Lizra told me about the magic tool. Although the tool could fertilize the soil but it was impossible to fertilize the entire Monrra.

Basically it changes the mana in the soil to make better nutrients for the soil

"One of the factors of soil aridity is the difference in the balance of nutrients in the soil. This tool can balance that out"(Lizra)

"so yeah. Can you make a lake?" "Lake? You want to make a lake in Monrra?"(Lizra)

Terra which means land like the main function of this object, Aqua which means water, Gratia which means blessing to bless the land

Fertility means fertility. This is to give fertility to the soil, Silva which means forest, Vita which means life, and Stratera which means balance

So how to read it like this. This object is useful to enrich the land with the help of water to bless this land with fertility so that it can grow forests to support life but everything is in balance
