TBM Chapter 7

Hospital A

Febi walked into the ER room, waiting for Dea who had not been conscious until now. Grasping Dea's small hands while chanting prayers for Dea's healing.

"Dea" said Oma Dea bitterly with tears of pain watching her grandson lying helplessly.

"Febi, thank you for accompanying Dea and contacting us." continued Oma Dea.

"Sama-sama Aunt. Aunty should go to the doctor who handles Dea" said Febi.

"I tipped Dea for a while" said Oma Dea and left the room.

Febi went straight to Fela's nursery in the child's NICU when Dea would prepare the nurse to the operating room. Children's NICU room is a room that only has baby cribs. No parent should enter the room except at certain hours to visit or for certain purposes with a nurse or pediatrician.

Febi went to the hospital cafeteria to fill her stomach, which was filled with little food.

After eating, Febi walked to the operating room to find out about Dea.

In front of the operating room is Oma, Daniel's brother, Aiden, Dea's nanny and the man who helped Dea take her to a hospital called Seto.

The operation of Dea lasts for 4 hours.

"Doctor, how's my son Dea doing?" aiden asked as the doctor who operated on Dea walked out of the operating room.

"Operation went well sir. Miss Dea is in a stable state just not yet conscious due to the influence of drugs. Miss Dea will be observed first after surgery, if it continues to improve it will be transferred to the treatment room." explained the doctor.

"Thank you doctor."

"Together sir, this is our duty as doctors."

All the Dea families were waiting in front of the observation room. Only 1 person was allowed to enter the room accompanying Dea.

"Feb, thank you for contacting us" Aiden said

"Just like you, I happen to be in this hospital" replied Febi.

"You sick?" asked Oma Dea who was listening to Febi's conversation with Aiden.

"It's not my mistress, but my son Fela fell out of bed. Now in the baby's NICU."

"Don't call madam, just call Auntie..May Fela get well soon." said sincerely Oma Dea pray Fela.

"Thank you nyo.hmm Aunt. Then excuse me to go home first. May Dea be healthy soon." said Febi then stood up and wanted to leave.

"Wait for Feb, let you get between Aiden. Aiden and Daniel are going home to clean up, it's not good for a child to linger in the hospital."

"So troublesome Aunt."

"Don't bother Feb, me and Daniel will also go home" replied Aiden who stood near Febi.

In the car they were silent with their own thoughts. Tired Daniel had fallen asleep in the lap of his nanny.

After arriving at their respective homes, Febi checked the ingredients in the kitchen of his cafe whether there was anything to buy again and checked the cafe sales report.

Arriving at the children's NICU, Febi got the news that Fela was fine and this afternoon was allowed to be taken home. While waiting, Febi went to Dea's room but Dea was not there. After asking the nurse, it turned out that Dea had been moved to the treatment room.

"Good day, how's Dea doing?" febi's greetings to Aiden and Oma Dea who were in the room at the time.

"Siang, Dea has improved but until now still unconscious" replied Oma Dea.

"Dea must be fine Auntie." the heartfelt prayer was uttered Febi.

"How's Fela doing?" ask mama Dea

"This afternoon Fela is welcome to take Auntie home." replied Febi.

Febi saw Dea's hand move.

"Dea's aunt is moving" said Febi.

Aiden swiftly pressed a button on top of the gurney to call the hospital guard.

Dea opened her eyes slowly.

"Well, Dea's dizzy, Dea's thirsty."

"Beautiful, I'll call the doctor first to check on Dea." replied Aiden gently and gave the drink to Dea.

The nurse and the doctor came to check on Dea.

"Miss Dea is now improving. Just increase rest, medication in regular drinking" said the doctor smiling to see the development of Dea.

"Good doctor, thank you." replied Oma Dea.

"Dea is healing fast dear" said Febi with a smile holding Dea's hand.

"Dea wants to have a mother like Mother Febi. Dea's friends are being picked up by her mother. Dea was picked up equally sus." Dea said with tears in her eyes.

Later that day the school has come to apologize for the negligence of guarding their students and explain the reason the fateful incident could occur. The school did not know about Dea running out of the school area because at that time the children were waiting for an invitation to go home from school. The school has investigated the reason for Dea running into the street and has given understanding to all students in the school so as not to insult or bully other friends who have shortcomings.

Aiden who heard the explanation from the school felt guilty because all this time he was only concerned with his own ego.

And at this moment while listening to her daughter's cries, Aiden felt even more guilt towards her children.

"Dea wants to have a mother. Dea wants Febi's mother to be Dea's mother. Can Dea call you?" dea said as he pleased.

Febi and Aiden looked at each other when they heard Dea's wish.

"May dear, of course you can." said Febi while hugging Dea. There were no tears on either of his cheeks. He also thought about the fate of his son who did not have a father.

Under these circumstances Oma Dea increasingly forces Aiden to get married. Oma Dea hopes that Febi will become her son-in-law. Dea also loved Febi very much and Febi looked very fond of Dea.

Aiden, who has since met in the mall with Febi, felt the vibe, after hearing Dea's desire to promise to open her heart to the woman she loved.
