"Mrs Adira is in a coma and will soon be transferred to the ICU." Answer the doctor.

Javier's tears that he had been holding back finally came out to wet Adira's face.

Javier looked at Adira who was still faithful to close her eyes and then wipe away the tears that fell on Adira's face.

After a while Javier came out of the ICU room for taking turns with his three twin sisters Adira.

Two Months Later

Daddy Rico asks the doctor to have Adira stay at the mansion so that his extended family can take care of him in turn and of course be approved.

That's because Daddy Rico transformed two guest rooms into one room like a treatment room. Where there are doctors and nurses staying at the mansion just in case something happens with Adira.

Before leaving for the office and returning from the office Javier took the time to accompany Adira and invite Adira to chat. Like this time where Javier came home from work directly to meet his wife who is still loyal to close his eyes.

Javier sat in a chair near the bed holding his wife's hand, which was not in the infusion.

"Honey, when did Mommy sleep? Daddy misses Mommy" said Javier while still holding Adira's hand who did not wear an infusion hose with a sad look.

"Our kids miss Mommy just as much as Daddy misses Mommy, so quickly realize that we can be together again as we used to." Javier.

Javier, who was very tired from returning home from work, made Javier wake his head on the bed by using Javier's two hands and Adira's hands.

It does not take long Javier sleep fast until half an hour later Adira's fingers slowly move.

Slowly Adira opened her eyes and felt her left hand feel heavy and cramp making Adira look towards Javier.

'His face looks thin and very tired especially the dark circles.' Adira said in her heart.

'I've remembered everything, should I forget everything that happened and start over or leave Javier's brother?' Ask Adira in my heart.

Suddenly the door of the treatment room opened making Adira stare towards the door. Adira looked at her five twins walking towards her.

"Daddy." Call her five twins together while walking towards her two parents.

Javier slowly opened his eyes then turned his face towards his five sons with a smile.

"What's the matter, honey?" Javier asked without realizing that Adira had realized as well as the five twins.

"Daddy if tired, better Daddy shower first continue to sleep in the room. Let us change Mommy's guard." Arsenio.

"Daddy is not tired, Daddy just overslept. Have you guys eaten?" Ask Javier.

"It's Dad." Answer the five twins at the same time.

"Daddy, Arsenio, Bagas, Cairo, Draco and Edison." Call Adira in a soft tone.
