Strength Outside The Keraton Wall

Strength Outside The Keraton Wall
The Battle at the Market

Panembahan Senopati began to do things to strengthen Mataram as well as things that can weaken Pajang.

Coupled with Prince Benowo who asked for his help to seize power from the hands of Arya Pangiri.

During this time of war, making areas that are far from government supervision rejuvenate into areas that are prone to crime.

Therefore, during the journey to the tlatah wetan, Lintang Rahina often encountered crimes committed by warriors or silat experts who use their martial intelligence to impose their will. That is what makes the journey of Lintang Rahina a bit long. Lintang Rahina tried to eradicate every crime she met because Lintang Rahina did not have the heart of the oppressed society.

In her fight against the warriors who committed crimes, Lintang Rahina never again used her trident weapon.

On his way, Lintang Rahina had ordered a sword that was only one side that had sharp eyes on a blacksmith. Although not an heirloom sword, but made of selected materials so that it is quite good and able to flow energy from Lintang Rahina.

One morning, Lintang Rahina arrived at a market, in a town on the banks of the Brantas River.

The market looks crowded building. But only a few merchants peddled his wares. There were only a few merchants and a few food stalls were open.

Then Lintang Rahina went into a food stall. Food stalls are not too big and not too many visitors, but look neat and clean.

A middle-aged man, the owner of the food stall immediately approached him, then invited him to choose a seat and asked him about to order anything.

Lintang Rahina chose a seat facing the street, then said the food she was about to order. The owner of the food stall immediately agreed and immediately headed for the kitchen to prepare all orders Lintang Rahina.

From her seat, Lintang Rahina could see the outside atmosphere. In front of the food stall, across the street, lined several stalls hawking some kitchen necessities. Some provide a variety of cooking spices and spices, some provide meat, some also hold their vegetable merchandise by the road.

There was also the sound of people cutting flesh and bones.

Not long after, all Lintang Rahina ordered food was served on her desk. Soon Lintang Rahina ate the food she ordered.

While enjoying the dishes he ate, there was a crowd in the row of stalls across.

Four men dressed in white. On the waist of the four people were tucked a machete. On his left chest shirt was a picture of a tiger head.

The four warriors followed a man who was already quite old. The old man walked down.

"Mantri of the market, show me, who is the merchant who refuses to pay tribute !" snarled one of the warriors behind him.

While his eyes flashed fear and uneasiness, the old man who turned out to be the market mantri pointed to the stall selling meat.

"I ..it .." replied the market mantri.

"Whose selling meat ?" ask the swordsman.

"I ..iya .." replied the market mantri with shaking body.

Then two warriors standing next to the swordsman who spoke earlier, stepped towards the stall selling meat, while unsheathing his machete. They both intend to cut a long bench in front of the stall.

But, not yet they swung his machete, suddenly before him stood a man who only dressed in color and bare chest. The bare-chested male stood with his legs slightly open and both hands behind his waist.

"Will the stall owner not pay tribute ?" asked one of the warriors who had stepped forward towards the meat shop.

"Yes. Right," replied the man who owns the meat shop.

"What's your reason for not paying tribute ?" ask the swordsman.

"My obligation is to pay taxes only to the royal government, and that's what I've left to the market mantri. There is no obligation for the merchants here to pay tribute to anyone" replied the man who owned the butcher shop.

"I'm not against anyone ! I'm just defending the rights of the merchants !" replied the owner of the shop.

""If you do not want to pay tribute to the White Tiger Padepokan, you must be taught a lesson !" shouted a swordsman who had drawn his machete.

Sringgg !!!

Suddenly arrived the two hands of the male owner of the meat stall each already holding a box-shaped meat cleaver which is one hand wide and two hands long.

"I don't care ! Whoever annoys us will fight us !" replied the man who owns the meat shop.

"But insolent shit ! I'm gonna kick you !" shouted the warrior from the White Tiger's Padepokan.

Two warriors who had drawn his machete, immediately swung his machete to slash the throat of the owner of the butcher shop.

Tang ! Tang !

There was a loud clang as the two swordsmen were fended off by the male owner of the meat shop with his big machete.

The two swordsmen's bursts bounced back with a tremble to the swordsman's second hand.

Being already filled with anger, the two warriors did not see any strength.

Then they again attacked the man who owned the meat shop. Soon there was a repeated clash of weapons.

Tang ! Tang ! Klang !!!

After a clash of weapons several times, the machete from one of the attacking swordsmen bounced and fell to the ground with the condition cut in half.

"I warn you again ! You guys go, and don't ever bother us again !" said the owner of the meat stall slowly but firmly.

Seeing the machete of a friend fall, two warriors who were still behind the market mantri immediately approached.

"Kill him !" shouted a recently arrived warrior.

Without waiting any longer, the four warriors from the White Tiger Padepokan ganged up on the male owner of the meat shop.

Tang ! Tang ! Tang ! Tang !

There was a clash of weapons many times when the four warriors from the White Tiger Padepokan attacked the male owner of the stall many times.

But the man who owned the meat shop did not budge at all. The second time never shifted from his horse. Only his two hands moved swinging both of his big machete to the left and to the right lightly like holding a twig.

After a while the male pengilim meat stalls just deflect, suddenly he accelerated the movement of swinging his machete.

Klang ! Klang ! Klang !

Three swordsmen from Padepokan White Tiger flew and then fell to the ground in a state of broken into two following the first broken cleaver.

"Go you guys ! And never bother us again !" snapped the man who owned the meat shop.
