The Death Ghost Sword

The Death Ghost Sword
Isolated Villages

"I'm human, just like you. No need to fear, I'm just passing by" Han Zhie replied.

"Where are you going, by the way?" Ask the village chief.

"Either way it might be a walk looking around the Qing Empire" Han Zhie replied.

"The village is isolated because it is surrounded by a forest of Black fog. Despite having to pass through the outskirts of the forest, even the Beast-Beast on the outskirts of the forest was extremely ferocious, it was better for Master to undo his intentions and stay here until the situation was under control. It is very unfortunate that you are carried away by the current to get here" Reply Village Chief considers that Han Zhie may be carried away by the current, either falling from the ship or carried by the river to the high seas.

On the outskirts of the Forest bordering their Village were some Beasts who had always been observing Them. Luckily those Beasts were still not capable enough to break through the protective formation and would attack someone who entered the forest if that person passed through the invisible Protective formation in the eyes of ordinary Swordsman. While the Villagers were already aware of the existence of protective formations surrounding the black fog forest.

"Did this situation last five years?" Ask Han Zhie.

"About three years ago. The peace alliance could not hold them back. Some of them managed to break through the protective formation and it is likely that they are now wandering or hiding in the Village, the City, maybe even up to the Imperial Capital, We ourselves are less aware of it" Reply the Village Chief.

"Let's get some rest, you may be very tired of being tossed about in the open ocean" continued the Village Chief then allowed Han Zhie to rest at his residence, and Han Zhiepun followed him to rest for a while at the Village Chief's residence.

From the Village Chief Han Zhie finds out that their lives are severely deprived and starving. In addition to isolation, They only rely on very little crop yield and certainly less to meet their living needs because the land on the outskirts of the Beach is not fertile and They have to eat bad food that can be planted just there.

There used to be a lot of fish on the beach, but for some reason since the black fog forest became strange, the fish were scared and away from there, only a few fish still survive, fishing is hard time after time. Han Zhiepun realized that because indeed when darting close to the beach, living creatures and fish in the sea are indeed very rarely encountered.

In addition, They also could not go to sea too far to catch fish because there were high-level spirit Beasts residing in the ocean not far from that Beach. Han Zhiepun also knew about it because He saw the giant Crab not far from there and had already destroyed the giant Crab while trying to attack him.

After feeling well rested, Han Zhie told the Village Chief and a few Elders who had already been very well entertained despite just recognizing him. They and some of the People in the Village were worried about Han Zhie who was going to go through the forest of black fog. They asked Han Zhie not to go and stay there as it would be very dangerous to enter the Black fog Forest, but Han Zhie insisted, saying it would be fine.

Han Zhie promised to try to help the Villagers. He would capture the Beasts around that Village first before leaving the Village. Although They assumed Han Zhie would only deliver lives, but the Village Chief, Elders, and Villagers finally let go of Han Zhie to capture the Beasts that were near the Village. Although unsure of it, They lined up neatly to see Han Zhie enter the forest of black fog and wait for her to return.

Some of them were getting ready with their arrows and spears just in case Han Zhie changed her mind and ran back to the Village due to being chased by extremely cruel and terrifying Beasts.

Han Zhie then casually walked into the Forest accompanied by Ling who was high above the clouds. He always accompanied Han Zhie's every step and was always ready to wait for orders from her.

Despite walking leisurely, Han Zhie was always on guard, not the slightest bit off guard, and did not underestimate the power of the Beast that He had yet to know of his strength. From above the height, Ling saw an extremely powerful protective formation. In the eyes of the Beasts, the protective formation looked like flashes of electricity or lightning. Low-level beasts would not be able to pass through it or they would be burned and charred stung or struck.

The villagers stared at Han Zhie's departure until it had long since disappeared from their eyes, entering the dense forest. Not long after that came the sound of explosions, rumbling, and a very loud roar to their ears.

"It seems he won't survive. Let's just get on with our work" said one of the Elders.

"Only one human being, the Beasts fought to such a great extent" said one of the Elders.

"Alright let's continue our work. We can't do anything about it, He's very adamant" the Village Chief replied in a nod by the Village Elders.

"At least We warned him" Then they dispersed and did their own work.

The sound of explosions, rumbling, and roars continued to be heard for a while, but did not stop the Residents who had returned to their respective jobs. Over time the voices disappeared after a moment some Beasts screamed and thrashed like in pain.

After a long time the village regained its composure, there were no sounds that shrieked the ears, Han Zhie returned with a three-headed Raksaksha Snake.

One of the Residents saw Han Zhie walking back to the Village. He rubbed his eyes not believing what he saw. A moment later He ran through the houses towards the Village Chief's residence shouting and pointing towards Han Zhie who was walking, told the other Residents.

"The young man is back"

"Look over there"

"The Village Chief, the young man is still alive"

"He managed to defeat that monstrous Beast" he shouted.

"It turns out He's no ordinary Swordsman" Sahut another after looking towards Han Zhie.

"Yes, look there !!! He snarled the Snake that had already taken a lot of casualties of the Villagers" said another.

Instantly the Village Chief, Elders, and Villagers found out about it and ran over to welcome Han Zhie.

"Sir, you're so great. I'm sorry that We didn't welcome you properly before" the Village Chief said after Han Zhie was in front of them.

"No need to hesitate like that, it is appropriate that I help the Residents in this Village" Han Zhie replied.

"Can the Village Chief help me handle this" Han Zhie continued asking for help for the Villagers to help deal with the dead Raksaksha Snake.

"Of course, with pleasure. When else can we eat that much meat" Replied the Village Chief no matter it was the carcass of the Raksaksha Serpent Beast.
