"K-k-you ...?" Rara forgot to remember the figure of the man who greeted her.
The man was wearing a cotton-based long-sleeved blue shirt. He also wears his black pants. Rara immediately remembered who the man was. The figure that was crossing both hands while leaning on the palm tree. Very close to the place where he stood.
"Do you remember me?" ask that figure to Rara.
Rara scrunched her forehead. "Ta—”
"Taka," he answered and approached Rara.
As the beloved shoots also arrived. Rara finally reunites with Taka. He only thought about it last night. Rara was happy to meet the man again. A handsome man with a good heart.
"Taka, you?!" Rara was aghast at the footwear that Taka was wearing.
Taka also saw his feet. "Any, huh?" ask him to Rara.
Rara hesitated to nod. He was silent, not responding to Taka's question. "You're wearing flip-flops. Is it not shameful?" ask Rara to Taka.
"Is something wrong?" Taka asked her back.
The fragrant perfume that Taka was wearing seemed to cover the smell of sweat Rara who was tired after a day of work. Taka's beautiful parasites also seem to corner Rara who is just mediocre. Just this time Rara met a man as handsome and as good as herself. Rara also admired the figure of the man before her.
"Em, no. I think I'm hallucinating seeing you in flip-flops. Though your boss, kan—”
"Don't mess around with my looks, Ra. The physical appearance was deceptive" he explained to Rara. "You must be thirsty. Want to drink that ice dawet that's in there?" The man pointed towards the destination.
"Eh, but—” Rara wants to reject it.
"I am the deal. Just chill. Come on!"
The man who was right was Taka who rushed away from Rara's presence. He walked first and left Rara in her place. Rara finally follows where Taka's footsteps lead her. It was nice to meet Taka again. Until the sleepiness disappeared from him.
A few minutes later...
Taka bent one leg while looking at the sight of the passing vehicle in front of him. "The city is crowded, yes." He opened the conversation. Even the afternoon breeze seemed to sweep away the strands of her hair that were put forward.
"This is the ice, Dek."
The ice trader also gave two glasses of ice dawet both orders. Both Rara and Taka started to sip the ice.
"Yesterday you were invisible. Or am I the one who came home to the afternoon?" ask Taka to Rara.
"Eh?" Rara was astonished.
"When I get home from work I often go through here and see you. But yesterday it wasn't." Taka.
"Oh ...." Rara understood.
"You're working, huh?" ask Taka again.
"Yes, in the mini market,” replied Rara immediately.
"Why not go to college?" Taka asked again.
Rara stopped drinking her ice for a moment. "Well, it's like that. But what power I am lacking," answered Rara innocently.
"Your family?" ask Taka again.
For a moment Rara turned to look at Taka who saw her. "You're like a reporter, always asking. You'll be taxed on every question" Rara told Taka.
