Ansa heard the sound of someone's feet coming from behind her. Making him turn his back, and finding that Jaro was running towards him. He felt astonished, but a second later he realized the bottom behind Jaro was a basketball court.
"That's a basketball court. Means he's from basketball exkul," he murmured.
"Will!" call Jaro. He had come before Ansa with roaring breaths, sweat pouring out, and himself holding his knees.
Before long, Jaro stood up straight again. "Are you lost?" tanyakanya.
How did he know? Ansa nodded and was too embarrassed to look at Jaro.
"Look, it's common for new citizens of this school to get lost here, haha!" jest.
Ansa hits Jaro's shoulder, but the ring in his hand gets stuck to a towel on Jaro's neck. Makes her panic, my shame!
Jaro helped remove the ring that was stuck in his towel. His right hand broke the thread, while his left hand held Ansa's hand. Even Jaro's eyes looked down to see his right hand working.
Since when does his height match my height? thought Ansa.
Jaro had managed to remove the entangled ring from his towel. Then the grip of his hand became a pull against Ansa.
"Come Sa! You're late for your exkul loh!"
At night, the,
Ansa and her mother were enjoying dinner at the dinner table. While his father is still in the company and seems to be coming home late at night.
Their silence was accompanied only by the sound of spoons and forks swiping ceramic plates, to feed each tablespoon of food into their mouths.
Later, Ansa recalls a conversation she had with Mei while at school. "Ma. Did your mom ever pray? tanyakanya.
"Have you prayed?" Mom turned to him, and frowned. "Yes, Mama used to pray when she was a child. Why is it, Sa?"
His mother simply nodded, and returned to feed him a spoonful of food. Ansa did the same, but her mind still remembered Yono's words.
Tomorrow I will pray with Mei! Let Allah make my business easier, as Yono said! ansa said in her heart.
At eight o'clock in the night, the chat war started!
The war was started by Jaro who asked about Ansa's mistake against Sari. But Sari did not answer. "It's a girl's business, Ro!"
Deniz was sick of hearing the incoming messages, until he mute the voice of his cellphone. But the vibe makes Deniz's phone almost fall from his study table.
"Jaro!!" his screeches.
Currently, Jaro with his brother and father in a spacious room named "Working Space". The room is located on the third floor of their house.
Deniz's screeches made the father glare at him, and made Jaro scratch his nape in dismay.
"Silence Niz!" snapped at his father, then he refocused.
Jaro approached his brother, and whispered something. "Sorry Mas. My two friends are in trouble again, and I want to help them both."
"But you can meet right away, right? Not even in chat kayak gini!"
"Would not. Earlier this morning Ansa was grabbed by her hair by Sari. Instead I don't want them to meet so that it doesn't happen again" whispered Jaro with a clear face.
Deniz threw his face away, and sent Jaro back to the study table. "Whatever, I'm not following up on the three of you!"
