Tamara's Forced Marriage

Tamara's Forced Marriage
Chapter 26

“Maybe I better tell you the truth, Mas.”

Ziddan moved closer to his wife with a limp step. He held that fine white hand.

“If that's what you want, I'll be here to give you strength.”

Tamara was overwhelmed by the attention of her husband. Though all this time Tamara only always hurt Ziddan endlessly. Recently she had feelings for him.

“Dad, Mother... I was actually engaged to someone and was getting married before Mas Ziddan came to propose. But the marriage failed because my fiancee disappeared and left me. At the same time, Mas Ziddan came to propose. Dad forced me to accept the proposal. My heart is sick and very hurt. Therefore I do not want to be touched until now, I asked for my own room.”

“You know what you did was a big sin, son?”

Tamara nodded.

“Then why do you do?”

Tamara could only remain silent and could no longer hold back her tears. The clear thread dripped in the hands of her husband who was still clasping his hands. Then he dared to answer.

“Which heart does not hurt, which heart does not hurt. I am fighting for my dream marriage with the one I love. But when the time came I married another man. Which I absolutely do not love.”

“When this heart was so badly injured, I was forced to marry someone else. Who does not hate the situation, Mom,” the sound of sobs now broke into the room.

“Why don't you tell us the truth? If you refuse, we will accept your decision.” Mom folded her hands on her chest.

“Preparation is all ready. Likewise with the invitation we have spread. Dad is very disappointed and embarrassed if my marriage fails.”

“So Ziddan y'all make your family's impingement and shame relief? Then after that you hurt by not wanting to touch it, even hate it?” Walk here and there with your hands still.

Then Ziddan's mother told him something.

“What a phrase you hurt our hearts, son. You've hurt Ziddan, I understand how your son feels when you don't want to be touched. He has loved you for a long time. From the very beginning you come to the boarding school he has fallen for you. But he is pendam. He resisted his desire to immediately propose you because he wanted to succeed first. Even every Ziddan receives a salary from his labors, he sows to ask you. The woman who has been in her heart since the first and until this moment is just you.”

“Ziddan was very happy when his proposal was accepted and your father asked you to get married soon. But apparently Ziddan got treated like this by the woman he loved.”

The woman who was at the trial was astonished to hear her mother-in-law's explanation. Tamara couldn't have expected Ziddan to love her for so long. No, Ziddan showed that feeling at all. Tamara's guilt is now felt twice to two different men.

“I'm sorry, Mas.” Tamara was crying. His hand returned Ziddan's grasp.

“Nothing, darling.”

“Maybe Ziddan can forgive you. But Mom still hurts.”

“Bu, Ziddan please. Forgive wife. Let it all pass, we'll start from a new sheet.”

“Good. Then has your wife now really accepted you?”

“Yes, Bu.” Ziddan nodded steadily.

“What if it turns out he still keeps a heart for that man?”

Ziddan and Tamara remained silent. His mother's accusation is indeed going on in their household.

“I do still love my fiancee first, Mom,” he said stamped.

“You heard yourself Ziddan? I'm sure the feelings Tamara has for the man will continue to stick in her heart. Although now he can accept his forced marriage with you. She will find it hard to erase her past sense because Tamara abandoned her fiance when she was at the highest point of loving.”

Ziddan was slightly impaled by the expression of his mother. There is a truth of the bitter facts that he will accept.

‘Having a wife who still loves another man.’

“And you Ziddan, until when is your heart strong?”

“There comes a time when that heart will be fragile. Crushed to pieces, Son.”

Dad is approaching both. He spoke up.

“Dad will contact Tamara's parents. To solve this problem.”

The two new couples can only accept their father's decision.

“Assalamu’alaikum.”.

“Wa’alaikumsalam... How, Mr Tama?” There was a sweet voice, Permana answered the greetings from the iron.

“Can Mr Permana come to Ziddan's house today too?”

“Loh, what's wrong sir? Did something happen to our kids?”

“Yes, Sir. There is a little problem that must be solved immediately together.”

“Good. Today I will fly with my wife.”

“Good. We await his arrival. Assalamu’alaikum.”

“Wa’alaikumsalam.”

Call disconnected.

“Tamara, your parents will be here soon. They'll be here by air.”

Tamara nodded. He understood that soon the trial would continue even bigger.

“Now I want to ask you again. Why can you be battered like this?” he said glancing at Ziddan.

“Just help the person who robbed earlier, Yah.” Ziddan didn't dare to tell the truth. He did not want to make Tamara more angry and this problem became big. But Ziddan kept his promise, he would help resuscitate Reza. Even though he already knew what would happen if Reza had come to his senses and stayed away from Rista. Of course Reza will return to pursue his beloved wife.

“Truely so Tamara?”

Ziddan clasped his wife's hand firmly to code her to agree with him.

“I-yes, Yah.”

“Dad hope you guys didn't lie.”

Both are silent again.

The temporary trial in the room was interrupted waiting for Tamara's parents to arrive.

In the plane.

“What's the real problem, Yah?” ask Sari to her husband.

“Dad doesn't know either. But it seems Mr. Pratama is angry.”

“Can Tamara make a fatal plague?”

“We pray, Mom. Hopefully whatever it is the problem can be solved well.”

“Iya, Dad. Mother always prays the best for our children.”

Permana hugged his wife and kissed her forehead gently. Their journey will be in an hour.
