Happy reading ....
The crisp laughter he had heard, began to attract Zein's attention. The laughter belonged to Mima, a cute-faced little girl with her cheerful style. From then on, Zein started to pay attention to Mima every time he came home and there was a gathering together.
Zein does not realize when exactly the seed of love exists. Every time Meydina introduced her to a woman, Mima's figure became her benchmark.
Mima is sweet, cheerful, and also spoiled. Zein began to realize such a figure was needed to fill his exhausting days. And all this time, of all the women that were introduced to him there was nothing like Mima.
The figure of Zein who is hailed as a young entrepreneur and so dream of women, in fact does not have enough confidence to express his feelings to a Mima. Evidently until now, Zein could only admire Mima in his heart.
Why have a boyfriend? Kepo doang's. Have you eaten yet? What are you again? Not shower yet? Iiih, I'm a digituin ogah. I'm quite sure papi is like my mama who is. A boyfriend? No!
Zein overhears Mima's words to Queena and Fatima. The girl did not realize that anyone was happy to hear her words.
Tok ... tok.
The sound of knocking broke Zein's daydream that had been standing looking out of the room from behind the window. Zein turned his head and saw Fatima popping her head and asked, "Sister, are you ready yet?"
Fatima went in and approached Zein, then took her hand. "Come, Brother! Everyone's been waiting for this" he asked.
"Fatum, brother has not brought the same mobile wallet," Zein said while pointing at the nightstand.
Fatima quickly grabbed Zein's phone and wallet, then gave it to her sister. He returned to hold Zein with a happy face.
Since Fatima was in High School, she no longer wanted to be called 'baby' by Zein. Fatima was once laughed at by her friends when she heard Zein call her.
Fatima immediately booked a ticket when she learned of Zein's decision to marry Mima, and only arrived home last night. Resty and Bram will be absent from Zein's show today. Bram's condition post-surgery does not allow to travel too far.
It's not just Fatima. Alvin also immediately plans his return when he finds out Zein and Mima are getting married. Not only himself, Alvin took with him some relatives of the late Salman.
And at this moment, Alvin was staring at his daughter's sad face from the doorstep of Queena's room. He stepped closer to Queena who was putting on makeup, but looked a little grim.
"Princess daddy don't be sad that dong," said Alvin while rubbing Queena's shoulder.
"I'm not sad, Dad," said Queena while tidying up her makeup again.
"I'm sorry daddy, honey," said Alvin quietly as he peeked at Queena's head.
"I'm okay, Dad. Zein likes Mima. They are a suitable couple, can complement each other" Queena said with a faint smile. The girl did not want her father to feel guilty.
Alvin has known for a long time that his daughter loves Zein. But he asked Queena to throw away those feelings. It may sound inhumane. But Alvin has his own reasons.
Alvin doesn't want Queena to be a gossip in Salman's family. He knew himself well enough, and was well aware of the temperament of most of the family.
If not for his affection for Meydina and Zein, Alvin would not have wanted to be in his current position. Occupies the highest position in Al-Azmi Corp. at the request of Zein Maliek Bramasta.
The children and grandchildren of Salman's relatives did not take it for granted when they learned of Alvin sitting in that position. Alvin is nobody in the Al-Azmi family. But for Zein, Alvin is still his daddy. And for Alvin, Zein was like his own son. Let their relationship be that limited. Alvin doesn't want to make Zein his son-in-law.
"You'll find a suitable man, honey. He will love you unconditionally. Daddy's convinced your happiness isn't with Zein" Alvin said.
"Yes, Dad. Don't worry, I'm fine. I'm happy for them" Queena said as she got up from the dressing chair and faced Alvin.
"Thank you, dear," said Alvin gently to Queena who gave him a soft nod.
"Get out now?" alvin asked, and was again taken in by Queena. The father and son walked out of the room.
"I don't want to wear this. Mommy, this is heavy. Can't blink later." Mima's whimper that sounded out of the room stopped Alvin and Queena's steps.
Queena gave a smile, and so did Alvin. The two stared at each other and agreed to look briefly at Mima's room. Riky's daughter apparently does not want to wear false eyelashes as well as contact lenses. Mima was not used to it, as the objects made him less confident.
"Dad, Zein's brother has come!" king from the stairs. Without waiting for Alvin's reply, King ran down the stairs again.
"Mima, they've come. Let's get it over with, honey!" persuade Alvin.
"Watch a workout. So later if Zein makes it, you're ordinary. Stay resigned," said Alena half grumbling.
Alvin chuckled softly at Mima's horror gaze. Queena grabbed her shoulder while saying goodbye to Mima, "We're waiting downstairs, baby."
"Ready, Uncle," said Mima cheerfully.
Alena looked at her daughter for a moment, but apparently the gaze was realized by Mima who immediately asked her mother a question, "Why, Mi?"
"You look happy. There is no force at all" said Alena slowly.
"Aren't you, Mi? I'm actually sad, you know, soon away from mami sama papi. I am also happy to study abroad. Yes, even though there is a little fear," said Mima with a look at her face.
"Fear why? 'There's Zein, '" asked Alena curiously.
"That's why I'm afraid, Mi" he said plainly.
"Hehe, afraid of Zein?" seduce Alena while tidying up her daughter's makeup.
"Yes. I don't want a baby either, Mi."
Alena's hand stopped. Alena nodded at hearing that. He felt dejavu. His memory goes back 22 years.
Alena sees a picture of herself in Mima. They even married men who were much older. The difference is, he and Riky married because they love each other. So it feels natural that Mima who married because she was betrothed has such a desire.
"You said the same to Zein. Mami was sure she would understand," Alena suggested in a soft voice.
"That's it, Mi. If I say I don't want to m*king love, Brother Zein will understand, Mi?" mima asked half a whisper.
"Yes can't be dong, Mima," said Alena who began to feel anxious to pinch Mima's cheek.
"Eh, talk instead. It's a candidate under the wing" said Widiya who entered the room. Widiya approached Alena and Mima who were standing near the dressing table.
"The beauty of the grandchild of oma," praised Widiya with sparkling eyes.
"Who used to be her mom" Alena said.
"Who used to dong omanya," said Widiya and Mima along with carefree.
Alena swerved with a bent face. Widiya chuckled softly as she grabbed Alena's shoulder and then kissed her daughter-in-law's cheek. Alena smiled widely and spread out her hand asking Mima to join them. Mima approached with a face and hugged Alena.
"I'm going to miss you guys" he said slowly.
"Are we all, Ma?" Widiya assented with a quick nod.
"Udah, don't be sad. Her make up will wear off. Not beautiful, but beautiful. Can-can be on all escape," seloroh Widiya.
"Ih, Oma. I'm really sad" Mima grumbled.
"Yes, Honey. We understand. But sadly it was saved first. Now, let's get down! Before anyone screams to call us," Widiya said, holding Mima's hand, and on the other hand with Alena.
"No one will scream, Ma. 'And she likes to yell at him, '" pointed Alena at Mima.
"Oh yeah-huh. Forgot." Mima glared at the horror at Widiya who patted her forehead, then turned to look at Alena who chuckled softly while covering her mouth with her hands.
"Oh, mommy is the same?" whinek Mima is upset.
"Dear, kidding. Sorry yes." Widiya rubbed Mima's chest with eye movements gesturing to Alena who was still chuckling to be quiet as soon as possible.
