Nessa pats Irgi on the shoulder to give him some encouragement.

He knew that his twin brother was in a big dilemma. Irgi is a man who is so respectful to women, because it is hard for Irgi to choose between Dinda and Nessa.

For a moment Irgi fell silent with a blank look.

Nessa walks into Dinda's treatment room. He deliberately let Irgi alone.

They walked through the corridor.

"Then come with me" asked Irgi.

Karen follows Irgi to where she takes him.

They arrived at a hospital hallway that was quite quiet.

"Do you want to talk to me Gi?" karen asked while looking intently at Irgi.

Irgi again lowered his face, he could not reveal the reason.

"Hiks, this must be because Dinda isn't Gi?"asked Karen with great emphasis.

"Jawab Gi! It must be Dinda, right? " ask Karen emotion.

"Irgi's airwab?!" asked Karen while pulling the shirt Irgi was wearing.

"Jawab Gi? Answer it! It must be Dinda, right? You can do this to me? Isn't it Gi?" asked Karen repeatedly while hitting the chest of Irgi's field.

Irgi was silent with his face down.

"I'm sorry Karen, I can't continue our relationship because I have to keep Dinda feeling, at this time Dinda is sick" said Irgi lirih.

Karen was crying so much, she hugged Irgi even more, as if she did not want to lose Irgi.

"I don't want Gi! I don't want to break up, I'm in love with you Gi, Please don't do this to me" she asked in tears.

At first Karen wants to marry Irgi because of her father's request.However, the feeling of love slowly grows in Karen's heart when getting closer to Irgi. 

According to Karen, Irgi is not only handsome and rich, but he has a unique personality, which makes him look perfect in the eyes of Karen.Karen feels that Irgi is the best man he has ever known.

Seeing Karen like that, Irgi also could not bear.

"Where are Dinda and Nessa?" Irgi panicked.

He immediately reached into his pocket and immediately called Nessa.

"Hello Nessa, where are you?" ask Irgi Panic.

"Dinda entered the ICU. Dinda again lost consciousness" Nessa replied on her phone call.

"ICU room?"

After hanging up the phone, Irgi immediately approached the ICU room.

Irgi asks for permission to meet Dinda at the ICU room house.

"What happened to Dinda, Ness?" ask Irgi.

"His blood pressure dropped Gi, his heart rate weakened" replied Nessa softly.

Irgi looked at Iba at Dinda who was lying helplessly with some medical aids.

A doctor is checking her condition. When she was done, the doctor treated Dinda and the doctor left the room.

Irgi glanced at the ECG, Dinda's heart rate looked so weak, she sat down next to Dinda.

Dinda's face looks so pale. 

"Dinda you have to be strong yes, mas Irgi is here with you," said Irgi, then he kissed Dinda's forehead.

Irgi then grabbed Dinda's hand and grabbed it.

"Dinda you have to heal, because Irgi mas does not want to lose you, mas Irgi love you Dinda," whispered Irgi while dripping her tears.

A second later Irgi felt a movement from Dinda's hand.

"Mas Irgi" said Dinda so softly.
