The Deepened Taste
episode 1

For you, maybe I'm just stopping by, you're happy with me, but you can't really make you feel at home

As usual, Acha's activities are always writing her heart in a book. A book containing untitled poems about Acha's feelings for someone. A sense that is not conveyed, may never even be conveyed.

Acha turned the book sheet by sheet. Reading a glance, staring at the nanar how many rhymes he has written for 7 years.

"This once coward of mine" Acha laid down his body violently, throwing the feeling book in any direction. Piqued. Upset how could he be so cowardly for matters of feeling.

"Acha!!"

Acha stared lazily at the direction of the voice, looking at the half-opened door that displayed her mama figure. His eyes were like saying 'Don't bother me! . But of course he won't say, how dare.

"Why, Ma?" ask Acha lazy

"Chikal below" was even lazier when he heard that name.

Cih, what's he doing here, Acha mind

"Yes, yes I'm down"

Actually he was lazy, but still set foot towards the bottom floor. Looking at Chikal who buried his head on the table, with his hands as his pillow.

"Sir Achaaaaaa!!" chikal lebay shouted as she saw Acha already coming down the stairs.

Acha silence. Why else is this child?, his inner self

"Beautiful sister Achaa please help Chikal yaaaa" Chikal's face looked bleak, as if she really needed help.

Acha just kept quiet, didn't answer.

"Kak Achaaa, Chikal will buy you his favorite grilled cheese balls Kak Acha deh. Promises. Plis, plis, plis, plis." Chikal clasped his hands together, pleading. His voice was also made like a child who whines for toys.

Acha smiled, crumbled. Not because of Chikal's promised grilled cheese sponge, but because Chikal's adorable behavior makes him unable to resist.

"Well, what do you want to help?"

Chikal looks grim, opens his bag and pulls out his books and pen. He took his math exercise book and showed it to Acha.

Missing is the courtesy of Chikal who called Acha sister earlier. Yes, even though they were 2 years away, Chikal almost never called his neighbor's sister. Unless it is necessary. Like asking for help with PR for example.

Acha seemed unconcerned by Chikal's change of vocation and attitude, as if she had gotten used to it. Acha turned the pages of Chikal's book, trying to remember the easiest way to do Chikal.

Chikal is actually clever, his logic and memorization ability are amazing but mathematics is his weakness. He hates to see numbers. Fortunately he is good friends with his neighbor Acha who is arguably a math genius. Actually not really, it's just that Acha is able to simplify the formula and how to work that is easily understood by Chikal. That's what makes Chikal call a math genius.

"Where, Cha? I'm not asking you to fret, teach me how easy it is."

"Yes I also do not want to do your job" said Acha

"Okay, we're starting yes. Perahatin good. I won't repeat the explanation"

Acha wrote the formula to Chikal, he replaced the formula symbol with a title that is easy to understand and remember Chikal. Then start explaining how to look for it with examples of problems in the book. Chikal just nodded at Acha's explanation.

"Sir?"

"Yoi, I'm a pinter." replied Chikal bragging.

If pinter why ask me to help try, thought Acha

"Lu is still a long time? I'll drink first."

Chikal looked at Acha who was already standing, but not walking. Like waiting for an answer.

"Yes, thank you dear Brother Acha."

deg

Acha surprise. It was quiet for a while before leaving Chikal.

'Dangerous. Why the hell can you say that kind of thing, Kal? You don't know how big it is in my heart.' Acha was sitting limp in the kitchen chair, immersing her face deep in the table in front of her.

Unknowingly her tears were dripping.

I like you, Kal. But I hate the way you talk, honey. It was like giving me hope that I would never be able to reach.
