The best solution so that Oxanna can monitor the deteriorating situation is to agree with Aarav's desire to call Juan to come to his room when the man had just come out of there some time ago.
He tried hard to hide his worried expression and hoped that Juan would never come. At first, Oxanna wanted to get rid of the man who knew his past but she was a little unbearable, perhaps? Although his heart was overcome with vengeance, Oxanna still knew how to return the favor to the person who had helped her first.
Either Aarav is really going to get rid of Juan or not because of his words. To be sure, Oxanna wanted a little bit to keep the man alive. Err, for the sake of him being able to sleep well?
Hell, can he be called a murderer if that really happens? Oxanna could never have imagined it!
For about twenty minutes, Aarav waited with a cold gaze and fiddled with the electronic objects in his hand. Although Oxanna? He was trying to divert his heart beat strongly by chewing on the fruits he had peeled.
"Gosh, may Juan not come," Oxanna muttered expectantly as she glanced towards the wall clock.
The goddess did not wish to grant her wish. Just as his mouth was closed, Aarav's inpatient room door opened, showing Juan coming inside and being greeted by a mobile phone hovering at him. Almost the heavy object hit Juan's face if only the man did not have good reflexes!
"What are you doing, brother?!" Juan shouted in annoyance with widened eyes.
Aarav looked at Juan sharply. "Fuck up!"
Seeing the look on Aarav's face that his brother had shown when he kicked him first, Juan squeezed. He did not express anything while walking closer to the bed.
"Is something bothering you, brother?" Juan asked when he was next to Aarav. His tone was very polite and cold.
If this was in the anime world, there would probably be lasers coming out of their respective eyes and destroying any objects around them. Unfortunately, only Oxanna became horrified until she slowly walked backwards.
"You" called Aarav, gesturing Juan to get closer to him. He complied and brought his face closer to his brother. "Being my sister doesn't keep you safe because you've entered my territorial boundaries!"
Juan did not understand. He really did not understand Aarav's sentence which then hit his stomach several times so he retreated and fell to the floor. In fact, Aarav did not have to bother to move to hurt someone. True to the rumors circulating out there, Aarav's body was too precious to do anything.
Oxanna closed her mouth in surprise.
"But, because you saved my life, once. Then, I will forgive you after hearing your explanation," Aarav added later.
Juan coughed with a smirk.
"Oxanna, you're out of this room," Aarav's orders are uncontested. However, Oxanna did not budge making the man turn towards her. "K.e.l.u.a.r!"
Oxanna flinched, she turned to Aarav and left the room.
After the woman's departure, Aarav looked back at Juan and his gaze turned slightly softened. "Wake up" he ordered.
Juan slowly got up and approached Aarav. "Can you tell me what's wrong, brother?" ask slowly and endure pain.
"You and Oxanna had a relationship in the past?" ask Aarav directly at the point. He looked at Juan with an intimidating look and demanded an answer.
Juan gulped a rough gulp. "Why are you asking like that?"
Thinking for a moment, Juan finally nodded slowly. "Then, Oxanna saved me when she was run over by thugs. He held me back until I could get my revenge and become the head thug there," he replied honestly.
"Then?"
"I loved it until I followed Oxanna's lead to study medicine. We are close as seniors and juniors. I once expressed a feeling but he wanted us to be close friends. Since then, I've been trying to stay grounded and get to know Oxanna's life even closer. Until, he graduated and moved here," Juan said, looking at Aarav in order for his brother to believe.
Aarav said nothing, he was looking at Juan. Right now, he's at a crossroads. He wanted to believe Oxanna's words but he didn't yet know the ins and outs of his trustworthy wife. And, he knows to what extent Juan can behave to women. Although Morevo hid his sister's education, but Aarav was still being told all this time about the man's daily activities.
Until, Aarav nodded slowly. "Okay, I'll believe what you said, Juan. If you dare to lie, then I will cut off your hand for daring to make up the story in front of me!"
Aarav prefers to trust Juan. The reason is only one, he does not like a liar and will give punishment to that person. Therefore, Aarav could not bear to punish his own wife.
Simple reason, isn't it?

Aarav is lebay!
He is very stubborn and wants to be treated for 3×24 hours and taken care of 24 abdominal specialists because of mild diarrhea! Jesus, Oxanna shook her head when her fellow doctors asked her to help take care of her husband because, every two hours, Aarav would call the doctor and also the senior doctor to check.
They certainly will not resist the wishes of the hospital owner, right?
For safety, Aarav bought a wheelchair to take home so that he would not have the pain of walking from the main door to the room. The most advanced wheelchair owned by Skalov Hospital and can move through voice control and sensors understand the environment you want to go.
"What do you want to eat? I'll make it" Oxanna said as they stood in front of the room.
"Hm, what is it? I want a pizza, "Aarav replied after thinking for a moment.
Oxanna sneered, "You want more diarrhea, huh?!"
Aarav widened his eyes then shook his head a few times. "Oh no, dong!"
"Well, I'll make you some porridge!" Seeing that Aarav wanted to protest, Oxanna immediately left from there. But just a few steps, she saw Jordan approaching her husband. He immediately took cover behind a wall to eavesdrop.
"Master, there's news from Mr. Wijaya from Indonesia. They agreed to qualify for our Skalov Castel project and asked for a rescheduled meeting in their country. Incidentally, you have a meeting with the largest mining investor located in Kalimantan, Indonesia next week. If you agree, I'll put both schedules together at one time" Jordan said.
Oxanna's eyes twinkled. He was happy because Aarav could have gone out of town for a few days, right?! He tried to peek into Aarav's place.
Seen, Aarav stood up from a wheelchair. "OKAY. As soon as I set everything up, I'll leave after saying goodbye to Oxanna."
Oxanna's grin really expands. He's impatient!
