The funeral took place with deep sadness, Andrew silently stared at the graveyard in front of him. Diana was unceasingly crying, she hugged the God and kept crying looking at Laysa who was already lying on the ground.
Rachel was silent, her eyes glazed over but the memory of Andrew's curse kept ringing in her head.
"Andrew, come on." Invite God, but Andrew is silent and unmoved. He chose to stay longer and asked the others to go first.
Rachel looked at Ime Andrew, the man who always looked tough and hard. Now that the man showed the opposite side of his attitude all this time, Rachel's heart was also sad and broken. He did not expect that the misfortune befell Laysa and everything was caused by Jeki and himself.
"Sister." Call Rachel with a faint smile.
Andrew had no interest in returning Rachel's call, choosing silence and remaining blank on Laysa's final resting place.
"I know, you're mad at me.." Rachel began to tear up, "But trust me, you're not the only one who feels lost. I'm the same, too, and I don't think this is all because of anything..."
"Enough." Andrew immediately cut out Rachel's words in a stern voice, "I don't want to listen to your nonsense, you better leave. Your existence only makes me even more angry."
"But Brother.."
"Are you deaf?!" Shouted Andrew, Rachel could see the overwhelming gaze of anger and hatred.
Rachel was speechless with legs that retreated a few steps, Andrew's gaze making her intimidated instantly. Rachel wiped away the remains of tears on both of her cheeks, she turned around and left Andrew alone.
Inside the house, Rachel felt that everyone was drifting away in deep sadness. Rachel searches for Diana's whereabouts, finding Diana sitting near a swimming pool with puffy, puffy eyes.
"Ma." Calling Rachel who walked over, she sat opposite Diana.
"Yes Rachel?" Diana smiled and wiped her tears away.
"Ma, I want to talk to you." Diana looks at Rachel with a curious look, she immediately explains if Jeki left her because she wanted to protect herself from the enemy who would kill her for having a relationship with Jeki.
Rachel slightly smiled happily when she found out that Jeki still loved her, but Diana looked at Rachel with a sharp look. There was no expression of happy or happy face to Diana, she seemed to be holding a tremendous anger. Without saying much Diana got up from her seat and immediately left Rachel.
Rachel looked at Diana with a look of wonder and bewilderment, it was not usually Diana like that to her.
Today was a very hard day for him, he saw many people who were saddened by Laysa's death. Diana was one of the people who bore a deep sorrow for Diana's death.
Rachel's eyes looked at the cellphone that had just been lying on the bed, she had just bought a new phone. His eyes narrowed when he saw a WhatsApp chat from someone.
Geck.. Geck.. Geck..
With a deep breath Rachel instantly got up and walked into the dining room, she stared at the empty dining table accompanied by some dishes.
"Where are the others?" rachel asked in surprise because her parents did not usually miss lunch together.
"Mr and Madam are resting." Answer the waiter with the head down.
Rachel began to shut up, she knew what had befallen her family. Laysa's death had a tremendous impact on the initially warm state of the house turning sad.
"I'm not hungry." Rachel chose to skip lunch, as she is now. His appetite instantly disappeared and he chose to be in the room.
Rachel's eyes looked at the God who walked out of the house, "Dad." Call Rachel.
The god glanced, he fell silent and stared intently at Rachel.
"What a coincidence, there's something I want to talk to you about." The god invited Rachel to speak in his workspace, Rachel could see a different gaze from the God.
"I heard from Diana, Jeki calling you again? Please explain." The god looked at Rachel with a full-fledged gaze, Rachel instantly explained everything from the start. And Rachel believes that Jeki still loves her and will come back to her.
"so. So he's gonna be in charge?" ask the God with his head down.
"Yes dad." Rachel smiled with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
"Forget that guy." Suddenly 3 words came out from the mouth of the God, Rachel fell silent with a clueless look.
"What does that mean?" Rachel was astonished and confused, instead of God having to be happy because her son would not give birth without a husband.
"I'm not accepting that man as my daughter-in-law." The god stared intently at Rachel, a cold and furious aura beginning to feel.
"Why, didn't you say you'd accept Jeki. I'm sure he won't hurt me."
"I don't care if he hurts you or not, but he has made my family sad. He keeps my wife crying and he makes my son a soulless man." The god stared intently at Rachel, anger clearly visible.
"Laysa's death wasn't Jeki's fault, it was all the man's fault."
"But it was Jeki who led them to kill Laysa and drive Andrew crazy, Andrew my bravest and loudest son. Now he's like a madman, like a man without a soul and all this because of a man named Jeki who led them to kill Laysa."
Rachel was speechless with a look of annoyance and anger, the God directly asked Rachel to come out of her study.
