Panic attacks (panic attacks) are the sudden appearance of excessive fear or anxiety. This condition, also called anxiety attacks, is characterized by a rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, dizziness, muscles become tense, or trembling. Panic attacks can last for a few minutes or up to half an hour.

When a person has a panic attack, the brain instructs the nervous system to elicit a fight-or-flight response. The body will then produce a chemical called adrenaline, which triggers an increase in heart rate, breathing frequency, and blood flow to the muscles. The condition actually appears in order to prepare the body to fight or avoid stressful situations.

Factors that can increase a person's risk for having a panic attack include.. Stress, Sudden mood swings, for example getting into a crowded and crowded environment, Genetic factors or having a family with a history of panic attacks, Experiencing trauma or experiences that make yourself very depressed, Caffeine, alcohol, and NAPZA

Tonight Seo Yun and Taehyung wake up because Jungkook who had experienced panic disorder until fainting..

Though previously Seo Yun had reminded that Jungkook should no longer consume alcoholic beverages or he felt depressed..

I don't know what happened to him but his condition is now calm from his panic disorder..

" Are we home tomorrow?? Ask Taehyung"
