Kei , Jo , Emily and Akhyar reach the hospital and they see Alex who is screwed and even her body is a lot of blood.
"Well, why is this?" Kei asked worriedly
"Mom hiks Misel mom" Alex answered in tears in Kei's arms
"Sai, what's going on?" Ask Jo to Saila
Then Saila told me everything that happened today.
Kei immediately hugged his son tightly, he was sure Misel would survive.
"Calm down, your wife must have survived son" Emily said, rubbing her niece's shoulder.
"Where's Reno?" Ask Jo
"I'm here sir" replied Reno who had just arrived there.

"They're in the usual place Sir" Reno replied respectfully.
"Good, let's go" Take Jo to Akhyar.

"You go back to the office, I trust you in the office" Alex told Reno

It's been almost 3 hours but the Doctor hasn't come out of the operating room which makes Alex so worried.
Alex did not shut up, he just kept pacing back and forth in front of the Operation room.

The doctor came out with his tired face.
"What about my wife and kids?" Alex asked worriedly.
"Your wife and child survived Mr. , but your wife is still weak and maybe tomorrow will realize, fortunately you brought her in time so we can still save her" said the Doctor.
"Then my grandson?" Ask Kei
"Your grandson is being cleaned, and for his Mom sorry maybe she can't conceive anymore because the violent impact earlier resulted in her womb being damaged , but the Madam can still be pregnant but it will be dangerous" the Doctor replied regretfully.
"And I hope you get your wife to drink or use a contraption to prevent pregnancy first until the next few years" said the Doctor again
Alex can only with a feeling of sadness, how he can explain it later to his wife.
"Then I'm sorry, the patient will be transferred to the nursery and the baby will be delivered" said the Doctor

Jo and Akhyar went straight into the room, where two women were lying with their hands and feet tied.
"Water with cold water" said Jo coldly
His men then took cold water and poured it.

When the woman's bead sees Jo with a cold and creepy face.
"I was wrong to set you free, Siska, I thought you were going to change and not bother you anymore, but you even took your son to kill my son-in-law" Jo said in a cold tone.
"Who are you hahh" cried Cantika who had just awakened.
"I am your angel of death Miss" said Akhyar flatly
"What's our fault huh?" Ask Beautiful
"What's your fault? you're the ones who're gonna kill my son-in-law, right? but now I will kill you" Akhyar said with a devil smile.
"Inject the medicine and untie the rope" Jo orders his men.
Jo's men directly injected something into Cantika and Siska's body.
After that, they opened their bonds.
"Arrgggghhhh why did you give us stimulant drugs" Siska said with a shout.
"Call your comrades and satisfy them" Akhyar said
Then Jo and Akhyar go from there, they're not going to kill him right now, because that's Alex's part.
