Staying Near Part 2

After Elena and the Abellard family had lunch, the four of them were relaxing in the backyard of Abellard's spacious residence.

" Tomorrow is a week, so take Elena for a walk since you're married haven't gone anywhere even the honeymoon you didn't do" said Kristina.

Elena who was drinking orange juice heard the word honeymoon immediately coughed because it was in Elena's mind that she married Lucas on the basis of a covenant instead of love.

" Dear you why, be careful if you drink yes" Kristina told Elena while patting Elena's back.

Elena immediately glared at Lucas, while Lucas, who saw Elena's behavior, turned his face the other way and pretended not to see Elena.

"You're okay baby, do you need to call the doctor here" said Kristina who was still worried about her daughter-in-law.

" Elena is fine, Elena just chokes" Elena told her in-laws.

" It's good that you're okay, so tomorrow you can go for a walk" Kristina said expectantly.

" Ma, don't force children if they don't want to, just let them Ma" William told his wife.

"But Pa, if they don't have more time together, Mama when gets her granddaughter Pa " grumbled Kristina.

Hearing her two in-laws talking even stranger, Elena finally agreed to her mother's words asking Elena and Lucas to go for a walk.

" Pa, Ma, tomorrow Elena and Brother Lucas will go for a walk so papa and mama don't have to argue anymore" said Elena with a sweet smile.

In the evening after the Abrllard family had dinner, it was time for them to rest their bodies from being tired all day.

However Elena could not rest her eyes yet, she was still awake without sleepiness in the slightest, Elena was thinking what was because of the new place so she felt less comfortable.

"Is it because it's a new place for me so I feel uncomfortable, but when I move into Lucas' private house I feel comfortable" Elena muttered.

"Did I read a book just so I could get sleepy" Elena muttered again.

Elena decided to read some books before going to bed, she went down the hallways of the Abellard family residence, and in the end she found a room that resembled a private library.

" Well, here is like a private library, there are many interesting books to read "elena muttered while choosing books on the bookshelf.

Lucas, who had left his papa's study to discuss some work issues, found it strange to see the lights in his family's reading room brightly lit, since his grandfather died, no one has visited the room.

"It's weird who these nights are reading, in the reading room" Lucas murmured.

I walked up to the room and saw the person in the room, when Lucas opened the door he saw Elena who was focusing on reading.

"Ohh, it turns out that he was the one, when I left the room I thought he was asleep, but he's here now" Lucas murmured.

Lucas kept watching Elena reading the book, not knowing what kind of wind suddenly one word escaped from Lucas' mouth, "*C**antik**" muttered Lucas.

While focusing on reading, Elena suddenly began to yawn and stretch her body because she was tired from sitting and reading for too long, Lucas, who was still watching Elena, smiled to himself and then appeared a prank in Lucas' brain.

Lucas began to sneak around and started making strange noises, Elena who heard a strange sound just rubbed her neck while looking in different directions, she circulated her gaze to places that made a sound.

"That's what it sounds like, if it's too late, I'd better go back to the room just "murmured Elena who was feeling a little scared.

Just as Elena was intending to open the door right in front of the door, she felt that someone was standing behind her, Elena slowly turned her head to a dagger and suddenly Lucas startled Elena.

" Hhhwwwaaaaa" cried Lucas scaring Elena.

"Aaaaaaaaa" surprised Elena.

Elena who was surprised because Lucas was shocked, he who had hugged the book to bring her to the room also beat Lucas with the book.

"Aw,aw it's El, Lucas, it hurts if you keep beating me with that book" Lucas said,

" Feel, who told you to scare me "excited Elena.

"Again what you're doing here not sleeping" Lucas said as he stroked his shoulder which Elena hit.

" I haven't been able to sleep yet, that's why I'm here" Elena said.

"Shut up and don't make it up, as long as you know, the ghost doesn't really exist "excited Elena.

"It's up to you if you don't believe it" Lucas said with a smile and passed away leaving Elena.

Elena who felt a little scared because of Lucas was finally following Lucas to their room.

When in the room Elena continued to think about ghosts, whether or not there was, when all this time she felt no fear when there was danger in front of her though, even though, but because Lucas talked about ghosts he felt a little scared.

Lucas, who felt Elena had not slept, finally asked Elena. " You haven't slept El" asked Lucas.

Elena who heard Lucas' voice opened her eyes and answered Lucas's question, "Yes, I can't sleep yet" Elena replied.

They both lay facing the ceiling of the room they occupied, and in the middle they were bounded with pillows and bolsters as a barrier.

" I didn't think we were really tied up in marriage" Lucas said.

"Yes I don't suspect it either" Elena said.

"Did you remember, when we were kids you always tailed behind me" Lucas asked.

"Em, I vaguely remember it" Elena replied.

"You used to love following me so much that one day you made new friends and forgot about me" Lucas said.

"I forgot about you because of a new friend, but I never had a friend as a child, it wasn't you who left France without saying goodbye to me" Elena recalled .

" Have you forgotten your fake brother Hendri" Lucas said coldly.

" Brother Hendri is indeed my brother, Grandpa who has raised him to be an adopted child" Elena explained.

" After all I left France not of my own volition, I was forced to learn to take over everything Grandpa left behind" Lucas explained.

" But it is you who decide to forget our past" said Elena who began to fall asleep.

" *A**I'm sorry for having forgotten our past* "inner Lucas while looking at Elena's slumbering face.

In the morning Elena and Lucas prepared and will soon leave for a walk at the request of the mother.

They also spent the whole day together by going to cafes, restaurants and shopping centers, without them knowing now the two began to slowly become close to no ice monster, no ice monster, and no, or even the fucking lady, there's only a childhood friend who's back.

After they went around to various places now Lucas and Elena decided to go to a Cafe on the side of the road, because from then on Elena continued to whine asking for rest, Rlena had felt very tired because she continued to walk .

"At least don't laugh at me with this kind of appearance" Elena said.

"I didn't laugh look, I just smiled" Lucas teased Elena

Elena and Lucas told a story and laughed together, if one of the people who had fought with Elena saw Elena at this time, she would not believe it, Elena had such a spoiled and gentle side at the moment, because while fighting Elena was not afraid of anything with her killing aura.
