The sun had been showing its toughness for the past two hours, but Xander had not closed his eyes at all. The information provided by Antonio last night really made him sleepless until he finally decided to find out the suicide of a girl named Eva near the dock a few months ago.
“Eva Marie Carter's follow-up case was rejected because of the absence of irregularities in the body as claimed by her mother, Mrs Allen Carter.”
Xander again read one of the articles about Eva that was quite electrifying the city of Seattle a few months ago through his laptop, which is, too busy on the job makes Xander not know about the discovery of the corpse of a young woman on the edge of the dock in a state of half-naked a few months ago.
“Is it true that this girl was raped and killed by Harry and his friends?” xander said he spoke to himself as he continued to look at photos of Eva during his life, although Eva was quite beautiful but the girl was not the taste of a Harry Portland because Xander was a little doubtful of the information conveyed by Antonio last night. Xander knew what Harry Portland's previous women looked like.
Brak …
“Jezz.”
For the second time Antonio entered the Xander workspace so violently, the door made of TigerWood was even until it shook violently after hitting the wall due to the loudness of the push made by Antonio before.
“Sorry sorry,” said Antonio quickly as he raised both hands in the air. “There is important information you should hear soon.”
“Important information?”
“It's about the girl that last night we discussed.” Antonio continued his words with great enthusiasm. “The mother ... the girl's mother was found lifeless this morning.”
Hygiene ….
The last sentence spoken by Antonio was processed long enough in Xander's head.
“The old woman was found floating on the same dock as her son, the police who had already come to the place gave a statement that the woman had committed suicide.”

By wearing casual clothes covered Nyx helped clean the yard around the church with a prospective pastor who also lived in the church.
"Have you got a new job, Nyx?"
Nyx turned her face towards the young man who had just spoken to her with a smile. "No, I still enjoy my days of freedom. Months of working in a place like that really makes me a zombie."
"Didn't I warn you before" Oliver replied with a big smile. "Even though you're there only working as a bartender but still that place has a bit of a bad influence on your body, whether it's because of the cigarette smoke you breathe or the cold air from the air conditioner that is in that place. For the next you better find another job that is more comfortable whether it is in terms of time or distance from this place."
"It looks like in the near future I'll be leaving this church."
"Huh?"
"I spoke to Father Philip a few days ago and he let me out of this place whenever I wanted to" Nyx said, wiping away the sweat gathered on her forehead.
"You're serious?"
Nyx nodded slowly. "Totally serious."
"Has something happened so you decided to move out of this place?"
Still vividly remembered in Oliver's head how the beginning of his meeting with Nyx ten months ago, was, where the girl seemed very confused looking for a place to live until Father Philips finally offered her a place to live in the church which eventually became her room for the last ten months.
"I've been living in this place for too long, I've also had a lot of trouble for Father Philips. It would be very uncomfortable if I were constantly in this place, I should not have accepted Father Philips' offer to stay in a house of worship from the start."
Oliver dropped himself on the grass right next to Nyx. "What happened to us is a message made by God including your meeting with Father Phillips and this church, if you have found a more decent place to live then go. You deserve to live in a much more comfortable place for a girl your age, but you still have to communicate with us here."
"Of course, I will never forget the kindness of all of you" Nyx replied quickly.
"Then let's get this job back after that I'll help you pack."
Oliver smiled broadly. "Followly, don't keep praising me like that. The faster we work the faster this work is done, besides the sun is also very high we can run out of fluids if working more than three hours in this hot sun."
Nyx responded with a small nod before getting up from the grass to resume her pending work, and Nyx decided to leave the church feeling guilty and afraid. Although no one knows what he's doing right now except for Doctor Angel but Nyx remains vigilant, she doesn't want to drag the good people she's been told about living in the church for the past ten months. Nyx did not want to ruin Father Philips's good name, which is why she decided to go out and find another place to live. After all the money is more than enough to rent a one-bedroom apartment in downtown Seattle like this.
After thirty minutes have passed and the work of Nyx and Oliver is done, Oliver deserves to invite Nyx to clean up before packing. Actually Nyx doesn't have much stuff, either, but because he did not want to make Oliver disappointed, he would not let his good friend to help him pack before leaving the three-by-two-meter room.
"Is this all?" oliver asked in shock as soon as he entered Nyx's neat room.
Never getting into that room since Nyx came makes Oliver very surprised when he saw the drastic changes in the room. Because before Nyx came the room was just a place to store files and some unused cloth.
Nyx nodded with a smile. "I don't have a lot of stuff, just this one backpack is just my stuff."
"Mixie…"
"No, don't cry" Nyx said firmly. "I'm not gone forever, we'll definitely meet again soon because I'll keep worshipping in this church every Sunday. I haven't said goodbye to Father Philips either."
Oliver's eyes were wide open. "You haven't said goodbye to Father Philip but you've decided to leave this church, you're not joking, are you?"
"I've said goodbye to Father Philips over the phone before and he's allowed me to get out of this place, but on record I should still come to worship every Sunday as you said before," answer Nyx honestly.
"It's been saying goodbye to Father Philips first apparently, it's worth it you've packed up early" Oliver sarcas replied.
Nyx laughs amusedly. "Didn't I tell you before that my things aren't too much, huh. So I didn't take long to pack."
"That's why!!"
"I'm definitely going to miss you Oliver" Nyx replied softly. "Thank you for being a good friend to me."
Oliver pursed his lips to hear Nyx's words, because he was in education Oliver could not hold Nyx's body to say goodbye to the girl.
As it was getting late, Nyx invited Oliver to leave the church immediately. Although no congregation was present, the two went out through a side door known only to church staff and certain people.
"Be careful and don't forget your promise" Oliver's message for the third time to Nyx, who had been preparing to board the bus that had just stopped right in front of them.
"I won't forget and see you again Oliver."
"See you later."
Since the two people who had previously stood before him had already boarded the bus, Nyx was tasked with doing the same because the bus would not stop for long. Just after Nyx sat down the bus immediately left the stop to continue the journey, Nyx lowered her hand from the air as soon as Oliver was not seen again.
Although it was actually hard to leave the church, Nyx had no other choice, since deciding to get out of the house Nyx became so sensitive to others.
"Stupidly, why did I forget to charge the phone last night," said Nyx annoyedly staring at his phone that had run out of power. "It seems I should …
Deg.
Nyx's heart rate was racing so fast when she saw an article being read by the passenger sitting next to her.
"Can I read the article you're reading, Madam?" nyx asked stammeredly, her two eyes suddenly felt hot while reading a familiar name for her appearing on the internet.
"Come Miss, take a look at this," replied the middle-aged woman sitting next to Nyx quietly as she pointed her phone at Nyx so she could read it. "This morning the body was found again at the dock."
" ….. Miss Alen…
