In the morning, Leo awakens by touching his head which feels very heavy and a little twitching.

At first Leo was very surprised when he was in a room that he did not know but Leo's gaze was fixed to his left side, Leo was relieved because it turned out that Caramel was beside him.

The face of the wife looks very charming and graceful when sleeping. Leo smiled bitterly, touched Caramel's forehead and then went down to his nose and down again to his lips, until Leo's hand stopped at Caramel's neck. Leo saw a red mark on Caramel's neck.

"Kara," call Leo again.

Leo sighed resignedly, maybe Kara felt tired because of the act last night so Leo let Karamel stay asleep and he certainly had to clean himself in the bathroom.

But when Leo stood up, Leo saw his subordinates there were blood spots.

"My wife is a virgin?" Leo glared in surprise, Leo looked at Caramel and Leo opened the blanket that covered Caramel. Leo stared at the bed with blood stains.

"Not Kara ever ...."

Leo frowned. Okay fine! Leo is getting restless now, he will not be able to calm down if he has to let Caramel sleep without explaining what he sees at this time.

"Kara," call Leo to gently stroke the top of Caramel's head.

"Wake up baby!" Leo patted slowly on Caramel's cheek, but to no avail, Caramel still remained unmoved.

Several times Leo shook Caramel's body but the result was the same, Caramel did not respond. Until Leo realized Caramel was not moving or squirming at all. Did Caramel faint?

Leo panicked until Leo did not take the time to bathe, Leo immediately put on his clothes and Caramel and Leo took Caramel to the nearest hospital.

Outside Caramel's examination room, Leo became agitated, and he kept pacing around the door.

A few hours later a female doctor came over to Leo, "How's my wife doing, Doc? Is there anything serious, or ...."

"Let's go to my room, sir." take the doctor so Leo follows the doctor into his room.

"Is there a serious problem, Doc?" leo asked, Leo was afraid that something might happen to his wife.

"The patient's condition is weakened by exhaustion, sir" said the doctor sighing deeply.

"And I'm sorry, sir, we can't save the fetus that's in your wife's womb" the doctor said.

Leo's body went limp, his mouth twisted. His mind floated as the doctor said 'Fetus'

"Ja-fetus?" parrot Leo gurgled.

"Your wife had a miscarriage due to excessive orgasm, sir" said the doctor.

"Is-my wife pregnant, Doc?" leo asked, Leo did not know that Caramel was pregnant so he asked if Caramel was pregnant?

The doctor seemed confused by Leo's question, How does a husband not know his wife is pregnant? Does his wife know too? Thought the doctor.

"True sir, your wife's gestational age is only four days a week" replied the doctor.

How Leo will explain everything with Caramel, the doctor said Leo had to convey everything very carefully, a mother who lost her child can make the mother become worse.

Leo sat down in a chair beside the caramel gurney, holding Caramel's hand, Leo kept looking at Caramel's face.

"I'm sorry," said it out of Leo's mouth.

Although the lost fetus is not his flesh and blood, Leo felt tight when he knew Caramel was pregnant and suddenly had to miscarry because he was trying to help himself from the influence of the drug that Clara gave.

"I'm sorry," Leo involuntarily shed her tears.

"Sorry Papa, Son!" Leo drowned his face in Caramel's hands, Leo's heart ached, very sick.

So many Aryan questions that Leo has to answer everything, starting from What happened to Caramel? Then how can Leo be with Caramel when Caramel is not expecting Leo anymore? How can Leo be Caramel's husband? Where's Caramel's husband, Henry? And many more. Leo replied calmly but Aryan who heard all the clarity of Leo could not hold back the emotions.

Several times Aryan cursed when it turns out Henry is a bad person, but fortunately Leo tried to calm Aryan's anger.

"I don't know how to talk to Kara, sister!" after all the stories ended, now Leo gave up because of the problem of miscarriage Caramel.

Aryan touches Leo's back, "Kara is a strong woman, Leo." said Aryan also felt sad for the grief that his best friend experienced but Leo shook his head.

"It's all my fault, from the beginning I've made Kara suffer sister!" leo hit his own head.

"Stop Leo ... Leo stop!" aryan held Leo's hand.

Aryan knows Leo is devastated but Aryan can't bear to see Leo blaming himself.

Inside the treatment room, the caramel body stiffened at the words of her husband and Aryan, Karamel stared at her stomach and Caramel touched her flat stomach, Caramel did not think she was pregnant and the child she was carrying was Henry's child. But Caramel miscarried, the child she was carrying had disappeared from her womb.

Is this the father's karma of his son? Or is it God's destiny that doesn't want Caramel to conceive the child of a criminal like Henry?

Caramel's heart was broken because her first child had to be taken again by God, Caramel knew God loved her son more but Caramel felt very, very sad over the loss of her child.

"Sorry Mama, baby!" lirih Karamel whimpered her tears.
