A week after Arzan was hospitalized, doctors allowed him to go home. His condition has improved, thanks to Moza who faithfully accompanied Arzan in the hospital.

"My stomach hurts Frans, is it okay to be in the USG again?" moza asked grimacingly.

"Of course, there seems to be another surprise" said Frans doctor with a smile. She actually knew something about Moza's pregnancy. Then he explained about a secret that he had not told yesterday.

"Dok, that's why? is Miss Moza pregnant with twins doc? because I saw the fetus in the womb there are two" said Luna who was curious.

Moza was shocked by what Luna had just said. Frans smiled, then answered Luna's curiosity. "Congratulations Madame Moza, you will be blessed with twins"

Moza glazed, she felt happy because she was blessed with two children at once. "Is that true, Frans?"

"Yes, that's right. Take care of your health, eat nutritious food, stop eating noodles first, stop coffee first" said Frans doctor while offering a prescription vitamin to Moza.

"Mas Irsyad, we're twins. I feel happy, but it would be more complete if you were still here with me" Moza said, hugging a picture of her husband. Suddenly his phone rang, the name 'Arzan Caling' then Moza grabbed his phone.

"Yes hello, Zan"

"Mo, can we meet now?"

"I'm with Luna, I'm home in 1 hour"

"Okay, I'll be at your house in 1 hour"

After ending her conversation on the phone Moza smiled. "Farid must have called Arzan."

Then Moza stepped out to call Luna.

"Well, madam" Luna replied as she grabbed the key on the table.

Then they both head for the small house that Arzan knows is the rented house where Moza contracted.

The two of them arrived first, 15 minutes later Arzan arrived.

"Arzan what do you want to drink? Coffee or cold water?" luna said offering a drink.

"I'm here just for a minute, Lun" replied Arzan.

Luna replied "Ooh, yes I want to rest"

"Mo, there's something I want to say to you" Arzan said with a serious face.

"What are you talking about?" moza pretended not to know.

"I got a scholarship from FF Group, to continue my studies in America. If I'm honest, that's my dream. But I have you now, I have to ask your opinion"

"Waaah!! seriously you, Zan! congratulations" Moza replied with a shocked expression. Then his head looked sad.

"Why Mo? if you have my permission, no papa. I continue my studies here." said Arzan while looking at Moza with a sad expression.

"Not so, I support you to continue your studies there. This is a golden opportunity, I also 2 more days to go to M city. I'll stay there for a while. Maybe until 1 year there, I can not explain now my purpose there. I'm definitely staying with Luna."

"Why is this sudden? I thought while waiting for the visa to go down, I wanted to spend time with us before I left later." Arzan's face looked gloomy.

"In that case, I'll go home first" said Arzan as he stroked Moza's hair. Moza nodded and led Arzan to the front door.

"Oiya, the day after tomorrow if you want to go to the airport, I'll take you with me"

"Yes" Moza replied briefly.

"I'm saying yes." With a quick movement Arzan kissed Moza's forehead. Moza was surprised, then smiled as he waved at Arzan.

"Don't speed it!" moza said then Arzan smiled and nodded.
