Miranda and Renan go to the artist's boutique. “This is the last time I'm helping you!” grunts Renan without looking at Miranda. He remains focused on driving. “Quick make our scenario break up. Don't lie to the public for too long. You yourself will lose later!”
Miranda just glanced at the cynical Renan. The man though said cynically but was always by his side. “At least until I'm not the center of attention,” Miranda said. “You don't see the news circulating? Because of you, my good name is back. Even now many companies want me to be their brand ambassador,” he said full of pride.
“But how long will it take? The more your career goes up, the more the center of attention!” ketus Renan's.
“What harm did it do to me? Besides, you don't have a heart to keep, do you?” Miranda is convinced that Renan does not have a lover. He can use Renan for his interests in his career, as well as his own.
“Ya, but still ...”
“Oh yes, how do I get my cosmetic products loved? I'm trying to build my own business. Launch products with trademarks from my name!” miranda was enthusiastic. He deliberately cut off Renan's words so as not to discuss their relationship again.
“You must determine the target market first. The maturation of the concept, quality and no less important is marketing. You already have a name, the possibility of your product is known to be very promising.”
“Good. Looks like, you can help me in business.”
Renan only glanced at Miranda, he did not speak again until he reached the destination boutique. “I want to go to the toilet first,” whispered Renan.
“You stay straight and turn right,” explains Miranda.
Renan went straight to the toilet. Miranda was greeted by a boutique employee. Start looking for suitable clothes that will be used at his partner's wedding.
A woody man in slightly feminine clothes approached Miranda. “Hei Miranda, you came on time,” said Oscar, a designer and boutique owner.
Miranda looks like a sumringah. “Wah, what a coincidence to meet you today,” he said while hugging Oscar. It's been two months Oscars have been busy in New York to attend a fashion event there.
“I also really miss you, rarely a hectic artist like you can come here,” said Oscar softly without seeming contrived.
“I'm looking for clothes to go to the wedding,” explained Miranda.
“Did you come to Rebecca's wedding?” ask Oscar. Rebecca is an Australian stucco artist and married to an American man.
“Yes. You're not coming?”
“No! He never used my design,” snorted Oscar. “What's the theme?”
“International, that's it. Events in 5-star hotels.”
“Alright, I will find a dress that suits you,” explained Oscar. “Come with me,” he added.
Miranda followed Oscar away. They went to the second floor. “I made some new dresses, I think it can be used by you.”
...----------------...
Renan came out of the toilet, he didn't see any Miranda downstairs. “Where was the woman who was here?” ask him to a boutique officer.
“Nona Miranda? He was on the second floor,” explained the waiter.
“Thank you,” said Renan then went to the second floor.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
Miranda saw the amazement of the Oscar's plans. “I want a couple shirt,” he said.
“Couple?” ask Oscar to make sure.
“Ya,” Miranda replied briefly.
“With man?” ask Oscar again.”
“Of course!” miranda was proud.
Miranda frowned. “Not with him, I just admire him! Didn't you see the news?”
“Oh sorry. I didn't follow the news because I was too focused on fashion shows.”. “Who is your lover now?” ask Oscar curiously.
“Renan,” says Miranda. He had no intention of telling Oscar his relationship with Renan was just a deal. No one ever knows the future. If he's dating Renan, let it be his story. Even if they are not a match, there will be people who defend him that they were right to have a relationship.
“Is he a businessman?”
“Yes. She was long abroad,” muttered Miranda. She looked at the white dress that adjoined the suit of a man. “This dress is good, it fits well with this guy's suit. It will definitely look harmonious.”
“You want to come to the wedding in a white dress? You're the invited guest or the bride!” grunts Oscar.
“Indeed guests should not be invited in a white dress?”
Oscar just grunted. “Come to the wedding must not appear beyond the bride! Especially weddings that carry an international theme, which in fact the bride uses a white dress. You'll look disrespectful. No one forbids wearing a white dress. It's just that, it has become part of the dress code. The unwritten rules. Yes, the rules implicitly.”
Miranda took off her hand touching the white dress. Disappointed not to be able to wear that dress. However, he still appreciated the bride. His eyes circulated, looking for the one that was to his liking. “I want that red dress,” point Miranda on a red dress that has a sabrina model and a long skirt that is wide to sweep the floor. Dress that is quite shiny because there are gemstones.
“That red dress?” oscar asked, pointing at the dress called Miranda.
“Yes. Wh why? Can't be too?” asked Miranda raising her voice.
“Not allowed, sometimes red becomes a forbidden color for invited guests. Red means, you've been sleeping with the groom" Renan said, stressing the last sentence.
Oscar and Miranda turned to look at Renan who suddenly entered in their chat. “Where is such a thing?” Miranda. She glanced back at the red dress. “You just talk, don't you? Red is more dominant which symbolizes bravery, sensual and naughty!” continued.
“Only according to ancestors. Some cultures consider red to be good luck. The bride uses red. If guests use red color can be considered part of the wedding couple's clothes,” Renan explained at length.
“Red can't! Whit can't!” Miranda. While Oscar only noticed Renan who had been talking.
“If white, avoided because some non-Western cultures associate the color with death and mourning!” exclaim Renan. “But, if for western culture itself, considered disrespecting the bride.”
“So what should I wear? Isn't black also symbolic of mourning?” Miranda.
“If you want to use red it's okay. What you're attending is an international Western theme, whose bride most likely wears a white dress. The red color is only used by some countries like India, China, or other weddings whose color may have significant cultural significance. However, I feel like you're not fit to wear that red dress to the wedding tonight. Not because of the color or the wedding culture that carries the bride red dress, but because of the luxury of this dress,” explained Oscar.
“Clothes are like precedent to try to beat the bride,” Renan continued. “no matter the level of formality of the show, there is one main rule that all guests must follow, your clothes must not exceed the bride!” yells.
“Huft! Want to go to the wedding just bothered once!” Miranda.
Renan just chuckled. “Actually, how do people just look. Regardless, every wedding will have a different dress code, try to respect that in the way we dress, position ourselves in a beachhead,” explains Renan.
“You ... perfectly understand the dress code of conduct,” praise Oscar looking at Renan from top to bottom.
Renan looks awkward. “I only know a little,” he said.
Miranda chose blue with a black accent. He and Renan look good. “Thank you for the dress,” Miranda told Oscar. He patted the designer's arm.
“Sure, Dear. You can come here whenever you want. I have a lot of dresses,” Oscar said. He took a quick glance at Renan who was walking first.
Miranda also sees Renan coming out of the boutique without saying goodbye. “Then, I pamit.”
Miranda took her hand off Oscar's arm. However, Oscar pulls Miranda's arm. “Are you really in a relationship with him?” ask Oscar with a serious mimic.
“Ya, sure. Why?”
Oscar was doubtful. However, he still said what he had in mind. “It's okay. I just feel like he's not being sincere with you. My advice to stay away from him. You deserve a real man who loves you,”.
Miranda just smiled, without chiming in again the words of Oscar. He left the designer. Oscar could only stare at Miranda's back, which disappeared behind the door. Hopefully, the artist gets a sincere man to her.
