Rindi was still in Elin's arms, the woman was unable to tell the real reason, why she apologized. Elin takes Rindi to join her sister-in-law and mother-in-law.
Many things they tell, so it tells about the desire of Elin who also hopes to have children soon, but until now God has not given her trust.
Tonight is the eid al-Fitr. Elin and Sania take Rindi for a walk to the mall, shopping for Lebaran supplies and also shopping for clothes.
"Come on, brother, let's go. All the streets look at the city of Medan." Rayu Sania on Rindi.
"Sorry, Nia, I'm home. Again lazy motion." Push Rindi down gently. He actually hesitated to come along, afraid of troubling them.
"You really don't want to come, Rin?" Ask Elin to make sure.
"Yes, Mother. I'm just at home. Lately I've been lazy to do anything." Obviously Rindi is so, maybe because her pregnancy has entered the ninth month, feels heavy carrying the womb.
"Assynolt...." Arfan and Daddy, and Hanan. They had just returned from the mosque after the Islamic prayer took part for a while.
"Wa'alaikum.... You're home, Mom?" Asked Elin who immediately shook the husband's hand. While Rindi was just silently bowed, eager to greet the hand of the man who was also her husband status, but what power he did not have the courage.
Arfan looked at Rindi with a gentle smile. It was as if the smile was hinting for the wife to remain patient.
"Why do you think? How about gathering?" Ask Arfan.
"This is the plan we're going to the mall, Mas. Wanna take Rindi along. But, Rindi said she didn't want to come along" Elin told her husband.
"Why don't you come, Rin?" Ask Arfan.
"No, Mas. Again lazy motion. Want to stay at home just rest," replied Rindi.
"Yes, you're the only one who's gone. Let Rindi rest." Cut Mama Zahra to the child and his daughter-in-law.
Finally they left, Arfan and Hanan also went to accompany their wives. Rindi immediately went into the room.
After an hour they left, Rindi decided to go to bed immediately. Before going to bed, Rindi does his habit, which is the prayer of three rakaat witir.
When he said his last greeting, he gasped at the sight of Arfan sitting on his bed. "Mas Arfan!" His words were shocked and also very afraid if anyone saw Arfan enter his room.
Arfan gives her hand, and is immediately greeted by the woman, whether her feelings are sensitive, Rindi immediately kisses Arfan's hand and hugs him with a sob.
"Don't cry, honey, I'm sorry if we're still hiding the truth. I hope you have patience so that you will soon have the same rights as Elin." Arfan tried to calm Rindi's heart, he knew his wife still felt strange in the middle and felt she had no rights over him.
Rindi simply nodded, still hugging her husband tightly. "Mas, why go home? Didn't you accompany Miss Elin?" Tanya Rindi broke her embrace.
"Because I miss you. Let me stay here for a while." Arfan stroking Rindi's stomach. "Papa misses you too, son. You're in good health." Arfan kissed Rindi's stomach affectionately.
Rindi opened her face, and again kept her prayer utensils in the closet, she immediately sat down by her husband who was texting Elin, an hour away to pick her up.
"Didn't anyone see when you entered my room, Mas?" Ask Rindi, worried.
"No, honey, it's safe. Oya, this is for you. May it be fitting for the Eid prayer tomorrow." Arfan handed me two paper bags, which contained the clothes he had bought for Rindi, while returning home."
Rindi received and opened the paper bag and took out the contents. Rindi smiled getting a gift from Arfan.
"Thank you, Mom. I'm so happy. This must be a great fit for me."
"Thank God if you like." Arfan grabbed Rindi's waist and stole a kiss on her cheek.
Now that their neutrals met, Rindi's heart again beat erratically. The man's charm always makes his heart always troubled when he meets.
Rindi could only nod accepting Arfan's request. Tonight they miss each other. Rindi responds to every touch of her husband.
After completing the unification ritual, Arfan immediately put on his clothes again. Before leaving the room, he hugged his wife's body. "I went to the room first, thank you, baby, I'm going to take a shower, after that pick up Elin, maybe tonight Elin and I aren't staying here, because Elin also wants to prepare something for home," arfan clear before moving on.
"Yes, Mas, be careful with the car, it's stuck tonight, right?" Tanya Rindi was a little anxious because her husband had already had an accident.
"Okay, honey, I'll go first." Arfan again kissed Rindi's forehead and lips before coming out.
Arfan immediately headed to his room, to do a mandatory bath before picking up his first wife.
When Arfan came out Rindi again locked the door of her room. Without him noticing a pair of eyes had noticed Arfan as he exited the room.
Morning after morning prayers. Rindi was about to leave the room, she wanted to help prepare a dish on the first holiday, to welcome the family of her husband's relatives who would visit.
As Rindi exits the room she crosses paths with Mama Zahra. The woman looked at Rindi like never before. His face was flat, and there was no smile on his lips.
"Can we talk for a second?" Ask Mama Zahra coldly.
"Can-can, Mom." Rindi answered nervously. The feeling was not good, as something had happened so that the attitude of the woman he had known for a few days was so friendly and gentle, now turned cold and tart.
Mama Zahra went into Rindi's room. The woman was still standing, while Rindi stood before Mama Zahra with an awkward face.
"I don't know what you and my son have to do, so you don't refuse when a man comes into your room, you even know that he already has a wife," mama Zahra said a little firmly.
Rindi gasped to hear the mother's explanation. His heart felt like it was going to fall. He was really careless, he should have thought about the impact of it.
"Pardon me, Mom. But I..."
"Look, I really care about hearing all your life stories. But, I don't want Arfan and Elin's household to be damaged just because there's a third person. I ask you to understand what I mean. Cleanse your baby clean without sin."
Mama Zahra's words were like a hard blow to Rindi. The tears of the woman shed. She wanted to tell the truth, but she couldn't get out of it when Mama Zahra said something.
"And one more thing you need to know, Rindi. I don't want my son to hurt his wife, I don't want my daughter-in-law's heart to hurt. I hope you understand. And this take it! you can use it for your fare back to your hometown." Mama Zahra gave an envelope to Rindi's hand.
Rindi was crying. He had to pack his things. He looked back at the middle-aged woman.
How could Mama say she didn't want her daughter-in-law's heart hurt. So what about me? Didn't Mom think about my feelings.
After packing his luggage, Rindi said goodbye in the morning blind. He did not bring the money given by his mother-in-law.
"Mom, I'm sorry to disappoint you. Can I wait for Mas Arfan first?" Ask Rindi. She could not explain it herself without the same confession from her husband.
"No need, Rindi, now go. I hope you never come back in my son's life."
With tears, Rindi came out of her husband's parents' house. Maybe he didn't deserve to be part of that heart doctor's family. Rindi again threw her dreams that will live with her husband, although as a second wife when she was sincerely accepted.
But after hearing Mama Zahra's words, it was as if she wasn't expected to be a daughter-in-law at the house. Yes, Rindi realized, only Elin deserves that happiness, she's a legal wife.
Rindi stepped her feet, walking down the streets of the complex. The sound of takbir added to his heart.
