SEPHIRA

SEPHIRA
Chapters 13's

Four months passed quickly, the living lembran was still the same as before, the smile but implied the wounds, cries, and anguish he held himself without showing it to anyone. What changed was only the shape of the body that was now more filled with an enlarged stomach, but the mind was still equally injured.

Fira was grateful there was still a person who willingly extended his hand, grasped and embraced it. Fira's four months passed easily with Lia and Uti's grandmother. Fira has also bought a small one-story building that he made as a store and he has also hired one employee to help him because Lia has started school and their grandmother Uti told them to take a complete break because he often hurts despite a mild illness.

"Later if you are big don't be a coward, your child must be a good person and must respect others, especially women," said Fira to give advice to his prospective children.

In her current store, Fira is with her employees named Dina and Lia who happen to be on a red date school holiday.

"Akuh sak do not walk that way," said Lia grimacing to see Fira walking with a very enlarged stomach that is ready to explode.

"Yes, sister, just sit at the cashier's table let me be with Lia who takes what you want" said Dina.

Fira smiled looking at them. "Never read in the article, if you are pregnant again, try to walk a little to facilitate the delivery process later," said Fira.

"When did his brother come out?" Ask Lia plain.

"Last a few days" replied Fira smiling. "Udah it- aws akh," ringis Fira as she felt her stomach mule suddenly.

"Big brother why?" Lia asked frantically to see it. "Where is that sick?" Dina.

"As much as brother ma-u gave birth to aws," replied Fira stammering with pain.

"Are we supposed to do this? Don't gini dong. Adu-" Lia's panicked speech was cut off because Dina was smothering her mouth. "So don't wait a minute I want to ask the help of the surrounding residents," said Dina run out looking for people around.

Fira did not reply, she only grimaced with the growing pain. "Li-a," call Fira down.

"Hold a minute, brother, hold."

"Come brother, outside there are already people's cars," said Dina entered to help Fira stand up and walk out with Lia. "Let me be a bopong nak Fira let's be quick, kasian him," said the middle-aged man who is one of the neighbors there. "Yes, thank you sir."

"You went to the hospital with Fira. I will close the store first new to the house you tell grandma Uti later I will go to the hospital together," explained Dina quickly who immediately embraced Lia.

Lia had already shed her tears not being able to see Fira in pain. She was in the backseat with Fira, trying to calm her brother down.

"Bu sa-kit," moaned Fira staring at the midwife who was checking on her condition.

"Yes, be patient ma'am is still opening five," said the midwife who handled it and came out.

Lia walked slowly towards the gurney where Fira was. He could see a look of pain and worry mixed in Fira's face. Lia again shed her tears seeing that. She hasn't commented on how sick people are giving birth, so it's natural right?

"Patience, brother, just a moment of his grandpa came out," Lia calmed down with quivering lips rubbing the black mane of a broken Fira.

Fira tried to smile and wipe away Lia's tears. "Why are you crying? Brother is not papa even brother is happy because briefly la-gi brother met with a-nak brother," calm Fira so that Lia does not worry about him.

Fira looked at the ceiling and then took a deep breath. His hand was currently on the stomach which would shrink in a few hours.

I can't wait to see you, son.

Two women of different ages enter Fira's delivery room. Grandma Uti and Dina, the two men walked towards her.

"Drink water first, son." Uti's grandmother opened a bottle of mineral water and she pointed it at Fira but she shook her head. "Let's go, make more energy soon your child will be born right?"

Fira turned to the woman who was no longer young, she nodded. Uti's grandmother painstakingly helped hold the bottle so that Fira could drink.

"Mom, Fira doesn't have much pain."

"Can't talk about it, son." Grandma Uti shook her head stroking the soft black mane of Fira.

"Excuse me," she said.

"I check first, yes" he continued and started. "It's opening nine, it's about to give birth."

"It must be strong, son," said Uti's grandmother.

"We wait until the last opening" said the midwife. "Please leave two people out because only one person should accompany the patient later."

"Lia let you accompany your sister here," Uti's grandmother told her granddaughter who had fallen silent with Dina behind her.

Lia quickly nodded then grandma Uti and Dina came out waiting.

...***...

"Let's go on" said the midwife.

"Sister must be strong for the sake of older sister's child" whispered Lia in Fira's ear. Lia really couldn't see how Fira was in pain right now. He remembered his mother who was already in heaven.

"Pull the breath" said the midwife.

Fira took a deep breath.

"Dispose," continued the midwife.

"Let's!" Shouted Fira.

"Let's just keep his head out."

"Huhs huh huh not strong deck, sick," said Fira escaped her tears.

"Don't that brother, come big brother! A little more sister," whispered Lia with trembling lips. His hand was tightly clutched by Fira but that was not what made him cry.

"A little more. Come on, ma'am again," Midwife's interduction.

"Huh aaaaaa," cried Fira menyup eyes and her grip on Lia's hand is getting stronger.

"His head is coming out, let's go one more time ma'am."

"Come brother, sister can definitely," whispered Lia again excitedly, her eyes already daring to stare at Fira who was already flooded with tears and sweat.

"Yetoo." Fira is back.

Oek oekk

"Alhamdulillah baby boy mom. Born without a lack of one member of his body," told the midwife.

A baby cry sounded, Lia was crying happily hearing that. Lia wiped the sweat that soaked Fira's temple with her hands. Fira's body squeezed after giving birth to the child, Fira closed her eyes.

"My sister's midwife why?" Lia asked looking at the midwife who was still handling Fira.

"He just fainted, that's normal on deck," explained the midwife.

"Sus please clean the baby, yes," the midwife said giving the tiny baby still covered in blood to the nurse who helped her take care of the delivery.
