Meanwhile, Arumi had entered the ward where Tiana was being treated, then the girl took a chair and sat down beside her step-sister who had fallen asleep in her dreams.

The girl took a deep breath and let out a slow one with a slight furrow of both eyebrows.

Slowly, Arumi showed her head. And finally both his eyes were closed and he had gone to dreamland.

The night was getting late, there was no suspicious incident tonight. There was only the silence of the night in the hospital.

The next morning after dawn prayers, Barick bids Arumi and Tiana to go to school.

"I'll go Yummy!" say goodbye to BaricK when approaching Arumi and Tiana.

After Barick left, the situation was as good as ever. It was quiet and just the two of them.

Before long, there was a cleaning service who came to clean the room.

Without Arumi and Tiana realizing, if the cleaning service was paying attention to every movement of Arumi and Tiana.

Tiana and Arumi were having a light conversation, and the cleaning service continued to work while watching the two girls of different ages.

After finishing cleaning the room where Tiana was treated, the cleaning service left the place and worked on another place.

Before long, came the officer who brought food for the patient's breakfast.

"Excuse me, time for breakfast!" the officer said kindly.

"Oiya, please put it on the table!'' said Arumi who then got up from her seat.

For some reason, Arumi was so agitated at the sight of the food that the attendant had just placed on the table, beside Tiana's bed.

The food container used is orange, maybe that's what makes Arumi feel there is something.

"Why does my heart feel like it wants me out?" muttered in Arumi's agitated heart.

Then he looked out of the room, and saw the trolley carrying food for the patient were all wearing green containers.

"Sound! why only have Tiana's case that's orange?" muttered in the curious heart of Arumi.

"Don't!"

Arumi rushed back into the room and looked carefully at what food the nurse had given her.

Arumi unscrewed the plastic lid that covered every meal, and tried to smell the scent of her food.

"It's another! let me drop it on the tray." murmured in Arumi's heart who then dripped a tablespoon of the porridge on the tray.

"What is Arumi doing?" tiana asked in curiosity.

"Research this food only! brother is so traumatized, if again there is poison in the food given to us!" replied Arumi who then put the food under the table.

"But sister, Tiana is hungry!" tiana said with a clear face.

"Don't stay out long, brother!" yelling Tiana who does not want to be left alone.

"Yes, don't worry! you will run as fast as the wind! he.he...!" arumi said while reviewing her smile and peeping her half-sister's forehead.

Arumi immediately turned her body and stepped into the hospital canteen by passing through the hallways of the hospital road.

Without Arumi noticing, there were two people who saw Arumi's departure from the room where Tiana was being treated.

Then they split the tasks, one person followed Arumi and one person stepped foot into the room where Tiana was being treated.

Arumi had arrived at the hospital cafeteria, and she ordered two servings of chicken porridge with two cups of her warm drink.

After paying for the food and drink, Arumi hurried to walk back to the room where Tiana was being treated.

The girl felt an oddity, she felt that someone was following her from the hospital canteen.

"Who is he? why is he following me?" murmured in Arumi's heart who kept thinking.

Every time Arumi looked back, the man who followed her always held her phone. Either really calling, or just to cover something up.

"Freak! there's nothing going on with Tiana!" exclaimed Arumi who then ran and continued to run, remembering she left her sister alone in the treatment room.

Meanwhile, Tiana, who was alone, tried to close her eyes again. Because the drowsiness that had attacked him was so intense.

Unbeknownst to Tiana, there entered the room where Tiana was being treated.

The burly man wearing the head covering walked up to Tiana who had fallen asleep again.

Then the man pointed both of his palms at Tiana's neck. He intended to strangle the poor girl.

"Ugh....!"

Tiana was shocked and as soon as she could not breathe, her hands thrashed and tore apart the man who strangled her with all his might.

"Whoa ka.mu! untie me!" tiana's moaning tried to let go of herself, and before long she was unconscious.

"Hey, who are you!" exclaimed a nurse who had just entered and she was very surprised to see the man wearing the head covering.

The man was very surprised when he heard the nurse's call, and he turned his head and looked at the nurse intently.

Seeing the reaction of the man wearing the head covering that was clearly not good, the nurse turned her body out of the room and ran as soon as possible to the nurse's desk to ask for help from her friends.

"Please! there are people who do evil in room number four!" the nurse told her colleagues.

"What! contact security quickly! you will chase after that person as best we can!" exclaimed the nurses on duty, and the two male nurses rushed after the man the nurse had intended.

Without a word, the female nurse from Tiana's room immediately called the security section.

After completion, the nurse immediately reported to Dr. Rohaya, after telling some of his nurse friends to see the condition of the number four hospital room patient.

Doctor Rohaya, who had just entered his room, saw a nurse of his confidence running towards him.

"Hey, why is the nurse running around to get here?" murmured in the heart of the curious Doctor Rohaya.
