Noah had woken up from his sleep, he immediately headed for the bathroom to clean his body. Keyla was still asleep.

A few minutes later, Yura and Elard reached the hospital, when they had just entered Keyla's room. They didn't see Noah there.

"Noah where's El?" Yura asked when she had just entered the room where Keyla was being cared for.

"It looks like in the bathroom baby, we'll just wait" Elard replied.

Yura approached Keyla, and she saw her daughter-in-law's condition.

Now Keyla's face is not as pale as yesterday, and the girl looks quite improved.

"Mother, father has come" said Noah who had just come out of the bathroom, and Noah immediately kissed the back of his hands to his parents.

"Yes son... We just came" answered Elard.

"How's Keyla doing?" Ask Yura.

"It has improved enough, this morning the doctor will check again" replied Noah.

Yura looked at Noah's tired face, his eyes as moist as possible because he lacked rest.

Noah sits on a sofa, accompanied by his parents, and they chat about Keyla's condition.

As Keyla woke up, she saw her parents-in-law and her husband sitting on a sofa.

"Mother..." Call Keyla slowly.

"Yes son" Yura immediately moved and approached Keyla.

"Mother than here?" Ask Keyla.

"No son, just a few minutes ago... How's your condition?"

As they were chatting, someone entered the room.

And that's the doctor who handled Keyla.

"Good morning, Mrs" said the doctor and stood 2 nurses behind him.

"For the doc" reply them all.

The doctor then immediately checked on Keyla.

"Master maybe we can talk outside" the doctor told Noah.

"Yes doc certainly can" replied Noah.

Then Noah and Elard came out of the room to see the doctor, while Yura kept Keyla in her room.

Keyla was a little anxious about the doctor's arrival, fearing that Noah would actually make the decision to agree to surgery.

"Master I would like to ask your decision as her husband, if you agree then this morning I will also perform surgery on Ms Keyla" the doctor said.

Noah was still silent, Noah thought about it last night but until the morning Noah had not found the confidence of what choice he would take.

"Noah immediately made the best decision" Elard said, holding Noah's shoulder.

Noah took a deep breath.

"I want to maintain my wife's pregnancy doc" replied Noah, a little doubt on the man's face.

"You sure sir? This is very risky for the health of your wife" asked the doctor again.

"Yes I'm sure I can take care of both. And my wife was able to survive until our son was born" Noah said.

Elard smiled slightly at the decision taken by his son, maybe if Elard was in the position of Noah he would take the same decision as him.

"Well sir, if that's your decision, I'll prepare some vitamins for Miss Keyla" the doctor said, leaving Noah.

"Is my decision right, Dad?" Ask Noah to his father.

"It's a tough decision, son, there's no right or wrong in it. If you are sure then do it, and take care of your wife and prospective children well" explained Elard.

He knows how Noah feels now, but if he gets a lot of support then it will make Noah relieved by the decision he took.

Noah and Elard return to Keyla's ward.

Keyla noticed Noah's face well, she was curious about her husband's decision.

"Noah..." Call Keyla.

"Yes baby?" Noah approached Keyla and he sat right next to his wife.

"How's...?" Keyla asked doubtfully.

"What's how??" Instead of answering Noah even teased his wife.

Actually Noah knew what Keyla meant, he just wanted to tease his wife who had begun to wonder.

"That's... Why the temple does not know" said Keyla while pinching a small waist Noah.

"Aww sick By" Noah said with a laugh.

"It hurts?? Why do you laugh when you are sick? It sucks!" Keyla was a little upset.

"Stop! There's mom and dad, shame" Keyla said.

Indeed Yura and Elard were watching the two of them while smiling to themselves.

"Noah just tell me son, what did you say to the doctor?" Yura asked who was also curious.

Nara was done with her activities in the bathroom, she immediately went down to meet Rangga.

Rangga immediately got out of his car and he rushed towards the white car that stopped right behind him.

The door opened, and a girl came out of the car.

"Dona!!!" Rangga said surprised when the driver of the car was Dona.

"Ladders. Why are you angry?" Ask Dona.

"still asking? You were driving with reckless abandon, you almost hit my car" Rangga said.

"Don't overdo it!!! I haven't hit you" said Dona, feeling innocent.

"If I don't avoid it, you've hit my car" Rangga said.

"Ladders...." Call Nara.

"Here we go, we'd better go straight to the hospital. It is not important to face someone like him" Nara said.

Nara herself does not know who the girl is, Nara just does not like to deal with people who do not want to admit their mistakes.
