alright,” Ivan said uninspired, “Tomorrow please find me a new driver. I'll start my own search.”

“Every boss,” Days respond to Ivan's request, “It so happens in the office there is one new driver who is unemployed. Mr. Ardi does not like to use private drivers.”

Lazily Ivan throws the phone in bed. His body is like regardless of life, there is no passion to do activities when the person he so expected is not on the side.

Ivan recalls his last conversation with Khaira. He is so cruelly heartless that Khaira accuses Bryan of pushing Bryan into the pool and even very hurtful and cornering Khaira who cannot give him offspring.

“Yes Allah, what have I done?” Ivan squeezed his hair with regret.

He should have seen the cctv around the pool to find out the real events. How he was so stupid to believe Claudia's words. Though he already knew for himself that Khaira was so sincere in taking care of Bryan for four months living with them.

“If time can be played back?” Ivan monologued himself inwardly regretting all the events that set him apart from Khaira.

He should not have been involved in Bryan's management and care. He simply spends money and compensates Claudia for the past children they have, who ultimately cannot be together because the Powerful One knows better what is best for her.

“Rara .... “ Ivan called his wife's name with a sad feeling.

Suddenly he remembered having installed an application on his phone to find out the location of the whereabouts of the wife. Ivan quickly grabbed the phone at the end of the bed. He eagerly opens an app that he feels can track the whereabouts of Khaira.

The smile that had been engraved at the corner of his lips instantly disappeared once the application he was looking for was not on his phone. Ivan immediately threw the phone against the wall of the room until it was blown to pieces. He recalled changing his number and new phone when he arrived in Singapore before their departure in Germany.

He did not want to remember the people and environment that had hurt his son. He will open a new page and hang out with a new community that makes it easy to forget the past that only makes him hate their deeds.

Now Ivan is fixated on himself realizing that his chances of finding Khaira are getting smaller with the apps he has on his old phone that are out of nowhere.
