Gabriel is already in America to get treatment, slowly his condition has begun to improve.a few days after the operation finally Gabriel's condition has stabilized 3 days after the operation the man was Siuman.

"Dear." Call Gabriel. The man was acting so spoiled, so childish as if he had gotten used to calling Annabelle with the call.

"What's wrong? is there something?" ask Annabelle.

Gabriel smiled then opened his mouth. "I'm hungry."

Annabelle immediately took the food that had been given from one of the restaurants, as the memory doctors had told her about Gabriel's past was indeed much lost, but the saddest thing is that Gabriel remembers Annabelle as his lover, as the woman he loved.

Franco had to feel the pain in his heart every day, the man would not have expected Gabriel to treat Annabelle like that every day.

"Why are you in such a hurry to get back to Singapore, Franco?" ask Gabriel.

Gabriel does still remember about Franco as his brother, beyond that he began to forget his identity. All she remembers is Annabelle and Annabelle.

Franco endured the turmoil in his heart, he pretended to smile even though he was so hurt. "You know, I have to take care of some of our company's business. I'm still here for about 2 weeks.You know maybe I'm not going to Singapore, maybe I'll stay in Korea to do a complete cure."

Staying Korean? that means Gabriel will take Annabelle away from Franco. There's nothing Franco can do because he doesn't want to hurt his brother, giving the burden too heavy will make Gabriel's brain experience a great shock.

"You can't be like that, Mr. Franco will have to take care of his business. If we are done with the treatment, we can stay in Singapore. Why should I be in Korea?" Annabelle asks Gabriel why she lives there.

"I have good memories there, I want to stay there because I have a home in the country" Gabriel replied.

Annabelle could only sigh a little harshly, living in someone else's country again meant she wouldn't be able to see Franco or the others.

"Why should I stay in Korea? Why not just stay in America, you'll have some business in this place, restaurants and some big restaurants you can take care of, Gabriel."

"I don't really remember, I had any business, Franco. I don't remember some of my old memories." Gabriel was a little saddened by all his conditions.

Annabelle tries to calm the man down, she doesn't want anything to happen to him. "Why should it be like that? it's me, I'll help you out here instead of us moving around. Why not just do the treatment here."

''Do you want to stay with me? we're engaged, right, I'll marry you as soon as possible.I don't want to put any of this on hold." a happy smile was shown by Gabriel.

Franco was so saddened by the words spoken by Gabriel, He felt tremendous pain when Gabriel said that he was going to marry Annabelle.

"Yes already.then you just stay, here some restaurants that you have are very large. let alone you have several motels in some areas." Franco calms Gabriel down.The man already considers Gabriel to be his biological brother, even though he is only a cousin.

"Well then, I'll stay here and I'll do something. I'll raise some of my efforts." replied Gabriel.

Inevitably some of Gabriel's company will be held by Franco, as the man does not remember everything being forced to remember nor will it be dangerous for Gabriel. Annabelle says goodbye to Gabriel to deliver Franco.

"Annabelle." Call Gabriel.

"What's wrong?"

"You don't stay long, I don't like being left alone here by you" said spoiled Gabriel.

"Yes, I'll be here soon. I'll buy some snacks." Annabelle put a soft touch on Gabriel's head.

Franco felt the pain so tight that even his heart was crushed to see a scene like this every day, it had been two weeks more Franco and Annabelle lived in America. Annabelle and Franco walked out of Gabriel's room, but their hearts seemed to be far away.

Franco looked at Annabelle and stopped his footsteps. "Please take care of Gabriel yes, I'll go home to Singapore first. If I've taken care of some of my business Maybe I'll come back again."

Gabriel is eager to hug Annabelle, saying I love you so much that even the man is eager to show the feelings he has but maybe they won't happen in his entire life. Gabriel will be a new life for Annabelle, Franco does not want to destroy everything, the man finally chooses to return to Singapore.. choosing to try to forget Annabelle the woman he was destined to meet but Franco refused instead.

as time went on, Annabelle took care of Gabriel so sincerely. Gabriel always pampered Annabelle, she really gave something so special in Gabriel's heart.Perhaps if Gabriel remembers back about his past somehow, the man knew that Franco also loved Annabelle in silence.

A few weeks later Gabriel began to do his routine in some of his restaurants.The Angel restaurant is a restaurant owned by the family of Gabriel first.

"Are you tired, baby?" Gabriel saw Annabelle checking some of the books in the restaurant.

"Not really, you know that working makes me really, really happy" Annabelle replied.

"I'd like to see one of the hotels I own, the late grandfather's family hotel." Gabriel sat on one of the couches in the restaurant office.

"Do you want me to be with you?" ask sweet Annabelle.

"Of course you should accompany me, If you don't accompany me how about I get targeted by the female cats" Gabriel joked.

After hearing that answer, Annabelle finally cleaned up the items on her desk, she stood up and approached Gabriel. "Let's go."

in one of the hotels that Gabriel and Franco's family owned, Gabriel was so excited, he still remembered some old memories of the hotel he always went to with his grandfather. Behind it all is a surprise prepared by Gabriel for Annabelle, a surprise that might hurt Franco if he finds out.
