After the announcement from Arvin that he delivered a few days ago, now many class children come to see Rara to the hospital when she returned home from school. Especially the five friends of Rara and of course Arvin who promised to visit Rara every day in the hospital even though his best friend had not opened his eyes until now. They are very sad to see Rara lying helplessly in her patient bed, moreover there are many hoses that Rara put in to support her life.

Not only friends and classmates who are sad to see the condition of Rara which is filled with hoses and infusions that are always replaced if it is exhausted every day, every day, but the whole family was also very sad to see it as if their world was collapsing. Because their beloved daughter did not also open her beautiful eyes and display her charming smile that will be the encouragement of their lives.

On this Sunday Kenzo, Arvin and J twins are guarding Rara in a VVIP room where there is also a room for the four of them to sleep in, but from last night Kenzo continued to sit next to his wife's patient bed. Rara has been in a coma for 3 weeks. There have been no signs or movements from Rara that indicate that she will wake up from her long sleep and pass the critical period. Day after day passed by all family members without the smile and adorable behavior of the beautiful girl who was lying weak.

Not a single day Kenzo was absent to keep the wife in the hospital. Although sometimes he had to be forced to go home just to clean his body from sweat and changed clothes by his mother and in-law.

Rara's outpatient room is quiet, leaving only Kenzo there alone. While others were in the hospital canteen to fill their stomachs, because the day had shown the heat which means time for lunch. Kenzo deliberately did not go with the whole family because he wanted to be alone with his wife, even though the girl was not aware.
