MEET OLD FRIENDS

The morning sky was so gloomy, the originally clear sky had now blackened, as if it was not willing to accept the cruel fate that enveloped Candy. Now it is raining very hard. It was as if weeping over an endless cruel destiny.

With a limped step, Candy continued to drag her suitcase. He did not even care about the thousands of drops of rain that flushed all over his body. Without wiping her face she continued walking away from her husband's residence.

That morning it just so happened that doctor Richard had just come home from the home of one of his patients. He drives a car at moderate speed on the road around Candy's housing estate. From a distance he saw a woman dragging her suitcase in a very sad state.

He pulled over the car to give the woman a ride. Hopefully he doesn't refuse, he said.

Sensing that a car was approaching her, Candy was frightened. He dragged his suitcase faster. Doctor Richard, who knew about it, took an umbrella and chased the young woman.

"Wait a minute, miss, I'm not a bad person." he shouted as he ran.

Candy was familiar with the voice that called her. He immediately looked for the source of the sound. His eyes were a little sore because of the rain water, he also slightly squinted his eyes in the midst of the rain that was getting heavier.

Doctor Richard seemed to know the figure of this young woman in front of him, "Aren't you ..."

She doesn't want to take any chances because she knows Candy is pregnant and of course she's the wife of someone she doesn't know who her husband is. Luckily, the rain had subsided when he was almost at his hospital.

With the help of several medical personnel, Candy was rescued and immediately treated in a VIP room.

"Take the patient to the VIP room" doctor Richard said.

"Nice doc."

All went well, of course it was all because of the request of doctor Richard who said that Candy was his family.

After making sure his condition improved, he continued his work.

After the death of the nurse, Dr. Richard seemed to get something. He began to recount one by one the events experienced by his patients. Starting from the time of the first pregnancy examination until the second meeting was on the side of the road.

"Mrs Candy, if you want, you can stay in my old rented house."

Candy was really embarrassed at the young man in front of her. How could he even owe a favor to a doctor who handled it. He did not want to bother him any further and preferred to go from the hospital and try to find a job out there.

The scorching sun does not reduce the spirit that is in Candy. Not far from the hospital, he found a flower shop on his doorstep that read, "IT TAKES IMMEDIATELY KARYAWATI WHO CAN WORK FOR 8 HOURS PER DAY."

Then the two hugged each other to miss.

He also did not expect to be able to meet Luna, a friend during her office girls first. Because of his pity, Luna is willing to accommodate Candy at her boarding house.

After a long story. Finally they lived together in the Luna boarding house. Luna also promises to protect her from the reach of Ezza and his family.

For Candy's safety, Luna offers her to stay in Luna's hometown. He asks his boss for permission to take Candy to the village.
