The clock shows at 13.05 WIB. Adrian Surya was in his office. The atmosphere is no different from other offices. A stack of important files on the table, a labtop and objects that are identical to the busyness of Businessmen. The only difference is a family photo neatly framed on his desk. In the photo, he is hugging his beloved wife Jenny and her two children, Aldo and Kinan. This photo was taken a few years ago before Aldo got married.
Adrian looked at the photo in the light brown frame, he missed the figure of his daughter who had not come home for a long time. Adrian sighed, at least he knew that Kinan was safe now.
Drr.... Drrr....
a call from inside his cell phone lying on his desk.
“William?” He said when he saw the name on the phone screen. Without thinking for a long time he raised the call enthusiastically
“Hai bro!” It is friendly on his cell phone
“Bonjour Adrian” replied with a tone that is no less friendly “ada good news nih” he continued
“Oh yes, I can't wait to hear Adrian” put pen out of his hand, he got up then walked over to the window. Adrian's office is on the 7th floor. There he can see the view of traffic that sometimes jammed. Jakarta, is indeed a metropolitan city that is always full of congestion.
“It's about our children” replied William to give the news
“You mean? Kinan and Dave?”
“True. You know, it looks like they're getting closer to”
“Is that?” Adrian smiled broadly
“Ahh. Indeed falling in love naturally is the most pleasing” said William spirit
“I did not expect, after dizziness with matchmaking, it was precisely they themselves who gave themselves up to each other, hahahaha” said Adrian in between his crisp laughter
“William, please take care of Kinan for me. Soon as I'm going to get there”
“Sabar bro, let them enjoy their youth first, I believe they are a mate. We don't have to worry”
“Hahahaha... well, what do you say. I'll tell jenny, she must be very excited”
“Not to” said William “the women may have been gossiping at home now, I even dizzy to hear Bellena's loud laughter”
“Hahahaha... You are absolutely right, when women start to gossip we always become as if there is no”.
Adrian sat back in his chair, his smile expanding from the corner of his lips. How could this have happened by chance. Kinan escapes from an arranged marriage, but in the end he loves the man without coercion.
“Wait, is Kinan already in love with Dave? Or... does Kinan already know that Dave is the man I betrothed to him?” The question got no answer from anyone. Adrian hesitates, but at least Kinan is among those who love him. Andrian was pretty relieved to know.
In between the smiles Adrian tucked away a prayer for the happiness of his daughter. Adrian knew Dave from childhood. And his work in the business world and the gossip spread by the mass media very satisfied Adrian. Dave is the man in charge. Adrian knows his choice is not wrong..
