The sound of heels jolting the floor, Empress Al Faruq was seen walking hastily down the palace hallway. Even women who still look beautiful when they are almost touching the number 50 are a little anxious.
His steps stopped when he saw a distant flower bed in front of him. His eyes scanned every corner of the park, but unfortunately what he was looking for was not there.
"Where are they? Let no one see the togetherness of the two children in this palace," he said worriedly.
While quite far from Al Faruq palace, Anyelir looks so festering with the view that is pampering both eyes. From the top of the tree house he currently lived in he could see the land of Al Faruq in one glance.
Oh, my God, it feels so unusual. Only this time did he set both feet in a place he had never imagined.
The tree house is quite high, even he has to let his waist wrapped around but in order to get up here.
"You like it?" whispered someone.
Carnations did not reply, he simply nodded without wanting to look at the person who was already sitting near him at this moment. Both the princess's eyes were tightly shut as she felt a gust of wind cooling her face and body.
"You can come here whenever you want, baby," he continued.
This time Carnation opened both of his eyes. He even looked at the man who was looking at him without a blessing, even that gaze looked so deep and full of something.
"I can't. Erlan would have suspected that if I always disappeared, she would have, too,"
"Don't I tell you that I'm gonna protect you here right now. I won't let those bastards touch you anything else to hurt you. You're free to do anything, they won't-,"
"You'll end up on the gallows if they find out, Ethan. Never mind, everything's up, I don't even know what to do to cancel this wedding. Maybe I was really hoping for the wedding Erlan promised me, maybe it was the only way I could forget all about you. But for now it feels impossible, I don't want to marry a man who just wants to use me and have another dream woman in his heart." Carnations smile miris.
He did not understand why God gave a hard and bitter way to his love story. He used to be rejected raw, and now even in raw deceit.
"And unfortunately I have not been able to get strong evidence to be able to cancel the wedding that will happen in a few weeks" he continued.
Carnation bowed, she stared at her ring finger still embedded in a ring Erlan used to wear when they were engaged. His gaze turned to the beautiful object hanging from his neck, an E-shaped pendant which he believed was from the Crown Prince.
Damn indeed! Carnations did not love Erlan, he was still trying all this time because it turned out that forgetting someone was quite difficult even though the person had rejected him several times and incised a wound in his heart.
In fact, all the good attitude that Erlan showed all this time was only part of his charade with the female pig louse.
"I'm willing to die hanging as long as that fucking wedding never happens. Hey listen-up,"
Ethan stared fixedly at the Carnation, he grasped both hands of the girl, squeezing her slowly as if channeling the feelings that were in his heart at this time.
"I've said it no, now I can protect you. I'm sorry, because I was so weak that you got stuck in a toxic relationship with that son of a bitch. If only I had the courage to fight back and accept your love maybe us-,"
"Ssttt-it's okay. You're strong now, right?" Carnations cut quickly.
Ethan nodded, he stared at the beautiful blue bead of the carnation's eyes. Even Ethan let Anyelir cupped his cheeks together, gently rubbing his jaw with a thin smile that was very sweet.
"Now I can protect you from anything." he said.
Carnation nodded, his smile widening even without hesitation he immediately embraced the large muscular body that was nearby. Both of his hands were perfectly coiled around Ethan's body, drowning his face in the chest of the prince's field.
"Then do so, stay close to me and don't let that male pig louse come near and even dare to touch me!"
As the two grow stronger, Ethan nodded. Kiss after kiss she needs at the head of the princess while closing her eyes.
"Sure, I'll even take you away from that bastard. You just wait, be nice with them so no one gets suspicious, can you?"
Carnations who were still enjoying Ethan's embrace only nodded slowly, he was reluctant to stay away from the second prince.
"Smart girl," he praised.
