Lucas' words sounded so honest and open, leaving Ava feeling shocked and even a little nervous. He doesn't know how to respond to Lucas' statement, as his own feelings are still in turmoil.

"In business, I always put forward professionalism and decisiveness" Lucas said in a soft voice. "But from the first time I met you, there was something that made me feel different. I'd like to know more about you, Ava."

"I feel the same," Ava said in a soft voice. "From the first time I met you, I felt connected. But I am also confused. How could someone like you be interested in me?"

Ava nodded, feeling relieved. "I want to know you too, Lucas."

"From the first time you found this locket, I felt like we were connected" Lucas said. "Ava, do you want to be my girlfriend?"

"Lucas, of course!" ava replied in a trembling voice.
