The sky has brought out its dark color. Zevanya and Arga did not go home immediately, they stopped by Zezev's Coffee Shop to drink coffee for a while. When he went inside, he was surprised to see Gavin there working as a barista. Zevanya stared at the paper pasted at the entrance, apparently the mother opened a job opening to alternate Sif with Deska.
Gavin applied for a job at Zezev's Coffee Shop to finance his life and his newly started school. His salary is quite large, he can also pay installments where he lives in a farm contract. The 19-year-old man lived a long time ago, his father committed suicide while his mother cheated on him with another man.
Zevanya and Arga were sitting at a table by the window. Gavin walked towards the seat occupied by the couple. “What message do you want? Coincidentally we have a new menu.”
“Es black coffee two.” says Zevanya while ordering its flagship menu.
“Good, wait a minute.”
“I found this in hospital. The person who kidnapped Cindy's body is different from the one on camera.” Arga showed CCTV footage he got from the hospital, via his mobile phone.
“Who really are they.” Zevanya muttered softly. He snatched Arga's phone, zooming in on the still-playing video. Then, raising his head watched Gavin closely.
Arga looked at the direction of Zevanya's view. He also looked at Gavin who was making coffee, alternating by staring at his cellphone. The CCTV footage showed the nurse's full posture. Gavin and the nurse had similar postures. If he really did, I would have to have hard evidence to catch him, Arga thought.
“Fill our thoughts equally. But, just this CCTV footage alone hasn't proven him guilty enough. Could be someone else did it.” said Arga.
“Gue will find out, it could be the culprit among Dirgantara High School students.”
In addition, Gavin went to the table occupied by the couple, while carrying a plastic tray containing two glasses of black ice coffee orders Zevanya. His eyes were on the phone on the table. His palm felt slippery when Gavin raised a glass filled with iced coffee, as a result of which the drink spilled into the table and hit the screen of Arga's cell phone.
“Sorry, I didn't accidentally.” Gavin took off the brown apron he was wearing, then made it a table cloth. He tidied up the glasses and took them to the kitchen.
“It's okay. Fortunately my phone is waterproof, so, I do not need to pay for service.” always Arga. He picked up his phone which was hit by a coffee spill.
“What is this?”
Livy walks over to her daughter and daughter-in-law's table. The woman runs into Gavin, who walks towards the kitchen, glancing at him, before throwing her eyes at Zevanya and Arga. He had not seen the two after the wedding. However, today Zevanya and Arga come to Livy's cafe.
“How are you two doing?” Livy asked Zevanya and Arga.
Zevanya smile. “Good, really, Ma. How's your own mom?”
“Mama healthy. Just ... Some days your father doesn't come home. Mama's worried, afraid of anything happening.”
“Mama, don't worry. Papa is right, judge, it's only natural that he was busy until he didn't come home.” said Arga, relieve a little anxiety mother-in-law.
The zevanya held Livy's hand. “Arga yes, Ma. Maybe Papa still has preparations for the trial, later Papa will come home, kok.”
“You are also.” Livy saw a dark sky lined with clumps of black clouds, through the window glass in front of her. “It's raining soon, you guys better go home.”
Zevanya and Arga got off that long bench. “Mama take good care of yourself.”
“We're all set, Ma.”
Livy looked at her daughter with a relieved look. They look closer despite not knowing how far Arga treats Zevanya. He believes that soon Zevanya trauma will disappear by itself, without medical therapy.
“Phone Teddy Bear!”
In front of the gate of their house there is already a large Teddy Bear doll colored blackish brown. Zevanya enthusiastically brought the object into the house, sitting it on the sofa. Arga looked at the Teddy Bear doll with a glance, who was careless to send such a big doll at half-time eight nights.
“Gue will bring the doll to the room.”
“It is better not. Never take her to a room.” Arga spoke up. Intonation of his heavy voice and in commemoration of his wife, who was instantly obeyed.
The zevanya glared for a moment. “What is the same doll?”
“There is a surveillance camera.” Arga whispered right in Zevanya's ear.
The zoo just realized there was something strange in the right eye of the Teddy Bear doll. He waved his hand to make sure. Then, the girl took the initiative to close the doll using a thin blanket. Zevanya's phone reads, there's one message from an unknown number. But not the stalker. Gavin Sanjaya's.
”Do not think all cops are good. It could be a cover-up for their actions. It's me Gavin.”
Zevanya opens the profile of Gavin's contact number. They're a group at school. Not knowing what the man meant by sending such a message earlier, he ignored it. Seeing Arga come out of the house wearing a black hoodie and holding a mask, Zevanya became curious. Arga's car is no longer parked in the garage.
”Gue must follow him.”
Hurriedly, he put on his black leather jacket and took out the repaired sports bike. Zevanya riding his motorbike, advancing his motorbike at high speed. The girl managed to overtake several motor vehicles and cars to follow Arga. Her husband's car stopped on the side of the road near a narrow alley.
Zevanya turned off the engine of the motorbike, galloping towards the parked red Jazz car. Arga wasn't in the car. The girl tried to walk on the side of the highway while spreading her gaze around. Zevanya saw someone wearing a black hoodie with a head covering hood. His feet stepped with their own following someone in front of him.
Someone stopped, Zevanya also stopped his steps. She was ready to know the fact that her husband was also involved with a group of stalkers. Someone turned his body to face the girl.
I hope it's not lo, hopefully what Gavin said is a lie!
The man in front of the girl raised his head. Not Arga, but someone else. A hand pulled him out of the face of the man, and led him into a narrow alley. Black hoodie and mask, exactly the clothes Arga wore. The zevanya slowly removed the mouth mask that covered the man's face.
“Arga? Lo ... Don't tell me the same, lo ... Stalker?”
“Zevanya, I'm sorry.”
Arga hit the back of Zevanya's neck. He carried the body of his wife like a sack of rice. The man surnamed Danuarta came out of a narrow alley, greeted by someone dressed alike.
“You want to know a girl?” ask the man.
“Entahlah. Maybe mutilated? Or ... Pake before mutilation?”
“Good idea.”
To be continued.
