The White Ursus Massacre

After walking for 10 minutes, Nix finally reached the place where Lina was.

From his place, Nix saw Lina who was fighting against a group of White Ursus.

"Lina, beside you!" Said one of the people from Lina's group.

"?!" Lina directed her gaze to the side.

Beside Lina, a White Ursus leaped towards her from behind the thick white mist.

Lina immediately jumped back to avoid the White Ursus.

*Bum*White Ursus landed in the thick snow.

*Groarr!!!! White Ursus was running towards Lina.

Lina stuffed her arrow into her Crossbow, and shot it towards White Ursus' left eye.

*C! {Arrow voice released}

*zap! Lina's arrow hit White Ursus's eye.

*Groarr!!! The White Ursus stopped chasing Lina in pain.

Lina instantly took the opportunity to enter her arrow once more and aimed at White Ursus' right eye.

But as if not giving it a chance, White Ursus immediately ran towards Lina.

Lina who saw him instantly frantically shot out her arrow.

*C!

Lina's arrow misses and hits White Ursus' skin.

"Curtain!" Lina immediately ran away from White Ursus who was chasing after her.

But White Ursus was so fast that it could catch up and was already right behind Lina.

*Groarr!!! The White Ursus leapt towards Lina.

Lina couldn't avoid it because of the extremely close distance.

But before the White Ursus reached Lina, a young man came from beside the White Ursus and kicked him.

*bum! White Ursus' body bounced to the side due to a kick from the young man.

"?!" Lina was surprised because White Ursus who was right in front of her bounced.

The young man landed in the snow, and Lina who saw him widened her eyes

"You?!" Lina was surprised to see Nix in front of her.

Nix only looked at him for a glance, and refocused himself on the White Ursus he had just bent.

"Not you, but Nix, my name is Nixerick Xiphos, sorry I introduced myself late. But one of your men asked me for help, so I came here." Nix kicked the snow below him and darted forward towards White Ursus in front of him.

White Ursus was standing back after being bent by Nix.

Then White Ursus ran towards Nix.

After getting close to Nix, White Ursus attacked him

*Groarr!! White Ursus raised his sharp claws to attack Nix.

Nix who saw him instantly used his sword to slash White Ursus' hand in front of him.

*glash!

*Groarr!!!* White Ursus' hand was cut off after Nix slashed it.

Nix then continued with it by directly pointing his sword towards White Ursus' neck.

*glash!

White Ursus' head was immediately decapitated after Nix slashed it.

"S-isit easy?" Lina widened her eyes looking at Nix who easily defeated White Ursus.

Nix directly continued on with it by running towards the other White Ursus relying on his ears.

Because the thick white fog around him made Nix trouble in using his eyes.

*Groarr!!!* Nix heard White Ursus' voice not far from him.

"Is that what?" Nix channeled energy into his sword and slashed it towards the thick white mist.

*Slash*

*Wushhh~~*The white fog around Nix disappeared due to Nix's slash that let out a big wind.

After the surrounding fog disappeared, Nix saw a group of White Ursus numbering about 10.

Nix immediately ran towards the White Ursus herd.

*Groarr!!! White Ursus ran towards Nix who was approaching towards them.

Nix quickly jumped onto one of the White Ursus and directly beheaded them

*glash!

*Slash slash slash

White Ursus's head fell after Nix cut off their heads.

Lina and her group simply fell silent while dumbfounded at the sight of Nix being able to easily slaughter the White Ursus herd by himself.

After 3 minutes of slaughtering White Ursus alone, Nix again walked towards Lina and her group.

"Yo, I'm back." Nix waved his hand at Lina and her group.

Lina and her group were only speechless to see Nix greeting them with his bloodstained shirt and skin from the splashes of blood from White Ursus he had killed.

3 Minutes while Nix was slaughtering White Ursus, Lina and her group just stayed from a distance and did not help Nix at all.

Which made Lina and her group still confused at what had actually just happened in front of them.

It was because Lina and her group still had never seen someone be able to slaughter a group of White Ursus so easily as long as they lived here.

Lina who was still dumbfounded after seeing the incident earlier, asked Nix who was in front of her.

"N-nix...are you really just an ordinary academy student?" Lina asked with a nervous face.

Nix was confused by Lina's question.

"Hmm? whatchu mean? I am an ordinary student." Answer Nix

"But, White Ursus was.."

"Ah them? I thought they'd be a little stronger, but it still seemed like my guess was wrong."

"Huh? what do you mean a little stronger? did you not see how I was troubled in dealing with the 1 White Ursus earlier?!"

"Eh?" Nix realized that he was too carried away when he was fighting White Ursus.

What made him forget that the people here were indeed the tribulation in the face of White Ursus, and Nix who could easily defeat them would obviously make Lina and the people here shocked.

"L-yes..." Answer Nix slowly.

Lina put her finger on her forehead because of dizziness at what she just heard.

Nix who saw him immediately asked him.

"A-is the sword valuable to you?" Ask Nix slowly.

Lina who heard that immediately looked at Nix and answered him.

"Not a valuable problem or not, but.."

"But?"

Lina sighed a little before continuing.

"The sword you just used to kill White Ursus was not a real sword, but a fake one."

"Eh?"

"You can tell if you look at it carefully, that the blade of the sword is not made of iron, but glass."

"...." - ".Nix was silent at Lina's explanation.
