103 - Chaos VI

Inside the imperial palace of the Phoenix flames there was a fight. Han Liangyi, Feng Ying and Lu Tuoli were fighting some of the soldiers of the fire Phoenix empire. Although the strength of these soldiers was weaker than the three of them, but they could not finish off these soldiers.

Feng Yin who was the elder brother of Feng Ying was currently fighting against Feng Ying. He did not know that the person he was fighting was his own sister. Because Feng Ying was wearing a mask and did not say anything.

"Is it possible that brother is controlled? But.. Judging by his circumstances, he was not controlled at all. Then why? Why is he on the enemy's side?" inner Feng Ying.

"He has better power than me. But why didn't he just end me?" inner Feng Yin. He swung the sword vertically towards Feng Ying. However, his attack was held back by Feng Ying's sword.

Feng Ying who had not opened the conversation since then, finally started to let out her voice, "Why are you doing this big brother?"

Hearing the familiar voice in his ears, making Feng Yin surprised instead of playing. He jumped backwards, "No way!" muttered.

"Why are you on the enemy's side and fighting us brother?!" said Feng Ying once again. He could no longer hold back his curiosity.

"Don't imitate my sister's voice! You'd better just shut up," Feng Yin jumped up and spun in the air. He immediately took a kick towards Feng Ying.

Seeing the attack, Feng Ying immediately jumped backwards to dodge the attack. Feng Yin's feet were treading on the ground smoothly. He looked at Feng Ying with annoyance as the young man was able to dodge his attacks.

"What do you mean? I am not imitating the sound! This is indeed my voice and I am Feng Ying," Feng Ying instantly unmasked the mask she was wearing.

Seeing his sister's face in plain sight, made Feng Yin even more surprised. "How did you get here Ying'er?!"

"I am part of the shadow mask group. My task is to come here to stop the person who controls the entire army of the fire Phoenix empire" Feng Ying said.

"..But apparently.. The enemy I have to face is my own brother" continued Feng Ying sadly.

"Hey, why are you telling her our purpose?!" shouted Han Liangyi who heard Feng Ying's words.

"He is my brother, even though he is currently in the enemy stronghold" Feng Ying said as he glanced at Han Liangyi who was holding back the opponent's attack.

"How did you get here? You should be home, Ying'er! A few days ago I told you to stay home. But why are you even here?!" said Feng Yin.

"I haven't seen my sister in weeks. How did I meet my sister a few days ago? And when did you tell me to stay home?" said Feng Ying in surprise.

Feng Yin was surprised to hear his sister's words. "So.. Who's the one who's always with me this late, if he's not Ying'er?" his inner.

"Are you really Ying'er?" said Feng Yin as she looked at Feng Ying with full probing.

"I'm your sister. Why don't you trust me?!" said Feng Ying firmly.

Feng Yin relaxed her grip on the sword when she saw Feng Ying's gaze which she thought showed honesty. "So all this time, you've been in that famous group of shadow masks?"

"Actually I have been in the group since the first time the group was founded" Feng Ying said.

Seeing that Feng Ying spoke casually to the enemy made Han Liangyi upset, "What are you doing?! If he's your brother, then tell him to stop attacking us!"

"Sister, can you stop attacking us?" said Feng Ying while looking at her brother.

The crystal ball slowly glowed white and along with it, all the warriors, also an information division that attacked Han Liangyi and Tao Mu began to fall unconscious.

Han Liangyi and Tao Mu who saw that, immediately looked towards Feng Yin and Feng Ying.

Feng Yin slowly retreated. This, made Feng Ying feel strange, "Why do you keep retreating like that, big brother?"

"I've stopped controlling the fire Phoenix army. I also stopped the soldiers who were here. I have violated your orders.. You guys get out of here right now" Feng Yin said. He turned and wanted to leave. However, his pliers were immediately gripped from behind.

"What does.. Brother has obtained a seal that makes you unable to betray? If brother stops the Phoenix imperial army of fire, then big brother has already betrayed" said Feng Ying who held her brother's hand.

Feng Yin turned around and looked at her sister. He released the grip of Feng Ying's hand slowly, "Ying'er.. I'm glad to see you again. But maybe this is our last meeting. Be a good person, like a mother and be a strong man like a father. Don't forget me."

Feng Yin retreated backwards slowly. His gaze was still fixed on Feng Ying. He smiled, "I'm going to die, but I'm happy to see my sister for the last time."

Seeing Feng Yin move away, Feng Ying was intending to hold her back. However, Han Liangyi and Tao Mu immediately restrained Feng Ying's hand in order for the young man not to approach Feng Yin.

Feng Ying looked at Han Liangyi and Tao Mu in turn, "What are you guys doing?! Unhand me!" he said with anger.

"Shut up, Ying! Don't come near him!" han Liangyi. He clasped Feng Ying's hand.

Feng Yin turned around and started running away. His body felt like it was burning at this moment. He knows what the consequences of betrayal are for his Master. So, he immediately went away from his sister.

Feng Ying looked at Feng Yin's departure, "Sister!"

When Feng Yin was at the entrance threshold, her body was already burning with fire. "Aarrggh."

Seeing that, Feng Ying was intending to let go of Han Liangyi and Tao Mu's grip. However, the grip was too strong for him to break away. "Take me off! I want to see my sister!"

Instead of releasing Feng Ying's hand, Han Liangyi and Tao Mu pulled Feng Ying back. Although the young man had already rebelled, they still pulled Feng Ying by force.

Shortly afterwards, an explosion was heard from the doorway. Seeing that the place where her brother was standing earlier sounded the sound of an explosion, Feng Ying became startled, "Sister!" his yell.

As the smoke cleared, flesh and blood splattered at the scene of the explosion. Seeing that, Feng Ying's knees went limp. He knelt on the floor. Han Liangyi and Lu Tuoli's clutches came loose. To be exact, the two young men had indeed deliberately released a hand grip on Feng Ying.

Feng Ying stared blankly at the explosion. His heart felt tight when he saw how the person he loved died in front of his own eyes. A warm clear liquid came out from the corner of his eye. "Sister." he said softly.

Meanwhile, in the open somewhere, there were many people lying unconscious on the ground. They were wearing the clothes of the fire Phoenix imperial warrior.

Before long, someone came over to the entire person who had fainted. He was a young man with a mask that covered half his face, he shook his head when he saw the person who was fainting.

"Tck, I expected.. He will not complete his task. Huh.. Now I have to clean this up" he murmured. The crystal ball that was in his hand started to glow blue. Simultaneously, the entire imperial army began to stand up. The originally closed eyes began to open after a few seconds of standing upright.

Their current state was just as controlled as before. They were like puppets who could not act on their desires at all.
