The Demon Cultivation Light Emperor

 Lake Shoji, decades ago,..

It is said in legend, a beautiful woman was very graceful Princess named Xin Li. The first child of the Han emperor, the only child of empress Yin Ying. 

Not accepting himself in a match with a poor bloody traveler the son of an ancient merchant and felt he was the one who did not deserve the man. According to him, this "me, is a descendant of nobility and also the most beautiful person in this empire. If I marry this man, my reputation as the most beautiful woman will run aground!" Miss Xin Li was finally planning to escape from that house. However, the plan was known to his half-brother and reported it to the emperor. 

 The Princess refused and continued to refuse until she finally found Shoji lake which is close to her home. 

 Originally Miss Xin Li wanted to commit suicide into Shoji lake however, someone did it first. The middle-aged man, holding a sharp spear and stuck it in Miss Xin Li's stomach and made it into Shoji lake. The lake instantly became blood red, as a result of Miss Xin Li falling into it with severe injuries.

 The legend finally materialized with the death of the princess of the Han emperor. Even the emperor and his empress did not care about the death of Miss Xin Li. Miss Xin Li, curious about her death, begins to haunt the Han emperor as well as his seven consorts. 

 The princess made an army containing the revived corpses (the army of the dark cultivation leader Xin Dao) and prepared to attack the Han emperor as well as his followers. 

 The tragedy was marked by a large tree plastered in front of Shoji lake. The big tree is the tomb of the emperor along with his consorts and his followers. They were buried with piles in one hole (really awful)

  Many rumors circulated that the emperor was living again in the lake Shoji. Whoever enters into it soon enough, the man will die. One way to calm them down is just a human victim who is 16 years old. Believe it or not, the villagers of Hua Wu must believe the legend and they must also sacrifice one of their 16-year-old children. 

  Back to year 17, Hua Wu village Shoji lake.

 Xiao Xing Chen did not expect the living corpses would come back to attack Hua Wu village. Villagers except women and children also came to Shoji lake in crowds with makeshift equipment. 

  They never expected and their faces looked frightened even their hands seemed to tremble at the sight of Shoji Lake waking up. 

  "Is the emperor's daughter angry again?" 

  "What's wrong? What made the emperor's daughter angry?"  

 All the villagers were wondering, why did Shoji lake again put a burden on it? They were afraid that their village would disappear again. Surely Xiao Xing Chen did not want the thing that happened earlier to happen again which resulted in most of the villagers being seriously injured. 

  "Sorry, everyone. I asked for his cooperation, to return to each of your homes and not leave the house." Xiao Xing Chen said and made the facial expressions of the villagers change. 

  "What made you handle this!? Do you know no one can match our Liuqin!" One of the villagers said with great worry fearing that he would currently die. (Liuqin is the name for the god who gave life to the villagers of Hua Wu) 

  "Yes, I know that too, but you must immediately return to your homes and protect your families in your homes." Xiao Xing Chen this time said calmly hoping they could trust him.

  The residents were unsure of Xiao Xing Chen's abilities and hesitated to abandon him. Guan Wei finally relented and stood in front of Xiao Xing Chen and explained everything. 

  "Let us Cultivators overcome this. You who are only villagers, must immediately protect your children and also your wives in the house." Guan Wei was like agreeing to Xiao Xing Chen's current plan by repatriating the villagers.

  "How can we be sure of you!?" One of the villagers carrying the machete said loudly to Guan Wei.

  "I am a Shizun, master of eternal cultivation. So, you guys take it easy nothing's gonna happen after this, I swear." Guan Wei said calmly. He knew how to deal with the worried and frightened villagers by calming them all down.

 It seemed like the words issued by Guan Wei made the villagers believe his words and walk back to their homes. 

  Xiao Xing Chen thought, why did Guan Wei do that? In his previous life, Guan Wei was just a person who hated him a lot. Even Xiao Xing Chen was often summoned by him as a trash Cultivator and was also useless. It all happened because Guan Wei was so envious of Xiao Xing Chen because his cultivation level could exceed him that it would even be very difficult if Guan Wei tried to fight Xiao Xing Chen. 

 Sect leader Lan Qiren as well as grandmaster Li Fang Jun along with his retinue of followers came to Shoji Lake which began to show its current existence.  

  "What is this!? Why is Liuqin so angry?" Lan Qiren's sect leader Xi Jun was so surprised to see it. And what was seen in front of him was only Xiao Xing Chen and Guan Wei standing there

  "A-Chen, what happened? Are you the one who made our Liuqin angry?" Xi Jun's frightened face was starting to show. He was at a loss what to do to Xiao Xing Chen, he also could not get angry because Xiao Xing Chen was also a disciple of grandmaster Li Fang Jun and he also could not originally blame him for there being no clear evidence. 

  "Looks like your Shoji lake, it'll take out everything in it. Fortunately, A-Chen managed to get all the villagers back to their homes." Li Fang Jun said by stroking his chin.

  "Teacher Fang Jun, it wasn't really me who made all these villagers return to their homes but, a Shizun did" Xiao Xing Chen explained. "Shizun?"
