After receiving intensive care that required Arkan and Arta to go back to the hospital for 3 days, the twins Jo and Jen were finally allowed to go home.

Before leaving the hospital, Jo and Jen are put on masks to avoid being recognized by people remembering events that happened to them before.

"Jo and Jen baby, you wear a mask and a hat, baby" Arta told the twins.

"Why Ma?" ask them simultaneously.

"Look, Mama and Papa are afraid the bad guys will recognize and kidnap you. Mama and Papa don't want something like yesterday to happen again" Arta told the twins.

"OK deh Ma" they replied compactly while smilingly showing their small teeth.

Arta put a hat and mask on them both. Moments later Arkan arrives after taking care of the twins' administrative matters.

"You guys ready?" ask Arkan to come into the room.

Arkan, Arta and the twins got into the elevator to the 1st floor because the hospital had 6 floors and their room was on the 6th floor . Arkan and Arta are still with their old looks that are sure to steal people's attention to scorn and vilify them.

"Poor family!" a man in the elevator.

"Look at the appearance of their feathers, cih is not as level as us" said the man's wife who was holding a boy the same age as Jo and Jen.

"Look at their child like it's not taken care of" she said again to her husband.

"Not as level as we are Mami, how do they finance the administration of this hospital? their clothes are just out! " the teasing of her husband again with a slightly hardened voice.

Arkan and Arta just kept silent not responding to the sneers of those people.

However, Jo who was carried by Arkan and Jen who was held by Arta looked at them with a sharp gaze.

"Sorry Om padlocked and Aunt Menor, Papa and Mama good people don't say no" said Joshua while opening his mask.

"Don't ridicule Mama and Papa ya Om Gembul and Aunt Menor!" jeni said with a dislike look.

"Sih basic kids don't know manners!" the woman's lips.

Arta and Arkan turned around and looked sharply at the two of them.

"Dear your manners sir, Madam!" arkan firmly with a sharp look.

"The poor! you're not as tall as us working for the Mars Company, we're believers there, you're just pathetic poor people!" the woman taunts them.

Elevator on the first floor.

"Get aside, the rich are passing by!" said the woman haughtily along with her son and husband.

The three of them got out of the elevator, the woman walked over while accidentally nudging Arta on the shoulder and almost making her fall, lucky Arkan immediately pulled Arta's hand.

"Based on the bad guys!" arta was upset.

They got out of the elevator and walked to the exit.

"You don't need to hear their taunts, baby!" arkan said to the twins.

"But they are evil Pa" said Joshua annoyed.

"She they're not talking right huh" annoyed Jenny pursed her lips.

"Let it be, baby, Papa will take care of them later" Arkan said staring hatefully at the people.

"Here you go, don't mind them. Let's put the mask on again" said Arta fix the mask of the twins.

"oh you're employees at my company. Just look at it later" Arkan muttered annoyedly.

They got out of the hospital to the car park. While in the parking lot again the arrogant family floated ridicule even with a voice that was deliberately raised .

"There are poor people! what do you want, huh? wanna beg? there's something red for you!" said the lady as she threw a few pieces of red money in front of them.

"Based on arrogant man! heh rich mistress, look first it's your face like ondel-ondel, Menor!!" gertak Arta who was already very upset.

The woman looked in annoyance at Arta.

The arrogant family was surprised, and looked for who the owner of the luxury car was.

Arkan opened the back door and put the twins in the passenger seat. Then opened the front door next to the driver for Arta. Then he got into the driver's seat and drove off his car leaving the arrogant family behind.

Their mouths were open in disbelief at what they saw. The people they say are poor have cars as luxurious and expensive as that. The world is turned upside down, they thought.

"What!! How could the poor man have such a fancy car??" said the Menor woman.

The man remained glued as he looked at the special license plate he seemed to see often at the company he worked for.

"It looks like I've seen that plate, but where?" be puzzled.

"Mommy, Daddy !!!! " cried their son who had been furious with the arrogant actions of his parents.

"Eh yes, baby yes, a moment yes" said the menor woman was excited because she did not want her child to be angry.

"Mommy and Papi what the hell is that? from earlier Egi was embarrassed because Mommy and papi ridiculed others" ketus Egi on both parents.

Arta and Arkan arrive at the Whitegar family's main house. They were greeted enthusiastically by the servants there, especially the presence of new family members who would color the house was very quiet.

"Heheheh, Jen misses Grandma beautiful and Grandpa handsome. Jen doesn't like it in the hospital" Jenny said in Mama Lily's lap.

"Jo misses Grandpa Hero and Grandma Super!" josua said no less excited.

"Hahahahha we also miss dear" said Papa George hugging Joshua.
