Swordsman Without a Name

Swordsman Without a Name
The Sunda Kingdom Kahuripan

Without feeling it, seven years have passed again. Cakra Buana or now better known as Prabu Maharaja Adiyaksa Jagatama Mangkudewa already has two children. The first woman, she is the daughter of Queen Sinta Wulansari. Her name is Dewi Anggraeni Buana.

While the second is a man, he is the son of Ling Ling or now named Queen Sekar Pitaloka Sukmawati. His son was named Arya Manggadewata Buana.

Both are only a few months apart. Both the prince and the princess grew up in the Royal Palace. Even so, but they do not look arrogant even in the slightest.

Dewi and Arya grow up to be a very obedient child to both parents. Manners and all kinds of tattoos, they have been in power since childhood.

All the people of the Kingdom liked the two of them. The two boys had beautiful and handsome faces. Everything that is in both parents, as if down to the child without anyone being thrown away.

His compassionate nature, his humble and not arrogant nature, all came down without exception.

Since led by Prabu Maharaja Adiyaksa Jagatama Mangkudewa, Tanah Pasundan is really in the peak of its glory. The economy of the society is always in a stable condition. Civilization here also began to advance. Not inferior to other countries.

In addition, the condition of Pasundan Land is also in a security that need not be doubted. No more wars, no big disputes between parties who have extraordinary backgrounds.

All live in harmony and peace in the same purpose. That is to build the Land of Pasundan to become a fair and prosperous country.

Crime is not too much. Except for small crimes that become the color of life. It can still be dispelled and eradicated by the Kingdom parties.

After two years of leadership, Cakra Buana decided to change the name of his Kingdom.

The name that is now used is the Kingdom of Sunda Kahuripan.

Sunda represents a great country. Fair and rich. Kahuripan means life.

The name of the Kingdom can be interpreted Sunda as a source of life for everyone. With its advanced civilization, with its economy that is always stable, the people there can certainly live a life of rahayu until the end of his life.

For the past few years, happiness seemed to never leave the Kingdom.

Prabu Katapangan Krishna and Ratu Ayu are now elders in the Kingdom with a pair of Grandpa and Grandmother Sakti and others.

From his only son, Raden Kalachakra Mangkubumi, the two have obtained a grandson named Galih Panjalu Mangkubumi. He may be about four years old now.

During these many years, the whole people were satisfied with the leadership of Cakra Buana.

Prabu Maharaja Adiyaksa Jagatama Mangkudewa is not only well known to the people of the Palace, even to every citizen he treats the same thing.

So also to the Kings or Royal Emissaries who became neighbors of the Kingdom of Sunda Kahuripan.

Because of that kindness, there are many Kings in all other countries who want to establish friendly and political relations with his side.

I don't know, is this kind of situation going to last a while? Or forever? Will the Prabu always be, or will it change at any time?

It was dusk. The Prabu with his two wives were sitting in a large room that used to be a meeting place of the Kingdom.

There were no advisers and elders who used to surround him. In the room there was only one person outside the work. He is none other than Mr. Santeno Tanuwijaya. A professor from Sadewo Single College. He came here alone. Without escort of anyone.

He came here because he had a request to the King who had been considered as his nephew.

"Hamba hopes Prabu can grant this last wish of mine" he said in a clear voice.

"Uncle, please. Do not wear such a tattoo if at a time like this. You're still my Uncle, I'm still your niece. I'll be king if I'm out there. If you are with the closest people, I am still me" said Prabu with a serious face.

Mr. Santeno no longer spoke. At this moment, he only hoped that the King would grant his request.

Please note, the arrival of Mr. Santeno here is none other than to invite Cakra Buana to duel. But not a duel because of revenge, nor because of a duel because there is a complicated problem.

The great teacher wanted to have a duel no other than because he wanted to die honorably. He wanted to die at the hands of an unrivaled swordsman.

In the Land of Pasundan, which is referred to as a swordsman without a match, who else if not Prabu Maharaja Adiyaksa Jagatama Mangkudewa?

For some it seems, being able to die at the hands of a great figure is a pride in itself that cannot be described with words. As a true swordsman, dying on the battlefield is certainly the greatest aspiration of his life.

Whoever the person is, as long as he is a true swordsman, of course he has a common goal with Mr. Santeno.

And now his arrival concerns that. What should Cakra Buana do? Did he have to grant his uncle's request? Or should I refuse?

If he refused, it would be the same that he had hurt his uncle. He had buried the hope of the Merciless Hand who wanted to die as a warrior.

But if he grants it, isn't that the same thing he killed Mr Santeno?

"Cakra, you don't have to worry. If necessary Uncle will announce to everyone that this duel is me who insists on wanting it. You don't have to be afraid of being called a killer. I assure you, such a thing will not happen" Mr. Santeno told him.

Buana's chakra still silences the mouth. I don't know how long he's been sitting without talking. The two wives by his side looked at each other. They themselves are confused in dealing with this problem.

Cakra Buana who now occupies the position of King, is not afraid to be called a killer. He was not afraid of the misunderstanding of the crowd. He was pretty sure he could clean up that.

But the question is, will he really have the heart to kill Mr Santeno?

"Behold, for the sake of this duel, I was willing to train in swordsmanship for six years. During the night I trained tirelessly, now if you refuse, I think it's better to die by suicide than to die in bed" he said in a sad tone.

Anyone who hears this will feel pity and pity. So too with him himself.

Cakra Buana knows, Mr. Santeno is an expert in hand-to-hand combat. He is not a swordsman. And now, if he was willing to practice using the sword, can you imagine how much effort the old man had?
