The empress briefly returned the emperor's smile and approached and hugged the emperor.

"His body is so cold" the emperor thought as he gently let go of his empress' embrace.

"Are you cold?"ask the emperor to wipe the queen's cheek.

"Eemm.., no" replied the empress while thinking for a moment.

"What's wrong?"the queen asked the emperor again.

"No. your body is so cold..!"the emperor bluntly said.

"Ah.., that's it" replied the empress rather nervously.

Seeing the reaction of the empress only sighed while holding the corner of the empress' cheek and saying "it's fine if you don't want to tell her.., I hope you can take care of yourself"

Hearing that how surprised the empress.

"It's so soft!"his words in the heart.

"There used to be a lot of people who stayed away from me just because my father was a killer because of my illness" the queen thought.

"Also the cold poison that made me sick all night, the pain that I've endured all this time myself" he thought to himself.

The empress looked at the emperor at a glance and she realized that she had a place to lean on now, for what she felt the suffering was on her own.Depending on herself, what not to share her heartache, everything's gonna be fine.

Although still in doubt.., the empress decided to tell everything to the emperor"I.

"Phoenix!"said the empress in a soft tone.

Seeing the awkward atmosphere between the two of them, finally the empress took the initiative to offer the emperor a cup of tea.Without asking him he directly poured tea for the emperor.

The sound of the tea that was set down broke the silence of that moment.

"Teh" said the empress offering a cup of tea to the emperor.

Without saying a word, the emperor took the cup and drank the tea.

"I just realized he was actually so handsome" the empress thought in her heart.

"What's wrong?"ask the emperor.

"No!"the queen shifted her eyes.

Seeing the emperor's consort's behavior just smiled and shook his head, and then drank his tea again.

"Uugghhhh"the empress holding her head whimpered in pain.

"What's wrong?"ask the emperor to approach the empress.

In the mind of the empress appeared images of the past that she and the emperor lived together.And the pain gradually disappeared along with the loss of the picture.

"You're okay?"asked the emperor holding the back of the empress' hand.

"No. I'm fine" he replied, wiping the emperor's cheek.

The emperor smiled at a glance.If inwardly he still regretted for all that had happened.

"Lan'er still needs time to trust me again.even so.I don't think his trust in me will be like before" the emperor thought in his heart.

"Why suddenly do I feel my heart beating so slowly" the empress thought as she held her chest.

"What's wrong?"

"What's wrong?"ask the emperor again.

Moving her hand the empress replied"It's okay"

"Phoenix.I wonder why I named you that name!"empress said.

The empress stopped the emperor's hand which stroked her head, pulled it and then clasped the emperor's hand and gently squeezed out the emperor's warm hand.

"His hands are so cold" the emperor thought.

"Are you cold?"ask emperor.

"Why do you ask the same thing over and over again?"ask the empress to pinch the emperor's arm.

"Now isn't winter, why do you always ask if you're cold?"said the queen was funny.

"I'm not kidding!"the emperor replied with a serious look to the empress who thought that her question was just a joke.

The empress turned her gaze away from the emperor while the emperor put her lips closer to the empress's ear and said "It's not funny.Reply are you cold?"

"Are you trying to divert my question by taking it as a joke?"

"No" answered the empress bowing her head.

"Akuuu" said the empress while pointing her head towards the emperor however...

The empress' words came to a halt as their lips touched each other.Seeing that both the empress' beautiful eyes were wide-eyed.As for the emperor still remained calm with it.

Seeing the emperor's consort instantly move away from the face of the empress.

"sorry"

"......"heard an apology from the empress emperor at a glance smiling without saying a word.

"I am now not Amyra but Qing tian lan empress of this dynasty.if I decide to be her and fulfill all her wishes"

The emperor stroked the empress' long hair gently and somehow since when he smiled at her behavior.

"Warm?"the emperor looked into his eyes.

"I.iya" answered the empress slightly looking up at her face.

"He's smiling?"ask the Queen in your heart.

The empress smiled briefly then pointed her tiny lips towards the emperor and eeriely her lips were between the emperor's lips.

"The lips are warm" thought the empress with her eyes closed.

"His lips are so cold" thought the emperor who started******softly*his empress' lips.
