The Snake
Daisy who was walking down the stairs was momentarily silent.
He saw the serpent woman still in his house. Um. Rosa's House. But, still. He lives here too. So, doesn't he have the right to evict these uninvited guests?
He continued his slow steps. Her pregnancy has entered the second trimester. So the nausea has started to diminish.
So, she could freely fill her husband's stomach with her best cooking. But again even had to be disturbed by the arrival of wild snakes.
"Mr. Is there any uler in the exit?" Daisy when she entered the kitchen.
"Eh, right? Where is non?" Reply Hana who does not understand the meaning of Daisy's words.
"Eh, you're so insolent.!" Fanya chuckles when she realizes she is what the snake means.
"You're lacking education, ma'am. It's beautiful to chase people's husbands." Cynic Daisy
"That Axel calls you.! Try not to tempt him. I can definitely reverse it.!" Hardik Fanya who has now ruffled the waist behind Daisy who is busy turning back the seasoning.
"I'm sorry? Beautiful people do not need to be busy flirting already a lot of queues," Daisy turned her body to look at Fanya no less fierce. He revealed his cynical smile mocking Fanya.
Suddenly Fanya's hand was already hanging in the air wanting to slap her. But Daisy swiftly repelled him and threw Fanya's hand until she fell on the floor.
Hana who had just observed was smiling satisfied to see Fanya falling on the hard floor.
"What's this?" The sudden jolt of Rosa was already at the kitchen door. He quickly helped Fanya stand up.
"She's already starting to get rough with Fanya, Mah. Though I just reminded that Mas Axel did not like that the cuisine is too sweet. But he pushed me, Ma." Rintih Fanya started the charade.
Daisy and Hana can only look at him.
It's smart that he's turning Daisy's inner facts around
"God! Just a day home you've made a scene. You don't know yourself.!" Jerk Rosa while pushing Daisy's shoulder. He would have fallen if there was no Hana behind who swiftly helped him stand up.
"Conscious, Ma. Who should Mama bela be. Me or him ?!" Lirih Daisy is slow but full of emphasis.
"Of course it's Fanya.!" Rosa growled while looking at Daisy sharply. While Fanya who had earlier taken refuge behind Rosa's back was seen smiling triumphantly at Daisy
"Just ask my son-in-law. Either now or anytime. You don't dream of being accepted in this house." Rosa continued, instantly making Daisy's heart beat fast.
He was finally silent. Then try to be indifferent and continue his cooking activities.
"Look, Ma. The more insolent he is. She was talking to Mama-in-law and was so cute." Say Fanya again. He's still trying to pump up Rosa.
"See later. I'll make you split up. How to do it." Rosa's murmur makes the spatula Daisy holds fall.
"Astaghfirullah, Ma." Ogre Daisy
Fanya smiled happily. Meanwhile, Hana had already started cooking it because it was getting noon.
Breakfast just passed. With Axel who is having a warm conversation with Rosa. Without ever knowing what Daisy has experienced due to Mama and her ex-boyfriend.
All along chewing Daisy just silence. If only she was not pregnant, she would prefer fasting rather than having to eat food that feels bland because her mood is lost.
"Honey.. Nambah again dong chicken. Let our child be healthy there" Axel said with a sweet smile as he stroked Daisy's stomach behind the table.
Daisy is silent. Axel's words that seemed like nothing had happened even made his heart even more sick.
"Darling… ?" Call Axel again after Daisy is silent.
"I'm the one who added it." Fanya said with her sweet smile. He took a piece of chicken and put it on Daisy's plate.
"Ouch. Don't eat it. Afraid of the poison" Daisy's fervent while smiling cynically.
"What's? You are the one cooking yourself. So, you put poison in your cooking?" Fanya Eject.
"Yes I cooked. But I don't want to eat the food you've touched. You're a poisonous snake." Chirps Daisy relax. He then moved from where he sat.
Axel follows Daisy. If only Fanya was not a guest Rosa would have been expelled. He had to watch her at the dinner table every day.
"I'll go first, yeah." Pamit Axel after taking the briefcase that Daisy had prepared.
"Enter at the anther. You rest in the room. I'm afraid you're on the snake's stake." Axel claws while kissing Daisy's soft forehead.
Daisy gawked for a moment but then laughed softly.
"Well. Dong. You're beautiful when you laugh" said Axel again kissed all parts of Daisy's face.
"So, is it beautiful just to laugh?" Reply Daisy. He began to struggle with the behavior of Axel who kissed him endlessly.
"Pretty pretty. But if the beautiful laugh goes many fold.
" Computer. I'm anther nothing." Daisy grabs Axel's arm and invites him out, but his steps are held back as Axel stays still where he stands.
"She was afraid of uler?" Canda Axel again.
"Ih. Why fear. Not a tad."
"What if you bite?"
"He's uler, I'm a tiger. Once said he was in my big mouth." Daisy said as she raised her hand to imitate the claws of the tiger and roared softly.
Axel even laughed curled up.
They then walked down the stairs. Daisy flanks her arms tightly, wanting to show the world that Axel is her husband. His.
He was determined not to let go of Axel whatever happened. Unless Axel himself chooses to leave.
He always prayed for a third of the night to open the door of Mama-in-law's heart and so that he could always be patient to undergo every household test.
When he passed the dining table he could no longer see Rosa and Fanya. I don't know where they are.
Unknowingly Daisy breathed a sigh of relief. He was tired of all the drama caused by them.
After taking Axel away, Daisy went inside.
When he arrived at the family room, he heard the voices of two people talking. Just not so obvious.
When he drowned he saw Rosa and Fanya were joking together at the poolside.
The two were engrossed in talking who knew nothing until Rosa laughed loosely. His eyes look happy.
Seeing the scene that morning instantly made Daisy's chest ache. That's what he always hoped for. That's what he always dreamed of.
Having a mother-in-law is her mother's dream. Many times Daisy heard that her mother always prayed that her two children get in-laws who always glorify her daughter-in-law and consider them her own children.
A drop of clear grain fell from its neutral angle. Do not want to linger heartache he soon passed.
It is better this time he focuses independently and makes his own money.
