Akong Xu calls Ahma Xu to speak to Ray in secret after Ray falls asleep in the patient's bed after Ray takes the medicine the doctors gave him.

"Darkly, can you not discuss the problem that is on your mind in front of Ray for now because Ray is still sick?" Akong Xu asked in a serious tone to Ahma Xu in the main hall room of Mount Elizabeth hospital.

"In an orphanage in the Capital of Manila, Philippines.I know from Handoko's will that I have found behind Handoko's head pillow in our son's bedroom in his house here, Singapore.Anyway, the,I want our granddaughter to come back to our side and I don't want you to accuse Evelyn of being an unlucky woman as well because Ray will be angry and sad at her heart ,if you want Ray to divorce Evelyn..Ah, you're going to add to Ray's suffering and all of us because Eve means so much to our granddaughter Ray." Akong Xu replied that the look on his face was because he saw Ray on the window of the main lobby of Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

Ray looked at his grandparents in a mess because he overheard the conversation by accident with the intention of his heart to tell Akong and his Ahma that he would soon be able to go home from the hospital after the doctor told him he had recovered from the disease he suffered.

"What did I hear was a dream?" Ray asked in a very soft voice to Akong Xu and Ahma Xu.

" okay.." Ray replies walking back to the elevator to go to his patient's room room again which is Vvip's.

"Ray, though,we're sorry about your parents' problems that kept you and Delia apart from them since you were little.We're also sorry that you just found out about Rita not your foster sister but your twin sister it was also about Delia being separated from her twin sister because we were so worried about the good name of our family from the shameful disease that Delia had experienced during the child's life." Akong Xu said after telling the past in detail to Ray who sat cross-legged on the patient bed with a stiff face and his eyes blank.

"During Delia what? Her lifetime Delia?What did you guys just say about my sister Delia?" Ray asked with a trembling voice and a broken heart.

" Yes,Ray..Delia's gone now..Delia..He's dead.." Akong Xu replied in tears seeing Ray so devastated.

" What caused Delia's death, Akong? What's he sick of?" Ray asked, raising his tear-soaked face.

"Fall on the stairs of his school according to what we heard from your family in Indonesia," replied Akong Xu who embraced Ray who now could not help but cry after Ray could find out Delia died.

" Delia..Oh Delia's...Brother Ray's sister...!" Ray's screams in Akong Xu's arms were Akong Xu's other hand in Ahma Xu's tightly held hands for them to give each other strength in overcoming their grief.

" Ray, you need to be strong and steadfast for you to be able to figure out the whereabouts of your other sister in the Philippines." Ahma Xu said that stopped Ray from crying at once because Ray was shocked to hear the great news.
