Chapter 3 Permanent Employees

As said by Mr Tanu last night, the next morning Rika faced HRD.He was a bit nervous, passed the training or not? Even if the pass is placed in the Division where do you think? Is his boss as good as Mr Tanu? What job will be his responsibility? Various questions raged in his mind.Slowly - the land he knocked on the door with trembling hands.

" Get in.." a voice came from inside. Rika opened the door and sat down on the chair in front of HRD.

" Rika Setyawati...?" HRD glanced at him at a glance then read the file in front of him

" Yes sir.." Rika answered softly.

HRD is still silent, serious about studying the file in front of him.Ih.seems to deliberately make me deg degan, Rika's mind.

A moment later he was seen writing something in the file and looked at Rika.

" Hmmm...your training values are quite good, you are diligent, always serious in work and never make mistakes"

Rika sighed, relieved to hear a good evaluation from HRD.

"You will be placed as her assistant Ms Mela" HRD said steadily.She stood up and greeted Rika.

Rika wondered why she was chosen by Bu Mela to be her assistant? He is still new, even just finished undergoing training.There is a fear of not being able to work properly in accordance with the orders of Ms. Mela.

Rika came out of the HRD room and walked into her room with a bowed down.Susi who saw her immediately approached.

" I'm Accounting staff, I'm happy, that position I want, where are you?"

Rika took a breath.

" Assistant Bu Mela" he replied slowly.Susi was a bit surprised, from his senior story he did not know who Bu Mela was.

" You must be careful Rik, Miss Mela the most feared person "

The room of Bu Mela is spacious and nice.This room is at once a waiting room for guests who will meet the Director.There is a set of large sofas and aquarium.Look colorful fish in a large aquarium.The water is clean and clear.

Opposite him was a large door tightly closed.On top of the door inscribed with gold color engraving 'DIRECTOR', On the right of the door there is an abstract painting like a woman .Oh, this is apparently the Director's room of the company.Rika is very amazed.How does it feel to be the Director of this company?.

" Little Noon Ma Mela." Mr. Tanu's voice breaks Rika's daydream

Mr. Tanu and Rika sat in front of Ms. Mela.

"Alright, you can start working in this room now" Ms. Mela gave Mr. Tanu the prerequisite to leave the room.

" Your daily tasks are always many, you should be able to work quickly" said Ms. Mela to the point.Rika nodded.

" Sometimes one task isn't finished, a new task comes along.How do you divide the time to get it all done, it's very important"

Rika took all the orders of Ms. Mela seriously and occasionally made notes in her book.

Then Ms. Mela gave me a stack of files that had to be typed.

" Please type in all these files, it's your computer" Ms. Mela pointed out a set of computers "Near that computer is your desk" continued Ms. Mela, he took the file given by his superior and walked to the computer desk.

He began his first task that day. A stack of files must be copied on the computer.Rika type deftly.His fingers move nimble pressing letter by letter.Not long after the work is finished.

Rika amazed, Narendra Group is a huge business, there is a Hotel, Mall, Developer, Export Import, and what else tomorrow he does not know?
