Vol.1 Chapter.11 Taking the Mission

Alexander walked closer to the dindin where the missions were on display, as he approached the mission board, around there were other mercenaries who were looking at the mission.

“What is no more easy mission, all the missions available now are only high Rank, and All rank missions are only expedition missions to the new galaxy”

“Haaa, this is really annoying, we who are low Rank can only be forced to take the expedition mission it inevitably”

Alexander, who had just arrived to listen to the ravings of the other mercenaries, was curious about the mission affixed so as to make the mercenaries unhappy.

Scanning the Barcode mission board code using a special mercenary Device, Alexander immediately conducted the registration process to participate in the Expedition.

On Alexander's device a hologram screen shows the details of the mission.

Description: Explore the New Galaxy, find out about civilization, environment, and other related things.

Mission submission requirements: All Rank

Departure time: 4 Serious calendar Venos.

Departure location: Mercenary airfield

Would you approve Mission [Yes/No]

Alexander thoughtlessly chose Yes.

When the registration process was completed, the other mercenaries who saw Alexander take the expedition mission could only shake their heads.

“Young man, I really admire your courage” praise a man who is near Alexander.

“Why ?” alexander was confused.

“Seeing from your looks, you seem like you just joined the mercenaries ?” ask the man to make sure.

“True, I just joined today” Alexander replied confirming.

“Gosh! you're really reckless young man, do you think that Expedition mission is an easy mission just because all Rank can take it?, you're wrong to think that way, it was an actual suicide mission” complained the man with concern.

“I know, but I did deliberately register because it was my goal from the beginning” Alexander explained.

“What!!” the man was stunned by Alexander's reply.

He did not expect that Alexander had originally intended only to join the Expedition, although he did not know the reason why Alexander wanted to leave, but obviously it really made him inexhaustible.

“Ah come, if you want to really come along, at least you should have adequate equipment, and if you don't have enough Credit to make a purchase, then, you can make a loan to Admin” said the man gave advice.

Alexander thought for a moment, he had not been able to determine the value of the Credit he wanted to borrow.

“I want to do an expedition mission, so I need adequate equipment, so approximately how much I need” Alexander stated his goal hoping to know the minimum loan nominal to buy equipment.

Admin who listened that Alexander wanted to borrow because he wanted to buy equipment for the expedition mission became a spirit.

“Oh! so you want to buy equipment for Expedition missions, then follow me, you can pay later after returning from expedition” said Admin spirit.

Alexander who saw the spirit Admin, just ignored him, and he followed the Admin to a certain room.

Arriving in the room, Alexander finally knew the purpose of the admin, he was taken to the paraphernalia room.

“Please take whatever equipment you need, all will be recorded, and the payment can be paid off when you finish doing the mission” said Admin friendly.

Alexander who listened to it went around looking for the equipment he needed.

Looking around, many objects were unknown to Alexander, fortunately every object or equipment had detailed descriptions.

After a few minutes, Alexander had decided on whichever object he would take.

Bringing equipment in front of the Admin, Alexander stopped choosing equipment.

“What is this all about?” ask the admin to shut down.

“Em, this is enough” reply Alexander.

The admins then checked what items were taken by Alexander.

The items Alexander took among others were, Tactical bags, food Cube, battle Suit, military sword, mini tent, a set of emergency tools, flashlight, dagger, and some cube fuel.

“Good, all this has been in the data, payment will be made after you complete the mission” Admin said after completing the check.

“Em” nods Alexander understands.

“Then you can bring this, and I pray that I can return safely” Admin said encouragingly.

Alexander only smiled awkwardly at the Admin's congratulations, as if the Admin already knew the outcome of the Expedition, but Alexander did not care, because this is the only way available for him to develop his strength quickly.

“Thank you” replied Alexander flat.

After a brief pleasantry, Alexander then turned around leaving the mercenary office.

“There are still 3 more days before departure” murmured Alexander remembering the day of departure.

Upon his arrival at the Inn, Alexander immediately changed his clothes to a battle Suit.

Standing in front of the glass, Alexander was quite satisfied with the flexible and powerful Battle Suit.

“Lumayan, at least this is much better than the battle armor”

Alexander compared the Battle Suit to the Battle Armor of his old world, according to Alexander Battle Suit much better, because besides being strong, it was much more Flexible and Light, and thus was not, unlike the stiff and heavy battle armor.

Wearing a Battle Suit, Alexander then picked up one Food Cube.

Trying to eat Food Cube, Alexander felt that 1 Food Cube could replace food for 1 day.

“Good, at least I can survive not to eat for a few days after consuming this” Angkuk Alexander satisfied.

Alexander then checked all his equipment, after tidying up and arranging the equipment in the bag, Alexander sat cross-legged to return to training.

“Before leaving I have to penetrate the second Circle” murmured Alexander full of determination.

Closing his eyes, Alexander began to train with peace of mind.
